Very nice stay

We had a lovely vacation for six nights in this appartment. Two adults and three children. We all loved the pool area that has a very relaxed and allowing atmosphere for three children who loves to play in the water. The appartment had everything we needed and the hosts were very welcoming. We walked everyday along lungomare to the old town and the beaches close to it, 2 km but ok for us that are all used to walk, we didn't need a car.

Splendid vacation in very nice apartment with spectacular pool

Many Thanks to Claudio and his lovely family- we spent a wonderful 2 weeks in May in this very nice apartment. Not big, but well furnished and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent- just a longer stroll from beach and centre of beautiful Cefalu. The apartment has a great patio with sea view (watching the sunset...!) is in a secure and well-kept apartment complex with a truly fabulous pool area. Thanks again - would love to visit again.

"We had a great stay in this beautiful clean and safe apartment ! The friendliness and helpfulness of our host made it all the better ! He was always there if needed ! The view was amazing and loved the walk into town along the beach ! It was our third trip to cefalu and we would love to go back to this apartment ! We had no car but we felt the walk into town and home again was wonderful !! (a bit of a hill though for those who don't 'do' hills !) Our four young children loved this apartment too and there was plenty of space outside to play ! We would definately go back ! A special thanks to the lovely caretaker !"

"We really enjoyed our stay in Magabu. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities we needed for a week. The complex was also very clean, felt secure and had a fantastic pool. There was a charming restaurant close by as well as a bar that you could stop at for breakfast and lunch. The beach was also very close which we found excellent for kids - snorkelling and swimming - a good mix of rocks and sand. Best of all was the atmosphere in Magabu - the owners were extremely welcoming with Mr Cipello enlisting the help of his children to translate. There were loads of children around of various ages who were also very welcoming, funny and interesting. They spenthours playing with our children which further enchanced their stay. If Cefalu, Sicily is your choice of destination then you can't really go wrong with this place. Thanks for a memorable holiday."

The apartment and pool were great. Claudio is a lovely host.The only negative comment we have to make is that the property is described as 2 bedrooms. It is actually one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the kitchen / living area. It worked fine for us as we were with our daughter but for 2 couples it would be difficult.

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the bedrooms, but in the apartment description on the website, I only listed one double bedroom and a living room/kitchen with a double sofa bed. Regardless, I apologize, but I'll contact VRBO because I don't understand this incorrect description. Thank you, Penelople, and I apologize again.

Très belle endroits. Claudio est très sympathique. Et reactif.Dommage qu'il nous est fait vendu des bonnets de piscine alors que ce n'est plus la periode .on y a jamais vus personne. Je recommande.

Mi dispiace se non hanno utilizzato la piscina in questo periodo perché di solito molti turisti la utilizzano ( specie tedeschi e francesi ) se lo avessi capito non avrei venduto le cuffie . lieu très agréable. Piscine très belle et vue sur la mer et les couchers de soleil inoubliables de Sicile. Céfalu est magnifique. Cinquième couchage (appoint) très spartiate. ma fille a couché sur le sol sur les coussins du lit pliant (inutilisable tel que). c'est l'unique bémol du séjour. je recommande pour de chouettes vacances en famille.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Claudio. Il a été aux petits soins pour nous tout au long des 15 jours. Le logement était impeccable très fonctionnel et spacieux car nous avons 2 jeunes enfants. Cefalu est une charmante ville. Un vrai plaisir !

Not as we hoped for.

We moved out after 2 days. The apartment was small and smelly. The kitchen was not equipped to cook in. Bathroom tiny. The area was noisy and not so nice.

Customers for nothing pretty and clean. They immediately criticized everything. They left the house dirty which was perfectly tidy. They had everything available and just check the previous 15 reviews all positive say so much about the characteristics of the lords..

An amazing experience with an incredibly nice city mixed with good baths. We are super pleased!

We were two adults and three children who visited the destination. The owners were very nice and helpful. The accommodation was quite ok. Not right by the pool which was nice to have it a bit private. The pool itself was great and it was never crowded with people. Calm and nice! The balcony grew on the sunset and without direct transparency. Everything you needed was there. Only minus were the beds that were not so comfortable. Walking distance to town but with small children in the longest team. However, there was no problem getting the car and park in the city. With children in need of a pool it is the perfect accommodation. I would highly recommend others to go there!

We had a wonderful week, mixer dining out with preparing own dinner at the appartment.

The appartment seemed small for five persons at arrival. But it worked fine, we used the yard for all meals. Well equiped kitchen that served 5. Nice and clean appartment. The walk to town and the beach took approx 30 minutes, it is a nice walk along the beach. Claudio and his son took well care of us at arrival and departure.

"Accomodation; Overall nice, however the beds was very hard and squeaky. Shower doors were loose. AC/ cooler was mounted in the living room and not in the sleeping room. Some noise from apartment above. Surroundings: The main road into Cefalu was just outide the terrasse, noisy. Not able to see the sunset as in the pictures due to angle/ level of the terrasse. The pool area was very nice. The hosts, who lives in the apartment above, had limited English skills, but was very nice and helpful. "

"Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans l''appartement de Mr C. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par lui et sa famille. C''est une résidence très conviviale où il fait bon passer ses vacances. De plus, l''endroit est idéal pour visiter la Sicile et Cefalu est une ville qui nous a beaucoup plu également. Si nous avions un un seul petit reproche à faire, il se situerait plutôt au niveau de l''équipement de l''appartement où quelques éléments comme un micro-onde, une cafetière, une cabine de douche et une literie en meilleur état auraient été appréciables. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer de très bonnes vacances. Nous sommes certains qu''en en parlant à Mr C., il aurait probablement essayer d''y remédier, mais le barrage de la langue nous a rendus un peu timides pour lui en parler."

"La casa è piccola ma acc...

"La casa è piccola ma accogliente e confrotevole, con due terrazzini, di cui quello sul fronte della casa gode di una magnifica vista sul mare. L'appartamento si trova in un residence sulla statale per Cefalù, un po' rumorosa, ma di notte si possono chiudere le finestre grazie all'aria condizionata. La piscina è magnifica. Il residence tranquillo. Il proprietario e la sua famiglia molto gentili e disponibili. La spiaggia e la cittadina di Cefalù sono affollate, ma le vicine spiagge di Golfo degli Ulivi e Mazzaforno sono molto belle. Si possono fare escursioni nelle vicine Madonie, acquistando ceramiche a S. Stefano di Camastra e visitando i vari paesini nelle colline. Da Cefalù si raggiungono facilmente le isole Eolie per escursioni giornaliere (costo dai 30 a il 60 e. a persona) Anche Palermo ed i suoi monumenti sono vicine grazie ad un ottimo collegamento autostradale. Insomma una gran bella vacanza in giro per la Sicilia nord occidentale con ... un bel tuffo serale in piscina!"
