Struttura carina

La cosa migliore penso sia stata il rapporto avuto con la proprietaria, super disponibile, gentilissima e molto accomodante. La struttura é in una posizione strategica perché si trova in una via molto tranquilla e allo stesso tempo, facendo a piedi 50 metri, dietro l'angolo ti trovi nel pieno della movida di Torre San Giovanni sul lungomare. Vicino ci sono anche tutti i servizi necessari senza bisogno di utilizzare l'automobile perché tutto raggiungibile a piedi. La casa ha l'essenziale, in un seminterrato adibito ad ex garage. Due bagni comodi, camera matrimoniale molto semplice che ha peró il difetto di essere poco arieggiata. L'ambiente risente della posizione e l'aria non riesce a circolare bene, quindi rimane un certo calore all'interno. Comodissima la possibilità di poter parcheggiare sempre davanti alla porta di ingresso grazie al parcheggio privato. Internet dello smartphone in casa non prende bene o spesso non carica proprio a causa della posizione bassa. Sarebbe utile fornire un servizio di Internet Wi-Fi con rete fissa per potersi collegare quando si é dentro.

Ottima vacanza

L'appartamento è molto spazioso, pulito e trovandosi in un seminterrato resta fresco. La posizione è ottima trovandosi a due passi dal centro si raggiunge tutto a piedi. La proprietaria infine è gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente.
