Welcome to 'The Reach at the Beach'! Step into your oceanfront retreat and unwind with a cozy fireplace, spa shower and comfy king bed - all designed for comfort, style, and pure relaxation. Located on the 17th floor of Ocean Forest Plaza, in Myrtle Beach, SC. Our unit has been completely remodeled. No more looking through balcony bars from cheap plastic chairs. Enjoy our tall high-end Adirondack chairs and side table, while taking in the amazing view of the Atlantic coastline from our over-sized balcony. This is a True 1-bedroom condo with king size bed, additional private vanity and sink, plus completely remodeled spa style full bathroom, featuring a tiled walk-in shower, with a river rock floor and rainfall shower head. The kitchen is newly remodeled, beautiful quartzite countertops and backsplash, island with high bar stools, stainless steel appliances and upscale dishware. Free parking!

You will not get the 'cookie cutter' feel with our condo. From the original owner photos on the wall, to the hand made furniture, to the unique antique pieces...this is a one-of-a-kind vacation property that makes you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you walk in.

Ocean Forest Plaza owners and guests can enjoy wonderful amenities including an outdoor swimming pool, a heated indoor pool, relaxing hot tub, sauna and outdoor grill. FREE secured WiFi. 24-hour security with surveillance cameras. Across the street is a paved fitness trail with multiple exercise stations. Buckets Bar and Grill is a great place for a beverage or a meal, located in Forest Dunes and less than a 5-minute walk. This is one of our favorite spots to visit. Many other fine restaurants are just a short 10-minute walk.

Ocean Forest Plaza is located ocean front in the exclusive area known as The Golden Mile or Cabana Row of Myrtle Beach. It is away from the crowds but close enough to all attractions making this the perfect location. There is a road that separates our building from the boardwalk on to the beach. However, there is a crosswalk and we are considered ocean front since we have an amazing unobstructed view of the beach and ocean, as seen in our pictures.

There is no need to check in at a front desk or to go to an off site office to pick up keys. Once you arrive you can go directly to our condo. This is our second home and we take great pride in offering a beautiful, CLEAN, SMOKE FREE vacation condo to family, friends, and guests.

Unfortunately, motorcycles, golf
carts, and trailers are not allowed on property except for owners. No pets are allowed, except those belonging to the deeded home owner and displaying the OFP tag.

As children and teens my husband and I traveled from North Carolina to the Myrtle Beach area for family vacations. The dream of owning a place at the beach became a reality when we bought our condo at Ocean Forest Plaza.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property knowing we were going to perform a complete remodel, to make this into our second home. We think we succeeded into making 'The Reach' some place truly special. It doesn't feel like a hotel. It feels like a cozy home, a peaceful, inviting spot where the everyday stresses of life just seem to disappear.

We love the music of Dan Fogelberg and named our condo after one of his songs, as well as each of my original photographs on the wall. We added unique touches such as some of my very own handcrafted furniture and antique pieces to make our place extra special.

We also like the the fact that many owners in our building live here year round. We enjoy seeing friends and familiar faces when we are here and knowing that there is pride in ownership, as this isn't just a building or a condo, but their home.

What makes this property unique

We love that our condo is located in a quiet section of Myrtle Beach. The beach is never too crowded, yet we are no more than a 5-minute drive to all the restaurants and shops. The view from the kitchen, den and balcony is simply amazing. We never get tired of listening to and watching the waves. My husband is an avid cyclist and enjoys bringing his bike. He has joined up with the local cycling community for group rides. Like most people, we enjoy taking long walks at the beach. Not only do we like walking on the beach, but the location of our condo is great for walking through the neighborhoods of beautiful homes, as well as to a couple of nearby restaurants. The fitness trail across the street also offers the opportunity for some additional exercise and scenic walks. We always look forward to our trips here and are glad we are able to share our vacation home with family, friends, and guests.
