We were two couples who each had great bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and views were awesome. We loved spending our evenings in the porch with outdoor views of the entire Riviera. We really loves the villa Incredible place with close access to many charming towns that look like they are out of the movies. Cannes and Nice are close by as well. Very well stocked kitchen and other amenities as well. Views are amazing. Pool was divine and heated to our pleasure. Our local host was incredibly helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Amazing views from spacious villa up mountain near Grasse.

Villa even better than expected as redecorated in parts and en-suite bathrooms now added to each of 4 bedrooms. Shower doors to be added still (so temporarily wet rooms!) but a great plus to our group. All amenities provided. Beautiful pool and terraces with amazing views. Car needed for any distance and local shops / supermarkets. Local bus is 5 mins downhill from villa for Grasse and Nice airport. Train from (lower) Grasse to Cannes/Antibes/Nice/Monaco/Italy. Local taxi very helpful to local restaurant in Bar sur Loup.

Nearly perfect

This is a special listing and near perfect—location, cleanliness, well equipped kitchen, clean pool, lots of room for lots of people, etc. We stayed for a week with our daughter and son-in-law. There are many interesting locations within a few miles. The one continuing problem we encountered was with the electricity. We had a very powerful electrical storm one evening which blew out the electricity, including outlets, toilets (yes electric flushing mechanism) appliances, and overhead lights. By morning the management company had sent an electrician who restored service swiftly. All good. However, over the next several, rainy days the electricity failed several times. The management company was not able to contact neither the owner nor the electrician. We learned which breakers to “flip”, which provided some electricity some of the time —keeping our fingers crossed that this would not cause more serious problems. This is not a safe practice and should be handled by the owner immediately. We would definitely rebook this property only if the electrical problems are fixed.

Beautiful house with all the amenities - walkable to Grasse centre (I found it easier than trying to find a parking spot). Absolutely stunning view! Beds were comfortable, clean bathrooms, lovely pool and very spacious. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Accueil très agréable par la personne qui nous a ouvert le logement, disponible et prête à tout faire pour que notre séjour se passe bien.La maison est grande, il peut y avoir 2 familles. Elle est facilement ouverte sur l’extérieur.Terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur les hauteurs et au loin sur la mer, c’est un point fort de cette villa, on ne se lasse pas d’admirer le paysage et les couleurs magnifiques.Autre point fort: la piscine, très grande et entourée du superbe paysage.En résumé, villa idéale pour une semaine de repos et de calme.

Schöne Aussicht

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön mit einer schönen Aussicht. Die Betten sind komfortabel und die neuen ensuite Bäder sind sehr angenehm. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Einrichtung des Hauses war nicht unser Geschmack und der Garten war nicht so gut gepflegt. Alles in allem haben wir uns aber wohlgefühlt.

Schöne Villa, ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage der Villa ist wegen der Panorama-Aussicht wundervoll, man ist aber weiter weg von Supermärkten und Restaurants. Toll sind 4 Schlaf-/Kinderzimmer mit 4 Bädern und Klimaanlagen (auch im Wohnzimmer). Der Pool ist sehr groß und herrlich angelegt. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Garten bräuchte dringend eine Radikal-Sanierung. Wir fühlten uns aber insgesamt sehr wohl und bekamen am Ende auch die Ameisen in den Griff...

Stunning views for Cote d'Azur

Great location. Great swimming pool and amazing views. Close to all interesting places in Provence. Very convenient property for a family or group of friends. I recommend this place for all of each who wants to explore cote D'Azur and Provence region and for each who like lazy holiday.

Peaceful oasis with a stunning view

We really enjoyed our stay in Grasse and in particular this villa. The villa is private and peaceful with a stunning view. The pool was clean and you can enjoy the beautiful view while relaxing in the lounge chairs giving you a resort feeling. The villa itself was very functional and is perfect for one family (or two families with young children). The kitchen was good/updated and the major appliances functioned well. There were a few outlets that were temperamental and you had to take care not to run multiple small appliances at the same time. Aside from the kitchen the rest of the villa was dated and gave you a cottage feel but everything worked fine and was functional. The terrace and view were definitely the highlight of the villa along with the pool. The villa is located a few minutes drive from the center of Grasse and location is perfect for exploring the coastal cities as day trips (Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Nice). The dryer was not working during our stay.

Panorama et tranquillité

Nous avons passé un mois de rêve dans cette très belle villa sur les hauteurs de Grasse. La vue panoramique est à couper le souffle de jour comme de nuit . La villa est très bien conçue avec des terrasses différentes selon le moment de la journée.La piscine est vraiment très belle toute en mosaïques ce qui ne se trouve plus beaucoup aujourd’hui et très large !La maison est très agréable et confortable.Elle est plutôt adaptée niveau literie pour 2 couples avec enfants . Un grand merci à Christelle et son mari qui ont géré toutes nos demandes et sont très gentils et disponibles !

Fantastic!

The house and pool were just as we expected! The villa offers every amenity to make a vacation comfortable. The views are spectacular and the house is large, but not so big that you would get lost. The kitchen was easy to use and had all the essentials included a Nespresso machine. Was an easy check in and the owner and manager were quick to respond to our questions. The pool had many inflatables and we used most of them. :) Very fun experience and recommend to any group or family who is looking to spend a special holiday together and enjoy fun in the sun. Stunning view, gorgeous pool, perfectly located house.

We were 2 families, 4 adults and 3 kids, we had an amazing 5 day stay at this property. Nuria welcomed us, she was very professional and helpful all along our stay. The first thing that we noticed was the exceptional view. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s breath taking and never gets old. Having breakfast on the terrace watching the coast is absolutely magical. The house has air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room, the kitchen is well furnished, and the beds were comfortable. We felt at home right away. We did some daily excursions to Grasse, Saint Paul de Vence, Monaco, Nice, Cannes... The property is perfectly situated to reach all the touristy places and far enough to retreat and enjoy the peaceful countryside. The only regret we had was the length of our stay. We could have stayed an entire month here. Next time...

Vacances réussies !

Nous adorons cette villa dans laquelle nous sommes venus 3 fois passer nos vacances d'été en famille. La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle, et parfaitement équipée. Un plus, l'accueil charmant et la disponibilité de Nuria à l'arrivée ! Mais ce que nous apprécions par dessus tout c'est le calme, la vue magnifique depuis la terrasse et la grande piscine dont les enfants et les parents profitent tout au long du séjour. La région est splendide et offre de merveilleux villages perchés, de magnifiques sentiers de randonnées, et quelques très bonnes tables. L'accès aux plages (Mandelieu ou Canne) est également assez simple même si ce n'était pas notre priorité. Nous espérons bien y revenir !

Location of the villa is perfect. Villa is very spacious. Upon arrival it was very clean.

We (two families, 4 adults, 3 kids) spent wonderful two weeks in July 2017. We were met by Nuria, who was very nice and welcoming. Villa exceeded our expectations. Immaculately clean, very comfortable beds (even in the bedroom with two junior beds). We loved the pool, and the terrace. Kitchen appliances are top notch. The only downside -- no A/C, but we knew about it and got used to it in a couple of days. Finding the villa is challenging, but Nuria was very helpful and actually found us somewhere in the hills where we had gotten ourselves seriously lost :). Beaches are a bit far - 20 minutes drive at least, or more if you hit the traffic. Villa is conveniently located close to Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Menton (a bit further out but beaches there are by far the best). Up the mountains in the direction of Digne there is a very nice drive to Castellane and Gorges de Verdon. All major shops are a 10-15 minutes' drive. We hope to come back next year. We would definitely recommend this place to a family looking for a quite location yet very close to the Riviera.

Excellent property, beautifully located.

We stayed at this house for four weeks and were very pleased. The house sits on a hillside with a panoramic view of the country and the sea. There is a very large terrace with awning, dining table and chairs, and loungers, that was our favorite spot. Inside, the house is open, airy and spacious. The living room is large, with double doors and windows that bring in the breezes off the Mediterranean (there is no AC). There is a large dining room table (sits 8). There is also a kitchen table for 4, where we (a party of 2) ate most of our meals. The kitchen itself is well equipped, with high-end appliances -- oven, microwave, double door frig, stove top and dishwasher, and comes very well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans. We cooked a lot and were quite comfortable. There are two separate bedroom wings on opposite sides of the public rooms. One side has two bedrooms with a common bath. The other side has a large master bedroom, a small room for a baby or young child, a double sink bath with whirlpool tub and a separate shower, and a separate WC. It would be an easy house for two couples to use or a couple with two children old enough to sleep in their own area. The house has a very large pool, which is private and which, again, has a beautiful view to the sea. The house was spotless when we arrived and was exactly as the owners described. We travel a lot, and it is always good to find that a rental has no surprises. Finally, we found the house very well located for our needs. Trips to Nice and Cannes are about 30 to 40 minutes. The great hill towns of Vence, St Paul de Vence, Tourettes and Gourdon are even closer. In the other direction, we went to Biot, Draguinon and the Abbey Le Thorenet. All were easy drives and we could and did contemplate longer trips to, for example, Aix en Provence. Notwithstanding the tragedy at Nice, we had a good vacation and are considering returning to this villa again.

A beautiful villa, amazing views and a heated pool

This is a very comfortable villa with excellent and versatile accommodation. The owners have been very thorough with equipping the living rooms, bedrooms and kitchen. It was well maintained and we had a great stay. Amazing views from the terrace, plenty of outside sitting/eating areas. Heated pool ensures early and late season stay get the benefit. Very good directions and a helpful housekeeper who met us and showed us the property. Thank you.

Beautiful villa with heated pool

This is a beautiful villa with an amazing view. It is very comfortable and the owners have thought of everything. It is well appointed with an excellent kitchen, lovely bedrooms and sitting areas. The heated pool makes staying here out of the main summer season a bonus. Excellent directions to the property and a helpful housekeeper who met us on arrival. Highly recommended.

Spacey villa with amazing view and nice pool.

Very nice and properly functioning villa. More than enough space for two adults and three kids (2-3 more people would fit easily). Wonderful, peaceful location. Nearby cities/villages (Grasse, Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Valbonne) were within convenient reach. The view from the terrace up to the sea was amazing and the pool was just perfect for our purposes. The owner responded to our questions quickly and the housekeeper was helpful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Great holiday location!

We stayed at the villa at the end of September and had a wonderful stay there. The house is a bit hard to find as it is hidden away in the hills above Grasse. Bit that brings the benefit that it is a very quiet area (no traffic, no noisy neighbours). The house itself is very well equiped. Nice kitchen, big rooms and bathrooms. But the nicest are the great terrasses on both sides of the house. You have a lovely view over the hills. And the swimming pool is just amazing! And excellent for children. Great place to visit the Cote d'Azur as well as it quite central. Definately heading back there in the future!
