Lovely surrounding and very close to the beach

The accomodation and all equipment is simple and a bit used, but everything needed was there to enjoy a private little space. The short walk to the beach is wonderful, because the resort is beautfully arranged.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec les enfants près de Santa Giulia, dans cette petite villa située à 2 min à pied de ce lagon. Détente, plage et randonnées au programme pendant une semaine… toujours trop court en terme de temps mais nous reviendrons assurément!

logement vétuste et trés mauvais rapport qualité prix

Logement vétuste, sale dans le sens d'un trés mauvais entretien et meublé et équipé avec des équipements hors d'age. Meubles et équipents cassés, bloc climatisation envahi par des plantes collées à l'échangeur; "la climatisation marche trés bien". DOUCHE BOUCHEE, receveur débordant ! mise à disposition d'une ventouse, propriétaire généreux. Meuble cusine avec un tiroir cassé. CuIsine minimaliste. Tout serait tolérable si le prix n'était pas au niveau de logements dans des résidences fermées, parfois avec piscine, modernes et propres. Nous avons pu comparer précisément puisque nous avions 6 couples d'amis logeant dans trois résidences, situées sur le versant, "bar plage". La mauvaise foi et le mépris régnant, "passez votre petite semaine de vacances" ou "votre mail est offensant". La discussion s'est arrétée lorsque l'état de la cimatisation a été évoquée. NON, l'annonce n'est pas conforme à la réalité, une seule évidence, les fermetures sont blanches, ceci alors qu'elles ont été changées en alu noir... Coffre fort d'un autre age, cassé. La serrure de la porte vitrée qui sert de porte d'entrée n'offre AUCUNE sécurité et je suis le seul à avoir, chaque fois, aprés plusieurs essais réussi à la "fermer". La résidence, en cul de sac, ne permet pas de déposer les bagages, elle inaccessible à un handicapé, et il n'y a pas de bornes pour voitures électriques, imposées ! Je me suis trompé quant à localisation recherchée, d'où ce choix.

Für uns und unser kleiner Hund war die Temperatur sehr angenehm - konnten auch baden gehen (für die Einheimischen sei es noch zu kalt). Für's Wandern brauchten wir jeweils rund eine Stunde Anfahrzeit mit dem Auto - die Landschaft war so schön, dass dies jeweils einem Ausflug gleich kam. Mit dem Mountainbike konnten wir nicht viel unternehmen - auf der Strasse zu langweilig, im Gelände zu unsicher. Wir können die Gegend und die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen - angenehm sonnig und im Mai noch sehr ruhig (an den letzten Maitagen zeigte sich der aufkommende "Rummel").

Gute Lage, aber abgewohnt

Die Mini Villa hat eine super Lage, nur 2 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Auch die Anlage ist schön. Allerdings weist die Immobilie einige Mängel auf, die uns sehr gestört haben. Die Haupttüre ist eine Schiebetüre und lässt sich nicht korrekt verschließen. Egal wie der Hebel der Türe veschlossen wird, die Türe lässt sich ohne Schlüssel öffnen. Ein Safe ist vorhanden, jedoch defekt. Somit waren unsere Wertsachen den gesamten Zeitraum ungesichert. Das Doppelbett besteht aus zwei Einzelbetten, die zusammen geschoben wurden und nachts auseinandergerutscht sind. Für 4 Handtücher und das Bettlaken wurde eine zusätzliche Gebühr verlangt, diese wurden dann in 15 Tagen nicht einmal gewechselt. Die Handtücher mussten wir dann selbst waschen.

Maison les pieds dans l’eau

Maison avec jardin et terrasse pratique même si un peu sous équipée. La proximité du petit supermarché et des restaurants est un plus. Enfin la maison est parfaitement située pour aller à la plage à pied.

Santa Giulia : un séjour pour un dépaysement les pieds dans l’eau

Location correspondant totalement au descriptif. Accueil très agréable et chaleureux de Ket…😀. Très agréable de se retrouver en 5 mn sur la merveilleuse plage de Santa Giulia. Logement très fonctionnel bien équipé, et la climatisation est très appréciable : on se sent à la maison facilement. L’espace vert de la copropriété est très bien entretenu. Merci pour l’accueil de notre chienne : elle s’est également bien adaptée. Séjour très apprécié et validée pour toute la famille : à l’année prochaine !

Très très bon séjour dans cet endroit fabuleux à deux pas de la mer qui a un air des Seychelles, c’est juste moins loin ! La villa est très bien aménagée avec tout le confort, les fenêtres venaient d’être changées ce qui semblait nécessaire d’après certains commentaires précédents… donc plus rien à dire… Et un grand merci à Ketty pour son excellent accueil et sa disponibilité. C’est vraiment très agréable d’être reçus ainsi. Nous recommandons très très vivement…
