Primacroce 1 is an apartment, with two rooms sizing 70 squared meters for 4-5 persons, consisting in a bedroom, living room with two beds (+1 on demand) and a small kitchen with direct access to the terrace too, where the guests can spend life under the sun. Available a small mobile barbecue. The bathroom has a shower and the hairdryer. Satellite Tv.

The ceilings in wood, the pavement in prestigious tuscain argilla, make the appartment warm and confortable as a Alpine cottage on the sea.

The terrace, in front of the house, is furnished by a small living room to enjoy happy holidays with a fantastic view.

Lovely house in the mountains

Host Vincenzo and his sister Daniela could not have been more friendly and helpful. Great location in the hills/mountains above Cefalu. 15 minute drive to centre of town but a very windy road that might not suit some. Kitchen has everything you might need including a lot of the consumables (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, herbs etc) you might need for cooking. Rooms all comfortable and a good size. No air con but 2 fans and Vincenzo has plans to install this summer. 2 points to make - one of the photos is of an outdoor barbeque/oven but it is in the garden of an adjacent property and not available for use. When driving to the property our Satnav took us on a horrendous route through the smallest farm tracks and slopes etc imaginable. Stick to the SP 54, although even that is windy.

Thank you Ritchard for choosing Primacroce suite for your holidays. Thanks also for the timely review. In these days we will install the air conditioner. In the hills it is not always necessary but on the hottest days it is a good opportunity that we want to offer to our guests. We hope to see you and your wife soon in our vacation home. The road... there are two roads that lead to Primacroce suite, the first is not accessible, narrow, winding, the second is a good road that allows easy access. Until next time! Vincenzo e Daniela

"La villa est bien située pour visiter les Madonies. Très belle vue, calme, terrasse très agréable. Le logement est correct, les équipements sont sommaires. L''eau manque de pression pour la douche, il faut être patient. Les propriétaires sont accueillants."

"La villa è molto grazios...

"La villa è molto graziosa, inserita in un contesto molto tranquillo e in mezzo alla natura, con un panorama meraviglioso.trasmette molta serenità, soprattutto la sera quando stavamo fuori sul terrazzo o in giardino ad osservare le stelle e a chiaccherare tra amici. lo spazio esterno è ottimo per organizzare mangiate e giochi. le uniche "pecche" sono la troppa distanza dal centro di Cefalu'', 10 min circa di auto in una strada piena di curve, ed i mobili ee complementi un pò troppo antiquati.Tutto sommato una vacanza piacevole."
