Einfache Unterkunft für Liebhaber von Natur und Meer
Ich habe zwei schöne Wochen in der kleinsten von Antonios drei Ferienwohnungen in Novaglie verbracht. Geschätzt habe ich vor allem die Lage (in 10 Gehminuten ist man am wunderbaren Felsstrand von Novaglie), die Terrasse mit Meerblick, die üppige Vegetation rund um das Haus und nicht zuletzt die Sympathie und Herzlichkeit von Antonio und seinem Vater, die mir mehrmals Trauben, Feigen und Kakteenfeigen vorbeigebracht haben. Antonio war außerdem so freundlich, mir ein Rad zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Wohnung selbst ist klein, aber absolut ausreichend, wenn man keinen sonderlichen Wert auf Komfort legt. Die Hauptquelle für Licht und Frischluft ist die Einfangstür, da Schlafzimmer und Küche nur über kleine Fenster unter der Decke verfügen. Im September waren die Temperaturen in der Wohnung ok, für die heißeren Monate gibt es Ventilatoren. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Alles in allem eine Wohnung mit gutem Preis/Leistung-Verhältnis für Liebhaber von unberührter Natur, die ansonsten keine großen Ansprüche haben. Danke!

IL proprietario Antonio sempre gentile e disponibile, posizione ottima con vista mare, giardino attrezzato con tavolo e sedie dove poter mangiare all'ombra e ventilato, ideale per coppie che vogliono vivere lontano dal caos.

Oasi di pace
La nostra esperienza nella casa di Antonio è stata molto positiva, l'appartamento è perfetto per 2 persone e ha tutto quello che serve. Il vero punto di forza è il giardinetto con il barbecue, sempre ombreggiato e ventilato. E' un piacere pranzare e cenare con la vista del mare e degli ulivi. Molto bello anche il bagno esterno con doccia e lavatrice.
Il proprietario di casa Antonio è molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio su cosa fare e vedere nei dintorni.

Mare in tranquillità
Location situata tra gli ulivi su promontorio vista mare (900 mt) dalla costa di scogli. Necessaria auto per spostamenti sia per i servizi commerciali negozi supermercati ristoranti ecc. Antonio ottimo gestore della struttura disponibile per consigli e indicazioni molto presente per ogni evenienza. noi abbiamo preso l'appartamento piu' piccolo che va bene per una coppia con tutti i confort e privacy con panorama da cartolina. Cercheremo di tornare con il resto della famiglia.

Piacevole vacanza nel cuore del Salento. L'alloggio è situato in un contesto paesaggistico di particolare pregio e a due passi dal mare e a pochi minuti da Santa Maria di Leuca. La dimensione dei locali, sufficiente per una coppia, è compensata dagli spazi esterni, vista mare e attrezzati per pranzare/cenare immersi nel verde e all'ombra dell'ulivo.
Unico aspetto da migliorare la viabilità di accesso un po' dissestata.
