80m2 apartment on the 2nd floor of a typical Savoyard chalet; located in a quiet mountain setting, on a southern slope, with a beautiful view of Mont-Blanc. Close to the Espace Diamant and Val d'Arly ski slopes. Also located 15 minutes from Megève. Quick description; 1 garage space + 1 outdoor parking space. Equipped kitchen and redone in 2017. Recent and quality bedding. Pleasant living room with a fireplace.

Le chalet est parfait , charme de la montagne , vue magnifique.Seul ombre au tableau l'emplacement légèrement a l'écart du village, véhicule obligatoire pour se déplacer mais nous étions informés de la situation géographique. Seul raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles .Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est située en hauteur du village de Praz sur Arly et à 5 minutes en voiture des départs des pistes et cours de ski pour les enfants. La vue est magnifique sur la vallée, mais aussi sur le Mont-Blanc. En hiver prévoir des équipements pour la montée et descente du chalet au village par la petite route. Sinon, très bon accueil de la proriétaire, qui vit sur place. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Grand appartement au premier étage d'un joli chalet, impression de ne pas entre en appartement mais de disposer de tout le chalet. Fonctionnel, bien décoré, grands balcons, très grand garage à disposition pour matériel (VTT, voiture), place de parking. Propriétaires discrets mais très serviable. Emplacement au calme et au vert à 1km du centre de Praz.

Confitures maison excellentes Très bon accueil, appartement très complet, très calme , on ne se plaindra pas du tintement matinal des cloches des vaches et moutons. Et en prime une vue exceptionnelle sur le Mont-Blanc, et un temps splendide durant la plus grande partie de notre séjour.
