Casa molto spaziosa, vicina alla bellissima spiaggia di cala Sinzias

La casa è molto grande, perfetta per 3 famiglie ciascuna delle quali può disporre di un proprio bagno. La dotazione interna è completa: stoviglie, elettrodomestici, attrezzatura per il barbecue ecc... La spiaggia, molto bella, è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi anche per tornare a pranzo. L'unica pecca è l'assenza di condizionatori, comunque sopperita dalla presenza di un ventilatore per stanza. Nel complesso giudizio senza dubbio positivo.

soggiorno in villa Cala Sinzias

siamo stati 2 settimane in questa Villa, 3 famiglie, totale di 10 persone, 6 adulti e 4 Bambini. Sono molti i fattori positivi, sia della casa che della posizione : la Villa ha degli spazi veramente molto grandi e ben fatti, siamo stati benissimo. La cortesia dei proprietari è stata perfetta, ci hanno supportato in ogni situazione e lasciati liberissimi di goderci la vacanza, benissimo la zona cucina con lavastoviglie e attrezzatura completa. Zona Barbecue è una Cosa straordinariamente ben fatta. la posizione della casa ci è piaciuta molto; di notte non passa nessuno e si sentono le onde del mare. Nonostante durante la prima settimana del soggiorno ci fosse un caldo da record, anche senza aria condizionata, con finestre aperte di notte, siamo stati bene. Unica critica sulla casa il sistema fognario, non proprio eccellente, bisogna rispettare certe regole alle quali noi non siamo abituati. cala Sinzias è in una posizione buonissima per raggiungere le tante stupende spiagge che ci sono in quella zona e la spiaggia di fronte alla casa è veramente molto bella, anche molto bene attrezzata, con noleggio gommoni ( da consigliare per chi ama arrivare dal mare alle calette mozzafiato che ci sono in zona ), ombrelloni, ristorantini, etc. per gli amanti del Barbecue, come noi, consigliamo la macelleria da Micael, a 2 km dalla casa, ci ha dato delle carni eccezionali, anhe allevate da lui, una meraviglia. ringraziamo i proprietari Susanna, Sandro e le altre sorelle per la cordialità e serietà dimostrate sempre.Speriamo proprio di poter ritornare e un caro saluto da Alessandro, Andrea, Pablo e le nostre famiglie.

MERAVIGLIOSA E COMODA VILLA SUL MARE

Siamo stati in questa villa nella settimana di fine Luglio in 4 famiglie con bambini, in tutto 13 persone e devo dire che la casa è stata comodissima, ognuno è riuscito a mantenere la propria privacy, grazie agli ampi spazi......Il cortile è enorme e ci sono tanti giochi per i bambini che possono correre e scorazzare liberamente. Abbiamo sempre fatto le docce fuori perché sono comodissime. Casa pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort, le proprietarie molto gentili e disponibili. La casa è in posizione ottima perché a pochi metri a piedi c'è una spiaggia con un mare meraviglioso, e oltre tutto a pochi km di auto ci sono meravigliose calette che vi consiglio di vedere (MONTETURNO, SANT'ELMO, LO SCOGLIO DI PEPPINO) tutti a pochi minuti di auto. Se avete dei bambini è il posto giusto, sabbia bianca, mare azzurro caldo e calmo.

Vacanza a Calasinzias dal 13 al 27 agosto 2016

Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane di vacanza in agosto 2016 in questa bella villa di Calasinzias. Eravamo tre famiglie per complessive 13 persone. Abbiamo trovato la struttura: 1) Adeguatamente grande per ospitare un numero elevato di ospiti; 2) dotata di tutti i comfort; 3) con un giardino ampio e ben attrezzato (godibile da tutti ed in particolare dai bimbi). Il barbecue e la zona griglia sono davvero invidiabili; 4) pulita ed in ordine in tutte le sue stanze (bagni inclusi); 5) ampio parcheggio interno anche per 3 auto; 6) estremamente vicina alla splendida spiaggia di Calasinzias (grande plus). La location è fantastica: mare cristallino, spiaggia dorata, tranquillità notturna ed un localino sulla spiaggia (Is Fradis) davvero casual-chic. Gli esercizi commerciali sono a poca distanza in auto. Anche Villasimius risulta velocemente raggiungibile. Ultima nota dovuta sulle proprietarie: abbiamo apprezzato la serietà e la cortesia di Susanna durante il contatto telefonico in fase di prenotazione e la disponibilità e gentilezza di Betty durante il nostro soggiorno. Il saluto finale con le proprietarie prima della partenza è stato davvero piacevole ed ha concluso nel migliore dei modi questa splendida vacanza. Giudizio finale complessivo: davvero soddisfacente !!! Una struttura da tenere in considerazione per un futuro soggiorno nel paradiso del Sud-est della Sardegna! Daniele & C.

Stupendo

La casa è perfetta per due o anche tre famiglie con bambini. Dispone di due zone notte separate e spazi comuni ampi e molto vivibili. La cucina è ben attrezzata. La zona esterna attrezzata con un grande barbeque e tavolo ombreggiato diventano subito il baricentro della convivialità. Se siete appassionati di cucina alla brace consiglio l'uso di legna (e non carbonella) in zona si trova facilmente eucalipto già spaccato che è perfetto per la grigliata. Le spiagge nelle vicinanze sono tutte bellissime.

Casa singola multifunzionale a 2 passi dal mare

Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 famiglie nella villa di cala Sinzias per 10 gg a fine Agosto e ci siamo trovati veramente bene, per la posizione (100 mt dalla spiaggia attrezzata e molto lunga), per gli ambienti ben organizzati della casa, ogni famiglia con il proprio bagno, una cucina con tutti gli accessori dalla lavastoviglie al microonde, lavatrice e docce esterne, barbecue con tavolo e sedie anche fuori, parcheggio interno, insomma proprio come essere a casa propria ! Speriamo di tornarci!

Casa pulita e molto spaziosa

Ho trascorso la settimana di ferragosto insieme ad altre 9 persone in questa bellissima casa a due passi dalla spiaggia di Cala Sinzias. La casa è ben organizzata e possiede un enorme spazio esterno(con un barbecue davvero da invidia!), dove è stato un piacere trascorrere del tempo e organizzare delle cene. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e abbiamo riscontrato subito disponibilità da parte delle proprietarie che hanno provveduto alla rimozione di un letto a castello e all'aggiunta di due lettini singoli per la formazione della quinta camera matrimoniale, essendo un gruppo formato da sole coppie. Ottima vacanza !

perfetta per il mare in famiglia

La villa è anche più ampia di quanto sembri dalle foto e dalla descrizione. In zona tranquilla, si scende in spiaggia in 5 minuti a piedi e la spiaggia in questione è una delle più belle della zona. Cucina ampissima e attrezzata, molto utile insieme al grande barbecue e agli ampi spazi esterni se non si vogliono affrontare i ristoranti della zona, mediamente improponibili. Meglio il supermercato e il fai da te. Interni non lussuosi ma molto funzionali, proprietari gentili. Se l'obiettivo è il relax in famiglia - anche con bimbi piccoli - senza seccature, è il posto perfetto, ampiamente sufficiente per due famiglie senza pestarsi i piedi. Serve la macchina, almeno per la spesa.

Séjour au mois d'août

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en Sardaigne. La maison est spacieuse et située idéalement à proximité d'une plage magnifique. Les douches extérieures sont un vrai plus. Le point négatif : pas de climatisation ni ventilateurs dans la maison. Il faisait donc très chaud et les nuits étaient peu reposantes contrairement à ce que nous avait dit la propriétaire qui nous avait assuré que la température dans la maison était agréable sans clim. Dernier point : Susanna très (trop) insistantes dans ses demandes de paiement et de réponses à ses mails

"I stayed here in July 20...

"I stayed here in July 2011. Cala Sinzias seems the best beach nearby. First days we tried to check other beaches, but had not found a better beach. This one is the best, especially for children. Very clear water, very fine sand. And just 3 minutes by foot. And you can have an open air shower on your site right away after sea. It''s very convinient not to use a car to go to the beach. The villa itself is good. Enough space for everybody (in one moment we stayed 13 person), good places for a barbecue and eating outdoors. No air conditioners, but we did not feel any discomfort. The owner are very benevolent and attentive, they installed for us a dishwashing machine and a kettle. The villa has a good position - between two resort cities Costa Rei (5 km) and Villasimius (10 km). Lots of restaurants and shops are there. Very good supermarket is 2 km. Just one recommendation for owners - replace microwave machine, this one is too old."

Il complesso residenziale è molto silenzioso, se si esclude l''animazione serale del camping vicino che però smette alle 11. Occorre la macchina per fare la spesa ed è comunque consigliata per visitare le meravigliose spiagge della zona e per visitare i paesi vicini."
