Bonita villa provenzal de 250 m² en 2 niveles para 12 personas en Antibes Juan les Pins, cerca del mar.
Esta confortable villa cuenta con una gran piscina, su nueva cancha de tenis profesional, hermoso jardín de flores con varios tipos de árboles frutales. La superficie del terreno es de 2000 m².
La casa tiene 4 habitaciones con sus baños + 1 estudio independiente (5 habitaciones en total con 12 camas), amplio salón con una hermosa chimenea y una sala de televisión, cocina muy bien equipada abierta a la sala de estar.
El dormitorio principal, la cocina y el salón se abren a una gran terraza bañada por el sol con piscina iluminada, salón de verano, pérgola y zona de barbacoa.
Hay un amplio garaje y un estacionamiento abierto.

Great place for a relaxing family vacation!

We stayed here for a week as a group of 2 families with kids ranging from 4-15 and had a great time! The house is clean and comfortable, and everything works well. Lots of space and activities for everyone to enjoy. The pool was fantastic and the tennis court was a lovely bonus! AC was very effective. Kitchen is well equipped. The house itself is dated and some areas could benefit from a refresh, but it's in a great location within walking distance of groceries, the beach and a lovely kids playground. Host was very responsive and addressed all our questions immediately. We were really happy that a safety barrier around the pool was set up so we could feel comfortable with little kids playing around the area.Overall would recommend and certainly would be happy to stay again if we were in the area.Minor issues that could be addressed to improve the experience:1. Spotty unreliable internet required us to use our data plans2. Limited towels (1 per person for whole stay) meant frequent laundry 3. Only one key to the property which can complicate logistics in a group4. Adding some more basic supplies would be great. e.g. coffee was provided but no tea, small amount of cooking oil, limited amount of toilet paper etc.

Dream Provençal Villa with Pool & Tennis in Juan‑les‑Pins

I spent a dreamlike week at Villa Magnolia, a beautiful Provençal holiday home in peaceful Juan‑les‑Pins, with my family and our Afghan hound (who felt at home instantly). Communication with owner and manager Sofia was excellent—special requests were answered promptly and competently. The spacious open-plan living area seamlessly extends to the large pool, gorgeous garden with sunny and shaded retreats, and a private tennis court. Everything was immaculate and well-maintained. Shops (bakery, supermarket) are a short walk away, and the beach is a pleasant 10-minute stroll through a quiet park. The villa, likely from the 1960s or ’70s, and its furnishings are in excellent condition. It felt like being on the set of a classic French film—Romy Schneider sunbathing by the pool, Alain Delon mixing a martini at the kitchen bar. While more modern homes may exist, none match Villa Magnolia in charm and atmosphere. An unforgettable holiday!

Schönes Haus mit Pool nahe Juan-Les-Pins

Schönes Hause mit 4 Schlafzimmer (drei mit A/C) und jeweils einem Bad dazu. Pool ist schön und man kann auch draußen gut Essen. Haus ist drinnen nicht super modern, aber alles gut und passend für einen Urlaub. Lage ist ruhig.

Lovely week

Villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 7 which included grandparents and a 2 year old. Villa was clean and well looked after. Location was also perfect, close to park/boulangerie/great beaches. Would love to come again.

Lovely villa

Firstly, I’d say a big thank you to Sofia for her communications with us, she was so helpful and kept in touch with us during our stay. The villa was perhaps a little tired but very spacious comfortable and well equipped,we loved it. The pool was a nice size and tennis court was enjoyed by us all. There’s a nice shaded area by the bbq.We would of liked to be closer to old town of Antibes just for choice of eating out and shops. Bus service was good but taxis were dreadful. Uber charged €25 extra because we didn’t have car seats for younger children. Another taxi company went the wrong way and charged us for it, then didn’t give us our €15 euros change. We had an amazing time and were sad to leave this lovely villa

A pleasant stay

Everything was as advertised , Sofia " the manageress " is fantastic present whenever we needed her. a beautiful villa, nice Garden and a large swimming pool, a decent tennis court, a quiet and nice neighbourhood, albeit a little isolated, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, however not far from the bus station.

Fabulous break in Golfe Juan

If you have had the good fortune to come across this property in your searches, don’t hesitate to book up! The manager is brilliant with communication, the property itself is very kitsch and a little dated in places but overall this is a fabulous place to stay! The pool and the pool area is really lovely and you have loads of space inside and out. The tennis court is a fantastic plus point, and it’s just close enough to a Boulangerie, supermarket and great pizza truck to have almost everything you need within a 5-10min walk. If you see it available and want a fab break in the south of France, our advice is book!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem geräumigen Haus

Wir waren für einen 14-tägigen Urlaub mit 6 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) in Antibes/ Juan-les-Pins. Das Haus ist geräumig und charmant, wenngleich die Einrichtung und Ausstattung nicht auf dem modernsten Stand sind. Etwas unklar blieb die Aufteilung der Schlafmöglichkeiten in der Beschreibung. Hier lohnt es sich, dies im Vorhinein mit der Objektmanagerin Sophia zu erörtern. Ein großes Plus sind der wunderschöne Pool und der private Tennisplatz sowie eine geräumige Patio. Die Lage ist gut. Der Weg zum Meer beträgt fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ein Bäcker, ein Supermarkt und ein Park mit Bouleplätzen. Als etwas störend haben wir einige Handwerkereinsätze (Austausch der Klimaanlage) während unseres Aufenthalts empfunden. Die Betreuung durch Managerin Sophia, sowie vor der Anreise als auch während des Aufenthalts, war hervorragend. Insgesamt ist das Objekt empfehlenswert.

Riktigt bra hus med fin pool, trevlig trädgård och tennisbana. Läget är bra med närhet till stranden, men för besök på Cap d’ Antibes krävs bil. Välutrustat och väl underhållet men med några små detaljer som behöver uppdateras.

Super flott opphold!

Vi hadde en topp ferie og opphold i dette vakre huset! Huset er noe slitt og det lukter litt mugg enkelte plasser, men med dører åpne hele dagen "forsvinner" det. Huset ligger vakkert til med kort vei til det meste. Hagen med grill, basseng og tennisbane var helt magisk:) Det kunne med fordel vært noe mer kjøkkenutstyr som serveringsbestikk og flere kniver. Men alt i alt anbefales denne vakre plassen!

Beautiful villa in excellent location

The villa is immaculately clean and tidy with a lovely spacious open plan main area. The air conditioning means that the villa stays cool and comfortable at all times. The kitchen is really well equipped and the cooker/oven and fridge are both very good. The outside areas are really comfortable as well and the pool and tennis court are well maintained. The manager, Sophia, is extremely helpful and efficient and sorts out any queries/issues promptly and keeps in touch throughout your booking and then during your stay. She is a real asset and does everything she can to help. The villa has slightly dated bathrooms/decor but it is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness. The location is fantastic - within easy walking distance of good shops and the Parc, and it is a short walk to the beach and harbour with good bars and restaurants. It is also well located with easy drives to a large hypermarche, to Antibes daily market and all the attractions of the area.

10 minute stroll to the beach and restaurants

Excellent villa with beautiful pool and outdoor dining area with the added extra of a lovely tennis court. We have stayed in many villas in this area and this one is by far the best for location as it's only 2 mins walk from a lovely boulangerie and a ten minute easy walk to the sea and marina in Golf Juan. The fixtures and fittings in the villa were good quality and the beds really comfortable with great quality bed linens and towels provided throughout. Everything worked!!! The WiFi, the washing machine, the TV, the huge range oven and the shutters and it was nice to have all the essentials provided - bin bags, foil, matches, BBQ bricks, candles etc. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the villa for its location, its cleanliness and its quiet surroundings together with the lovely meet and great service provided by the owners - this was excellent and helpful and Sophia was accessible throughout our stay if we needed her.
