About the property

You found our Gem in Copper Junction, Copper Mountain's premier ski-in, ski-out location. This modern retro-ish, and beautifully remodeled condo is right next to the American Eagle lift.

It's a mountain-facing corner unit with 1200 square feet of living space, including a large living dining area that has a open floor plan with the kitchen. You'll love the convenience of having 3 bathrooms!! No more endless fighting over shower-time.

You won't find a more spacious 2-bedroom condo at Copper and it sleeps 10 people for a set nightly rate. A fraction of the cost of 3 hotel rooms and you have a kitchen and washer/dryer, so you'll save on meals and laundry too!

But, please note that if you're looking for luxury or premium accommodations, Copper Junction is not the condo for you. The building was built in 1973 and has not changed much since. But, if you're looking for a convenient and roomy home for your fully-charged ski vacation, you'll love this unit. Most of our guests love the condo and its location - we have many repeat customers. But those of you who are happiest in upscale, luxury accommodations, then please check out the Cirque or the Cache!

Sleeping arrangements are: King bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the guest bedroom, a queen sofa-bed with memory foam mattress in the living room and two twin rollaways.

You'll cook your favorite feasts in the freshly remodeled kitchen, complete with granite counter tops, tile back splash, and open kitchen/dining area. There is also lots of new and modern furniture, 3 flat screen TVs (2 with BluRay), new bedding AND did we mention your very own washer/dryer!

Compare the size of this condo with other 2-bedroom condos and you'll see that you get lots more space for your money. The bedrooms are bigger than most of the newer condo bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. For extra convenience, there is a third bathroom in the hallway.

Copper Junction is a great location for all seasons, with easy access to the slopes in the winter. The rest of the year, enjoy Sunsation, Copper Country, Yarmony Fest and all the impressive live music lineups. All just outside your door.

Copper Junction was built in 1973, and the units within have large floor plans. And this condo is remodeled and updated, so it offers the best of both worlds - lots of room AND modern updates. Don't forget that this location can't be beat!

Payment/Cancellation Policy - We require a 50% initial payment to confirm the reservation and the balance is due 60 days before your Arrival Date. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, we will refund the deposit minus a $100 cancel fee. NO REFUNDS given for cancellations made within 60 days of the reservation. There are no exceptions to this policy. We highly recommend Travel Insurance including coverage for cancellation due to any reason. Unused nights caused by early departure, and/or a reduction in nights, for any reason, are considered cancellations.

This is a true ski-in, ski-out building. There is no hot tub or pool at this building, but the Copper Mountain athletic club is less than a block away and is $12 per day for adults and $6 per day for kids ages 6 - 17. Kids 5 and under are free. Punch passes are also available at a discounted rate. The athletic club offers a pool, hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, free weights, weight machines, a spa and more.

Perfectly Placed for Powder

This is an ideal spot right next to the rental shop and within 30 feet of the base. I felt so comfortable allowing my kids to ski ahead of me to the base, carry their skiis and meet back at the condo. Ideal location to the base full of restaurants even if you ran out of food to cook in the kitchen. A HUGE space for a condo. Our two families had so much fun while we stayed there. Three bathrooms was so nice!! This condo has more to offer than the standard ski condo. Thanks for a great time Stephanie!

Perfect spring break stay!

Spacious two bedroom and three bathroom condo with all of the comforts of home. It was exceptionally clean and the furnishings and beds were comfortable and in good condition. The kitchen was well stocked and it was great to have a washer/dryer. The true ski-in ski-out location was a big hit with the entire family. Can’t beat this location and even a great BBQ place in the building. Personable owners or managers were a great help to us throughout our stay. Great directions and check-in process. Enjoyed it very much and would come again.

Best location at Copper!

We normally stay in Frisco to save money but decided to splurge and stay on the mountain. What a GREAT decision it was with this condo! We loved it. Couldn't be any closer to the lifts, shops, restaurants and we skiing right onto the patio to go home for lunch. Lots of money saved right there. This was definitely ski-in, ski-out and there was no question about that!

The managers were so helpful with all our questions, welcome information,easy check-in and supplied us with more stuff than we've ever had in a rental like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner, lots of lotion and kleenex. The condo was nicely updated with nice bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen was a little small, but we were fine with it - the bar counter helped with space. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated three tvs as we were travelling with teens. Will be back!

Very good location, very nice appartment

The property is exactly as described, all furnitures and equipment are in very good condition.

We stayed at this property for a week, two parents 3 kids and 2 grand parents. The largest bedroom sleeps 4 on two double beds and a fifth person on a rollaway bed comfortably.

The dining table is very large and accommodates 8 people easily. We hosted friends twice for dinner and used the high chairs at the bar to sit the kids without feeling packed in the appartment.

Two things that could be improved: provide more silverware (hardly enough knives for 7) and have one more closet to store our stuff.

We enjoyed our stay there and definitely recommend this property for a large family.

Just ok

I like to start with the positives. The price was good and location was great! Super convenient. Size of condo was sufficient and clean. Loved having a fireplace. The smell of the condo was very strange, however. I believe it smelled a lot like marijuana but of course I cannot prove that lol. But, we were in a state that legalized it. So, I wouldn't be surprised if other condos in Copper had the same problem. The microwave did not work most of the time. The heat in the main bedroom did not work either. And until our last day, we thought we only had one towel per bathroom. Didn't think to look in the cabinet for some. That's our fault I suppose. And we couldn't find any additional trash bags. We filled the first one and had no extra bag. We did look for some but could never find any. If you want us to dispose of the trash, it would be nice have one or two extra bags. The electrical was a little odd. Didn't figure out that a switch had to be on to actually use one of the outlets in the second bedroom to charge our phone until the second day. So, it would be nice if you either added some labeling to stuff or added an information card of sorts to figure this stuff out ahead of time. I.e. more towels provided in cabinets, must have switch on for power in outlets, extra trash bags can be found here, etc. Finally, I never found an actual phone number to call to ask any of these questions. Very frustrating. I realize it's a condo and not a hotel, but when you don't have a microwave or heater that's working, you kinda need to get a hold of someone promptly and email is not exactly the best. Oh, and the sofa bed was horrible. But, I'm not surprised. I have yet to stay anywhere that you could actually sleep on a sofa bed comfortably. The mattresses or box springs need to replaced or adjusted in all the beds, too. Everyone felt like we were sleeping down hill. Would we stay here again? Possibly.

Great family vacation!

Great stay! Great location, easy to stop in for a quick meal and head back out! Loved the bbq place and the convenience of rental options in the same building. Appreciated covered parking. Will definitely stay again!
