Ancient country house in the quiet green country of Tuscany; owned by the family since 1973 and continuously restored and taken care of by the owners, who love and keep it as a real "Paradise"; 6mx12m swimmingpool with outer shower and equipped gazebo/veranda; owner living in the half of the building, but only present if and when required; he will be glad to cook a typical BBQ for you, with local products, on request; some noise due to the nearby Highway Florence-Pisa-Livorno and the railway Pisa-Florence, depending on the direction of the wind. The proximity to railway and highway help to easily reach the wonderful towns of Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Livorno, and the nearby sandy beach of Versilia (Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Pietrasanta).
Only 30 minutes from the famous Teatro del Silenzio, where every summer Andrea Bocelli & Friends perform their wonderful concerts(http://www.teatrodelsilenzio.it/)

Unterkunft zu den Vespa World Days 2024

Schönes Haus auf tollem Grundstück, wir waren eine 8 Köpfige Herrenrunde mit 8 Vespa Rollern, alles da was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

"Nous avons séjourné une semaine avec une autre famille au mois d''août 2012. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et il se trouve dans l''autre partie de la maison. Belle maison avec beaucoup de cachet et très spacieuse avec également une dépendance pour une famille de 4 personnes. Beaucoup de terrain agréable pour les enfants. La piscine est magnifique, grande et chaude avec une partie peu profonde 1 mètre environ et une autre plus profonde à 2 mètre environ. Au bord de la piscine un couvert avec transat et linge sont à disposition. Maison située au calme à proximité de Pontederra. À 20 minutes en voiture de Pise et 1 heure de Sienne. À recommander sincèrement."

"The house was really pleasant and perfectly clean. It is actually even more beautiful than on the photos. The environment is really quiet and the garden is huge, which makes you feel you are completely alone. The swimming pool is just great. It is an ideal house for spending holidays with friends or family. The owners were also incredibly welcoming and helpful."

"We had a great time at La Capannacce! Just loved the pool, the terraces and the ''veranda'' with a large barbecue. The property is secluded and lies in lovely green surroundings. The house itself has spacious well furnished rooms and two bathrooms. The only point of critisism is that the kitchen equipment is really outdated. The smaller house, which is not mentioned in the ad, is also quite nice with its own kitchenette and shower. La Capannacce is centrally located, Florence, Pisa, Lucca and the beaches are within an hour away. We would love to come back next year!"
