Plum Property Management mandates that all licensed employees must complete a mandatory 40-hour pre-licensing course and an annual 16 hours of continuing education annually to stay abreast of all changing state laws and regulations. Great stay in Missoula!
The house was convenient and perfect for our family (2 young ones). Parking in front of garage was great. We had a lovely time in this lovely home. We needed extra blankets and Amy with the property management company brought us some within an hour. The king bed was weirdly bouncy which is why I gave it less one star. Otherwise, perfect for our stay checking out Missoula. Thanks!

This town house is exceptional!! My husband and I came in for a short four day stay and visit with our UM student. We were able to feed him and many of his teammates and friends two of the four nights! I had everything I needed in the kitchen to feed two large groups of boys. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit, eat, watch the Olympics and hang out. It was walking distance for several of the guys which made it easy for them too!! This place is close to anything and everything you need. We even walked to the Griz v. Cat game Saturday night!
All of this being said, it doesn’t even do justice to the Plum group!! Amy, Josh, Jeffrey and the precious young lady (so sorry I can’t remember your name!!) that answered the phone when I called were fantastic! I left my laptop there this morning (4am) and had to leave a voice mail and email to let them know. This is where above and beyond comes in!!! I was able to talk to the young lady at opening time for them and she took all my information and already had it ready for Jeffrey! Josh was so quick to respond to my emails and keep me posted. Jeffrey, the general manager went to get my laptop and shipped it overnight to me with all the details in an email!!! This team is fantastic and has gone above and beyond what is expected!! Thanks to all of you! We have already booked another stay with you all due to this exceptional experience! Again, thank you!

We've placed our out of town guest and VIP guest speakers at this wonderful home for the last few years. The feedback has always been superb, and travelers have made return visits to Missoula to stay again.
The location is walkable to the University of Montana, the river walking trail, and downtown Missoula.
Nicely updated condo
This condo is adorable! Super clean, the linens are soft and cozy, and the remodel job is amazing! Loved everything about this place! Great location!
Such a great place to stay. We will never stay in a hotel after working with Josh. Such a beautiful property. Between the location, the clawfoot bathtub and the amazing beds AND the fully stocked kitchen. ..... we never want to leave!
