Njut av en dopp i den överdimensionerade uppvärmda saltvattenstenen tech pool med swim-up-bord, dykbräda, bild och vatten funktion. Den stora 13.000 kvadratfot ger privatliv och är perfekt för året runt utomhusliv. Tre skjutdörrar utökar vardagsrummet utanför. Inga inre steg, välvda tak.

Great stay!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The owner was wonderful and allowed my daughter’s teammates and their parents to come over and enjoy the pool after tournaments in the afternoon. This house was perfect and the backyard was 10/10. The backyard pool area is fabulous. We loved the layout of the house it was perfect for entertaining. The house was super clean when we arrived. Host was great if we had any questions. The property is in a great neighborhood and the location makes it easy to get to anything. There’s a grocery store right around the corner! We will definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic Vacation House

Perfect place

The property is in a great location....close to everything you need. The home is bright and spacious and had all the things we needed for our stay. The outdoor area is amazing and fun! Beau is a very responsive and conscientious host.....2nd year for us and hope for a third!

Family Fun

We had a great experience here. It was very clean and comfy. We had plenty of outdoor things to enjoy. The outdoor pool and sitting area was our favorite. The home was filled with all the things you need including games and essentials. We loved our stay will book again.

Relaxing!

This was the second time we stayed here! The pool is fantastic being saltwater there’s no reactions to the chlorine. Kitchen is well stocked and ready to tackle whatever you want to prepare. Very quiet and private location, occasional golfers but no big deal. Look forward to returning again!

Wonderful Stay!

My best friend and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the house and our week in Phoenix. The house is in a convenient location to any type of restaurant or store you may need as well as the major highways (we did a few day trips). We spent a lot of time enjoying the outside patio area and watching the golfers. I agree with previous recent reviews that some cosmetic updates could be done but everything is more than functional and some appliances are very new. When I needed to contact Beau during our stay (not any issues with the house), he responded very quickly. I highly recommend the property and my friend and I are already discussing returning in a few years for another stay. Thank you Beau!

Phoenix Getaway

Our multi- generational family had a wonderful time at this property. It was too cold to use the pool, but it looked like it would be fun for the kids. There were toys there for children, which was nice. The house is conveniently located to freeway access, grocery store, and restaurants. Most beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Only suggestion would be an additional TV indoors. The house has one TV inside and 1 TV outside by the pool.

Spacious home and clean

Great property in quiet neighborhood. Pool is a good size and heated. We had lots of room for eight people. Home was clean and had a nice supply of extra toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Was also surprised to find some leftover food in the pantry and bottled water. Could have used some extra blankets, it was cool when we visited and house always seemed cold. We turned up the air conditioning but it didn't really help since it was cool outside.

Great Location and Property

Great Property, quiet neighbourhood that is close to everything listed in the description. One of the queen size beds in the guest rooms is a little weird, seems like a queen mattress in a king frame? I dunno, this was an issue for the couple in our group that drew the short straw. Master Suite was great -takes a minute for hot water on that side of the house -who cares, not us. Hot Tub maintained, outside furniture could use a cleaning but still rates 5 stars. Very happy with the spices and condiments available for use. A plus
