Plum Property Management was established in April of 2009 to provide real estate management to property owners and investors. Our firm’s role is far more involved than simply showing space, signing leases, and collecting rents. Property management is one of the fastest growing industries within the real-estate field and requires communication skills and extensive knowledge of the profession for accurate decision making. Plum Property Management operates as an advertising director, market analyst, salesperson, bookkeeper, negotiator, mediator, and often a maintenance supervisor. We interact with many professionals within our community including fellow property managers, attorneys, vendors, accountants, environmental inspection companies, on-site managers, and so forth.

As a property owner it is difficult to attend to all the needs of your investment property personally. Plum Property Management will maximize rental income for the property owner and manage the property efficiently, professionally, and economically.

Such a great place to stay. We will never stay in a hotel after working with Josh. Such a beautiful property. Between the location, the clawfoot bathtub and the amazing beds AND the fully stocked kitchen. ..... we never want to leave!

Best place in Missoula

I don't even know where to start, location? Comfort? Aesthetics? Management Company? Simply put, I went on a trip with 8 teenagers to ski and visit the beautiful state of Montana. Josh Plum was a Godsend! He took care of all our needs and unlike many of the other real properties I looked at for rent who shied away from having 8 teenagers, Mr. Plum not only welcomed us, but gave me countless tips regarding the local scene.

With respect tot he property, is perfect too strong a word? It was everything and more that we needed. First and foremost, it was clean. Second, there was more than enough space for the 8 of us and we never felt crowded. Third, everything worked as advertised, from the TV, Cable, Wi-Fi and bathrooms. Fourth, and most important, the price is ridiculous. Not only affordable, but downright inexpensive. It's everything a $1,500 a day walk up on NYC is, except it's in Montana.

Thanks again, I can't wait to stay again.

Perfect Everything

There isn't anything this lovely VRBO didn't have. Plenty of space, incredibly fun and easy walking distance to just about everything, griz central, downtown, ice cream, shopping and just a stroll along tree lined streets. This accommodation marked off all of my wants. My husband and I enjoyed getting away 'in' town without having to go to stuffy hotels. We had a blast walking downtown to night life and then enjoying the comforts from the home the next couple of days. It was definitely a home away from home with all the upgrades. I will definitely be using this place again for a great girls weekend getaway and more romantic getaways for ourselves! Not to mention letting family in town for the Griz know it's a couple blocks away directly to the stadium! Top Notch!

Home away from home

The house was great to stay in, we had a large group and it worked out great for a smaller space. The property management even loaned us 2 large air mattresses for our week long vacation.
