The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our beautiful country house with an independent entrance accessible via a beautiful travertine staircase. It has a covered terrace to enjoy the beautiful view of the countryside. It also has a gazebo with barbecue in the garden for eating outside and for children to play on the vast lawn away from danger. The farmhouse is located on a gentle Chianti hill and is surrounded by a thriving countryside in absolute peace.
The cities of art can be reached in a few minutes and this allows families to plan part of the day for visits to the cities of art and part to bathe in the beautiful fenced-in infinity edge swimming pool of 12x6 m, with ecological purification system at salt. Distances from the main cities of art: Monteriggioni is 4 km away, Siena 20 km, San Gimignano 15 km, the Chianti Wine Route 12 km, Florence 40 km. Volterra 30 km, Montalcino 50 km, PISA 100 km etc ....
The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with all comforts, such as dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, 4-burner stove, electric oven, microwave, fireplaces, digital and satellite TV, bed linen and towels , WI-FI internet connection.

The villa was even better than advertised. Perfect for 3 or 4 guests..it was clean and had everything we needed. We would loved to have stayed longer, as it was comfortable and close to so many nice places. Beautiful countryside and a wonderful, welcoming host. Many thanks!

Wonderful stay awesome hosts

This was our favorite stay in the Tuscany region. The property grounds are beautiful, and the house is clean, well-equipped, and full of authentic charm. It’s ideally located near several hill towns, making it perfect for day trips. What made our stay truly special were the hosts—warm, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. They made us feel completely at home. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area!

Fabulous apartment and grounds. We had two bedrooms and each bedroom had its washroom. We enjoyed the pool and eating outside in the covered patio. Marcela, Enzo and their family were great host. We would not hesitate to come back.

A great stay in La Toscana

The vila was beautiful and had a great location, surrounded by hills, close to Monteriggoni and Siena, and less than an hour away from main towns. It was well apointted, clean confortable, has a beautiful pool, which was a great addition to come back to in summer, after a long day walking. Marcella was a great host, always attentive to needs, not invasive. It was the perfect place to ensure a great experience in this wonderful Region, Highly recommended

Propriété magnifique dans cadre magnifique, au calme mais accès facile. Propriétaires très accueillants, notamment Marcella qui parle un très bon français. Friendly welcome guaranteed

You will be guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome from Marcella and her family who were always approachable for local recommendations and tips. The apartment is in a super spot and suited us perfectly with rural views yet within easy reach of local highlights such as Siena/Volterra/San Gimignano/Monteriggioni. We were able to visit where we wanted and still be back in time for a late afternoon dip in the pool which was lovely and clean.

Difficile migliorare

Un posto tranquillo, vicino a tutto, dove ci si sente a casa. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, disponibili e discreti. La casa è quella che si chiama casa: ha tutto, è calda, ben rifinita e pulita. D'estate deve essere uno spettacolo, ma anche d'inverno non scherza. Se volete visitare Siena, Firenze, Montepulciano, San Gimignano, Montalcino, Monteriggioni, ecc., dovete solo andare in questa casa. Grazie per la bella vacanza. P.S. il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ineguagliabile !!!!

"Ce très beau gîte situé en pleine campagne est calme et reposant. La piscine est très agréable, le logement est joliment décoré et bien équipé. Il est très bien placé pour découvrir la Toscane (proche de Sienne, San Gimignano, Florence...). Les propriétaires sont particulièrement chaleureux et accueillants. Les ânes et poules, le chien Tula et le chat TomTom ont ravi nos enfants. En conclusion, c''est une très bonne adresse permettant de combiner visites et détente. This villa is very nicely situated in the countryside, close to Siena, Firenze, San Gimignano... It is nicely decorated and well equipped. The owners are extremely kind and friendly. It is an excellent address, for both relaxation and touristic visits."

"Le gîte où nous avons logé est un appartement au 1er étage de la maison des propriétaires, mitoyen à un autre appartement. Malgré ceci, aucune gêne sonore à déplorer. Le logement est suffisant pour 4, l'équipement de la cuisine correct, seul petit bémol, l'accès à internet ne fonctionne pas toujours avant 10h ou après 21h. Environnement magnifique et très bonne situation pour visiter villes et petits villages de Toscane. Adresse à retenir. Propriétaires très sympathiques."

"Un très agréable séjour ...

"Un très agréable séjour en compagnie d'Alexandro qui vous offre des légumes bio du jardin et est toujours disponible pour donner des conseils. L'environnement est à la hauteur de l'idée que l'on se fait de la Toscane. Nos deux 4/5 viennent pour le logement (appt de droite pour 4 )de la petitesse du salon-séjour cuisine et de son absence de fenêtre (la lumière venant d'un Velux et de la porte vitrée. Heureusement un salon de jardin est mis à disposition pour chaque habitation pour déjeuner. Les deux chambres à coucher et leurs salles de bain sont parfaites. Pour le logement, il est équipé d'un lave vaisselle mais le nombre de couverts restreint oblige à le faire tourner souvent."

"gite spacieux (2 grandes chambres avec wc et sdb), très bien situé pour visiter la toscane, au calme et facile d'accès, piscine profonde très agréable. chambre qui reste fraiche malgré la chaleur, des couleurs superbes et, si on se lève tôt des écureuils, oiseaux..très beau. Propriétaire parlant français , très prévenant. 4 gites en tout , mais franchement aucun problème ni/bruit, ni/ espace ou piscine ...Suffisament grand pour en profiter tous pleinement.Le seul bémol est le frigo un peu petit...Adresse à recommander..."
