I am a lawyer, my office is in Oslo, Norway. My wife Margaretha is half French and speaks the language fluently. She keeps the contact with our housekeeper, the gardien of the Domaine and the various companies that help us maintain the high standard of the house. We have rented out the house part of the year since it was finished in March 2002. This activity has offered us so much pleasure in the contact with our leesses from around the world. We always try to give them a personal contact and offer them a stay that suits their needs.
Why Tom Stavnes chose Biot
We chose to build in this location because of the fantastic view and very nice location close to "everything". The Domaine is very nice, quiet and well kept. We personally love to be here, and enjoy all that this region of France offers: Nice beaches, charming villages, great markets, museums and lovely walks along the coastline and in the mountains. Important to us is that the location is ideal logistically with a minimum of traffic hinderances. What makes this Villa unique
The house is bright and lovely. The big terrace offers a great place to barbeque and enjoy the garden and enjoy the view of the ocean and the Provençal green surroundings.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
