First, this house is private. When we show the renters the house, we hear in the background all the time, "You get what you pay for." "This is ever better than I expected." "I can't believe how clean it is." "You have thought of every little detail." -- We take pride in what we do, and it shows. We spend 30+ (wo)man hours on the house between rentals, and it makes a massive difference. We appreciate every family that walks through those doors. We Make Sure This Property Is SOLID. The location/property are great too. 15 acres and very private. Nobody is going to bother you, and you aren't going to bother anyone else. You might not know the area, and are wondering if it's close enough to the Dream's Park, Cooperstown, stores, and all that good stuff....Trust Me...the location is spectacular. Plus, you Do Not want to be SO close to the Dream's Park...it's mayhem, loud, high traffic, and on THE main 55MPH road that goes from Cooperstown to Oneonta (that's a 30 minute straightaway, with thousands of truckers and other cars going 55MPH all day/night long. We are an easy, beautiful, 6 minute drive to Cooperstown, and the same enjoyable 10 minute drive to the Dream's Park. Our town is NICE, and well maintained. Other towns, besides Cooperstown, are not nearly as well maintained as ours. You will love the location/house. We are less than a 30 minute drive to All-Star Village in Oneonta. 25% of our renters come from All-Star Village. One Dream's Park renter loved it SO much, she booked our house again for Christmas time for her family.
I'm sure you heard how many people there are everywhere and it's tough to get a bite to eat. Well, NOT if you are in the know. Here's 1st tip: Friday, after you get to the house, unpack, and want to grab a bite before dropping your son off. Go to Fly Creek General Store for an amazing sandwich, or Fly Creek Cider Mill for pulled pork sandwich, hotdog, apple pie, or Jerry's Place, or The Buzz. All, 3-5 min. away from house.
