Pictures speak louder than words. This 4500 square-foot quality built home offers a large open floor plan and porch access for entertaining inside and out.

The best place to relax with a book and watch the picturesque valley or eat a quiet dinner. The first floor has a master bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom. Wood flooring through out and the upstairs has soft lush carpet. No sharing bathrooms at this fine home. There are a total of 5 private bathrooms.

Amazing!!

Wow! We rented two of the Coop Diamonds properties during our team’s stay in Cooperstown. The space was and amenities were phenomenal! Mark & Debbie have thought everything, from pool noodles and beach towels, to a fully stocked, organized kitchen! I am not sure I have ever stayed in a rental this clean or well managed. The pool was nicely heated and the grounds are stunning. The distance from the park was perfect and the space was beyond adequate for multiple families to share! We had a truly wonderful time and in the rare moments we needed assistance, they were right there to help or answer a question. If you have the opportunity to rent here—take it!! Worth every single penny. The absolute highlight of our trip after long days at the ballpark!

Excellent House for our Cooperstown Experience

This house was everything we hoped for and more for our stay in Cooperstown for our son's baseball tournament at Dreams Park. It was the perfect size and layout for three families with kids, 13 in total. The house was clean, well stocked and in the perfect location for all our weekly activities. The large yard, pool, basketball court, ping pong table and fire pit area entertained us all when we had downtime. The owners were very responsive and helpful throughout the whole rental process. We hope to stay here again when we return in two years. Many thanks to Debbie and Mark for making our stay so easy, relaxing and wonderful. We truly had a great time!

Rent this house for an enjoyable visit to Dreams Park!

Large, immaculately maintained home with fully appointed kitchen. Each bedroom had full bathroom making our tournament week at Dreams Park with 3 families a breeze! Pool, basketball, volleyball, fire pit kept siblings happy too! Don’t let this one get away !

Perfect Spot for Dream Park Families

The house is great - it's new, with a well apportioned big kitchen, two living rooms and large bedrooms (with bathrooms/showers in every room). The porch overlooks the mountains and is a great place to congregate while the kids are in the pool, playing ping-pong or on the basketball court. We had one minor issue with a cabinet door and the owner was there within 20 minutes to address it. It's about 10 minutes from the park and even fewer to downtown. Would certainly recommend it for multiple families staying with kids who need to be entertained between games.

A little piece of heaven for everyone

We had a great experience during our stay in Cooperstown. The owners have thought of EVERYTHING you will need for your stay. The house is extremely clean and tons of supplies right in the house. The owners were very responsive to requests or concerns during our stay. I would highly recommend these properties to anyone making the trip to Cooperstown.

Great time, great place, great hosts

We stayed at 188 Bissel for the 2018 week 12 of the Cooperstown Dream Park tournament. We had an absolutely lovely time and Debra and Mark were tremendous hosts. The home is lovely, had everything we would ever need and is exactly as advertised and more. We couldn't have asked for a better week! Thank you for wonderful time and awesome memories

The Best in Cooperstown

We have stayed at these properties for the last two years when our team travels to Cooperstown Dreams Park and you couldn't ask for better accommodations. Mark and Debbie did a perfect job designing these homes for large groups. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, the kitchen and dining area are large and great for gathering together. There's lots to keep the kids entertained - pool, basketball court, volleyball court, ping pong table. We had an issue with the pool when we were there and Mark sent someone to fix it right away. The attention Mark and Debbie give their guests is incredible. We loved sitting around the fire pit and roasting smore's at night. Having 3 of these homes so close to each other was perfect for our baseball families. I can't say enough good things about them.

Great baseball accommodations!

Our large group rented all three Sunrise properties and we were very impressed with all of them! The pool, Creek, fire pits, grills, patios, and basements allowed everyone to have fun and be spread out enough to not be on top of each other all the time. The owners are friendly and very responsive. This is the second time I have stayed at sunrise and if I return to Cooperstown, I will be staying there again.

Perfect vacation home!

Thanks for making our stay at Cooperstown wonderful! The house was spectacular! Everything was clean, well kept and in perfect working order. The pool was great for the kids. Any question or concern was answered promptly. A perfect home away from home!

Amazing Property

This house exceeded our expectations and was perfect for the families staying here while our boys played baseball at Cooperstown! The bedrooms are all great size, the amenities such as the pool, basketball court and volleyball are perfect for younger siblings and the boys when they don't have games! I would stay here again for sure! The owners are great also! Very responsive when I had questions! Great experience!

PERFECT

This house exceeded our expectation. It was absolutely perfect. The setting was wonderful and the house was amazing. The homeowners accommodated us to every extent and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The location could not have been better for our Cooperstown stay and we are coming back into years and plan to stay on this property again.

Excellent Place to Stay!

The house and owners are wonderful! We had a great stay. Highly recommend this house for teams going to Cooperstown. The houses were designed exactly for multiple families to stay while they have players at Cooperstown. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The view is great. The house was super clean and well maintained. The owners were great, attentive, super nice. They even stopped by to introduce themselves and make sure everything was ok.

Fabulous property for a big family or Cooperstown bound family members not staying with the players.

We were a group of 5 moms whose husbands were either coaching our boys at Cooperstown Dreams Park or couldn't make the trip from California. Some moms had siblings and some were staying by themselves. Every detail of mutiple families sharing a lovely large home has been addressed. The house is gorgeous, amenities like pool, basketball, volleyball and ping pong were a hit with siblings. This place!

Your group needs to stay here! Beautiful property, secluded and private but close to anything you may need. Great location between Dreamspark and downtown Cooperstown. Well stocked home with any appliance or gadget you may need, everything is clean and well kept. Full finished basement with TV and ping pong table for any kids or adults to enjoy. Heated, fenced in pool, basketball court and fire pit on an expansive property so everyone can have fun with space to spare. You won't regret staying here.

Easy Country Living

This new property is a dream vacation home for those traveling with multiple couples/families. Each bedroom has their own bathroom, which was greatly appreciated, and the multiple living spaces allowed for families to come together or play in separate areas. The outdoor area is also lovely and facilitated easy outdoor grilling and dining. The McGoey's are very hospitable and made themselves readily available. I would only suggest making the check-in and check out information available via email and/or at the house as I had not seen anything prior to our stay.

Cooperstown Heaven!!

Booked the house for a week for baseball at The Dreams Park. Exceeded all expectations!! Spacious, beautiful house. Private, but able to get to everything in a matter of minutes. Owners are very nice and attentive to any needs. We would go back in a heartbeat... Love that every bedroom has a private bath and tv as sometimes you need your own space!!

The house could not have been more perfect. Clean, spacious. We were pleasantly surprised to find the finished basement as it was not mentioned when we booked. Location was close enough to everything but still quiet and peaceful with beautiful views. This is the place to stay for your family trip

Outstanding Dreamspark Rental Home

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here. The owner met us at the beginning and end of our stay to make sure the house was everything we expected. It was, and more. It's spacious, well constructed, thoughtfully laid out, nicely furnished, with all the comforts of home. And it's 10 minutes from the fields as well as downtown Cooperstown. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if we had the chance to go back.
