Contemporary Provencal's style house in a peaceful area with sea view, 5 minutes away from Juan Les Pins and 10 minutes from Cannes, at 800 meters of the beach.
This high standard modern house is composed of a large living room with a fire place and big TV, a dining-room for about 12 people, a main bedroom with a large dressing and a direct access to the swimming pool, 3 other bedrooms with each a white tiled bathroom, private terrace and sea view. You will be able to feel at home, peace and rest and enjoy the Mediterranean way of life thanks to its beautiful exotic garden and very luminous spacious rooms with lots of charm.
The kitchen opens onto a summer terrace with a large stone barbecue and trees.
The shutters are electric with a centralized control.
For younger children, a laundry room of 60 m2 with 4 beds offers the possibility of accommodating more people
The parking lot can accommodate 6 cars.
Ideally this house will suit for 8 or 10 people.

Lovely villa

The Villa is very spacious, clean, modern and allowed for the perfect family holiday. The location gives you the option to be away from the busy cities for a relaxing holiday but also gives you the option to see the cities just a few minutes by train quite easily. Very good communication with the host and was readily available if we needed anything. Definitely will be booking this villa again

We had a great stay.

The house lived up to everything promised in the listing, and we didn’t miss a thing. Everything matched the description, including the photos.We spent a lot of time by the pool, enjoying the sun and the warmth. We cooked many dinners, and everything we needed was available—even the grill, which we made use of. (Of course, you always miss your own kitchen and all the things you're used to having at home, but nothing that affected our stay in any way.)There was plenty of parking space inside the locked gate on the property. We brought our two small dogs, and they had a great time as the property was fully fenced, so they could run freely.We had a car, so getting to the local bakery and other places was easy.The host was very friendly and accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay.She responded quickly to any questions we had and was solution-oriented, which we truly appreciated.

Ripped off

It has been reported to you we left after one day the villa was misrepresented was not a whole villa and was filthy. Your agent said he had put forward a refund request we had to move elsewhere after one night. The host was rude and expected us to share the villa with a couple with a dog and cat!

Villa at Juane-les-Pins

A lovely family home with a beautiful mature garden well located for visiting the sights of the French Riviera. However it is situated on a very busy crossroad which meant it was constantly noisy with traffic. The host was very charming, informative and helpful. Wonderful views of the sea right round to Eden Roc. Downstairs is fantastic with bright open spaces and a great bedroom/ensuite but upstairs is rather basic and dated and it would be more suited to 6/8 people rather than 10 as advertised with only one toilet to share. There is a strange situation where there are people living underneath the villa, plus a dog and cat-humans heard but not seen, dog heard and seen and cat very present. Sometimes some of our party found this a bit disconcerting. Would recommend a car as the villa is in a residential area and some distance from shops etc. The beach is much further away than the 800m indicated-Infact a good 25 minutes walk away.

Séjour agréable, vue magnifique

Maison conforme aux photos publiées. Une vue magnifique, une piscine propre, un grand séjour très confortable et de belles chambres climatisées avec une bonne litterie, cuisine bien équipée. Un acceuil sympathique à l'arrivée et formalité de départ en toute simplicité. Commerces à proximité, ainsi que des terrains de tennis.. Les petits points à améliorer : salles de bain un peu surrannées, maison propre mais pas impeccable, un peu de documentation sur les restos, info pratiques et sur activités de la région aurait été appréciée. (par contre si vous êtes allergiques aux moustiques, équippez vous... mais bon ceci est un problème récurant dans le sud et pas spécifique à la maison). Globalement pas déçue de notre choix pour ces vacances paisibles en famille!

Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire en personne (Après un contact téléphonique avant notre arrivée pour confirmer notre heure d'arrivée). Un petit livret d'accueil est rédigé de manière très professionnelle. La location est très propre et TRES BIEN entretenue. Les équipements sont complets et fonctionnels, la piscine est, complètement sécurisée (ce que n'est pas le cas dans beaucoup d'annonces). Nous avons passé une semaine sans soucis dans un confort de très haut standing. Nous n'hésiterons pas une seconde pour recommander cette location. Faut vraiment être pinailleur pour trouver un point négatif. Nous n'en avons pas trouvé.

Beautiful house

We can really recommend this beautiful and well planned house. It was perfect for a family of six persons. The house was well equipped. Very nice garden and pool. Amazing sea view and It is situated close to all attractions of Golfe Juan and nearby places as Cannes, Juan les Pins and Antibes. We were also welcomed and briefed in a nice way of householders. Peaceful holiday

We are a family with 2 young children from London. We had an amazing time in the house. The location is very convenient, close to the beaches and very peaceful. We had a great holiday and the house offered us all the comfort a family with children would need. The landlords were also adorable and made us feel very welcome.

Nous avons passe d'excellentes vacances en famille. Nous avons trouvé cette villa très fonctionnelle et spacieuse. Ce bon choix a fortement contribué à notre agréable séjour touristique car idéalement situé (5min plages Juan les pins, entre Antibes et Cannes, et proche autoroute) Nb- Impératif d'avoir une voiture. Merci aux propriétaires de leur accueil! On reviendra!
