My friend and I stayed here for one night before backpacking the Kalalau Trail. The location was great-so close to restaurants and stores but not too far from the trailhead. Communication with the host could not have been better. Great place to stay!

We stayed for 2 nights with our infant daughter. The Sandpiper condo was perfect as a base for exploring the north shore and Hanalei!We enjoyed the lanai and room decor. The pool and hot tub were great and very close to the room. The parking lot was also very close and easy to find a spot (we stayed in October).

Lovely condo on North Shore

We were very happy here and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood as well as the easy access to Hanalea and beaches. Very nicely decorated place!

Perfect accommodation and location !

10 Very clean, comfortable and close to everything ! The condo had all the amenities we needed. We had a rental car and were able to get anywhere easily. So many beaches close by and there is a pool in the community. Only thing is I wish we could have stayed longer !

We had a lovely time in Kauai. The apartement in Princeville was super cozy, clean and well equiped. The location was great and the communication with the hostess was very efficient. We recommend!

Great place to stay in Princeville!

Just as pictured. The condo was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable, and the large lanai was great. Easy check in/check out, Marilyn was easy to communicate with and she even managed to help us out with an early check-in. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect little stay

Everything you need and nothing you don’tPerfect location with a lovely pool and hot tub after the long flight. It’s a small space that was perfect for the two of us for a couple days. Great stars! Beautiful walks and just a couple minutes away from the little shopping center with a Foodland and a Tiki lounge. Highly recommend this spot for an affordable stay in Princeville. Thank you for a lovely time!

The Kauai Adventure

Sandpiper is conveniently located to all the adventures in the north with easy access to Kapaa and Poi Pou in the south. The development and condo is clean and well maintained. The owners were accurate in their description of the property and condo. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Crash Pad for Kauai Adventures

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 9 nights and it was a great spot for resting in between adventuring around the island. The location was great for us, the condo provided everything we needed, and the AC was so nice to come home to for an afternoon nap. Mahalo for accommodating us!

Check in was amazingly easy. Unit was clean and very comfortable. A/C was a real bonus as the weather was hot and humid. We didn't use the "kitchen" (which was set up outdoors on the deck) at all but there did seem to be a good assortment of utensils. Parking was plentiful and there was always a spot available. Location was quite convenient, Hanalei was just a few minutes away as was Anini Beach.

Happy sand pipers

Needed somewhere to stay in Princeville before checking into our time share. This property fit the bill and the host was available for questions when needed. Room was clean and well stocked with toiletry items. Would recommend staying here again.

Everything in a small package

The condo was everything we needed. Walking distance to the marketplace. Lovely grounds & super comfy bed. We knew we wouldn’t be cooking, so the lack of a kitchen did not impact us. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent North Shore Home Base

This great little condo was exactly as advertised and made the perfect home base for my husband and me as we enjoyed the beautiful north shore of Kauai. Having a full-sized refrigerator, coffee maker & kitchenette on the lanai was perfect for breakfasts and helped us save a bit on food. The studio's decor and furnishings are pleasing and high quality. We'd gladly return again. Mahalo for a great stay!
