Superb location with super owners. Really enjoyed it and will return soon.

Our host Hervé, Amélee and family are really nice people. Although the studio is part of their home, we were given the utmost privacy, seeing them on the odd occasion. The studio is a super base to explore the region, and is close to the lake, and cycle route. We rarely used our vehicle, instead, cycling to Annecy and Doussard. The area is a great place for outdoor activities, and although we visited in the summer, no doubt it would be an excellent winter holiday base. We look forward to returning at some time in the near future. Our best wishes to Hervé and his family.

Logement neuf ok normalement avec Parking ? stationnement impasse 25 m pour nous l'accès pleine d’ornières importantes et revêtement cailloux nos hôtes stationne dans une petite courre leur 2 voitures devant leur maison .......pas d'accès PMR passage insuffisant largeurVaisselle et ménagère ustensiles de cuisine bien usagées et hétérocliteéquipement ancien frigo télé Machine à laver micro ondes placard pour vêtements sans rideau et 4 cintres ......pas de hôte au dessus de la plaque de cuisson l été ok mais hors saison ???manger froid ...... on ne peut pas faire du neuf avec du vieux et avoir une bonne rentabilité de ce logement dans l'état actuel et le respect des clients

Impression générale

Studio bien équipé et bien situé comme décrit sur l’offre comprenant une seule pièce à vivre avec coin kitchenette, plus salle de bain. Avec une petite terrasse à l'entrée avec mobilier de jardin pour manger dehors. Des vélos à disposition pour de petites escapades autour du lac. Tout a fait suffisant pour passer quelques jours à visiter les alentours du Lac d'Annecy et les montagnes environnantes. Nos hôtes, Hervé et Amélie, sont à la fois sympathiques et avenants, serviables et discrets. Très bon séjour!

Un studio idéal pour découvrir le lac d'Annecy et sa région

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en location dans le studio de la famille Vienet. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et les conseils d'Hervé étaient toujours très pertinents pour passer un bon séjour. Le studio est petit mais fonctionnel et bien équipé pour des vacances (transats, barbecue, machine à laver etc). Le seul bémol pour nous : l'absence de chambre distincte du reste du studio.
