Forget your worries in this serene golf course home on the 14th hole at the Desert Foothills Course (Troon Managed). Enjoy your morning coffee while looking out at the rolling Foothills. Experience outdoor living with accommodations featuring a BBQ area and fireplace setting. Other attractions are a short ride away; YMCA (5minute walk), Whirlwind Golf Club and Gila River Casino, 10 minutes; State Farm (Glendale) Stadium 30 minutes; The Chandler Fashion Ctr., 15 minutes.
This home includes 3 Bedrooms, a Loft/Office and 2 1/2 baths. The Master has a king bed and is on the 1st floor. Adjacent is a Master Bath with separate shower and bath tub, and a walk-in closet. The 2nd floor includes 2 bedrooms, both have queen beds, a dresser and closet; there is also a Loft/Office space with queen size Sofa/Bed, desk area for two, 65" LG Smart TV and large ottoman. The 2nd floor bathroom has a shower/tub combination and two sinks. The 1st floor includes a Guest Bathroom, Dry Bar, Family Room with wood burning Fireplace and 55' LG Smart TV, Kitchen and Breakfast Nook with view of the Golf Course and Foothills. The first floor also includes Dining Room with table for six people, small Living Room Sitting area with upholstered chairs (2) and bench (1). Laundry Room and 2 car Garage have inside entry. All Furnishings and Fixtures are new since Sept. 2022. The backyard has patio areas for the BBQ, which has a tiled table top, seating and refrigeration and the Fireplace, which has tiered walls, seating and uses a propane tank. The center raised Patio has a Chimenea and Wicker cushioned lounging chairs and a table. There is a small gate on to the golf course for a morning walk on the cart path.
The Patio adjacent to the back of the house has table and chairs for six people and is mostly shielded from the sun with the originally designed roof extension.
A Water Softener has been installed in the Garage to make the water less abrasive. The property has a Ring Doorbell and three security cameras over looking the backyard and side yards. Sometimes the house is not occupied, .... hence the security system.
Guests will have access to the entire house and can enter from the Front Door via a digital lock with a secure passcode or the Garage Door via a passcode.

House was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Kitchen had all amenities needed to make family meals together. Check in was flawless and easy. The location was perfect for our needs and close to airport, shopping and family.

Escape to the warmth and sun

Beautifully decorated and well appointed home that sits on a lovely golf course. Especially enjoyed sitting out in the backyard drinking coffee the mornings while soaking in the warm sunshine and gorgeous views.

Just as promised!

I was traveling solo so the size was a bit of overkill, but I love staying on golf courses. The backyard view is perfect, and a great area to chill. Wish I had my family with me!

Exceptional property

This home exceeded our expectations. Tastefully decorated, quiet neighborhood, excellent outdoor area for relaxing, and the hosts were prompt, professional, but not overbearing. We will look at this property first every time we visit the Phoenix area.

Good location for our situation

Had a snafu with the house not cleaned when we arrived. Owner was on top of it and made it right as soon as possible. Great communication. We would stay here again.

Great Stay!

Everything was wonderful, easy check in. However, we tried to use the code supplied for the garage door and it did not work. Having to get out of the car and go into the house to open the garage door, was not convenient. A garage door opener would be nice to have. We do want to let you know the floors creek very loudly. Whenever anyone walks it sounds as if the ceiling is going to come down. Our family that was upstairs said it was the same for them. We enjoyed the back view and sitting out in the morning sun enjoying our coffee and the view. The quiet time between 9pm and 8 am was broken by the garden who was running power equipment and woke us up before 8am. Overall wonderful stay, and beautiful area!

The property was perfect. Location close to uber everywhere. The extras like the coffee bar/tea station was GREAT. We brought a couple washing tide pods but host had them. The beds were luxurious. We will definitely stay again. We went to old town Scottsdale. Loved it. Thank you.

Christmas Vacation in Phoenix

Our family loved our stay here! Location was great, but was also very peaceful. Home was beautiful and had plenty of room for our family of 7 to spread out. Backyard overlooking the golf course and mountains was a perfect place to enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning! Having access to the garage to park in was also very convenient and appreciated.

Relaxing stay in Ahwatukee Foothills

Beautiful house in peaceful area. House has been nicely renovated, beds and furniture are comfortable, kitchen is well-stocked. Grocery and quick food nearby. Also hiking and pretty views We are sad to leave.

Tranquil home in great location

We stayed for nearly two weeks while visiting friends. The house is incredibly light and spacious and we immediately felt at home and relaxed. We had a couple of questions during our stay and the host responded in hours. Perfect stay 👍

Golf Getaway

Check-in & out easy. Host was quick to answer any questions. Beautiful house with garage that was nice to keep our golf clubs in the vehicle. Just drive in with a code. Kitchen was equipped well. Stores 10 miuutes away. We felt very save in this neighborhood. My husband & could easily live here. Golf, many courses, Foothills GC is a great challenging course. House on #14 green. Fun to relax & watch others putt from the patio. Evenings are quiet.

Lengthy stay for surgery in Phoenix

This house is very comfortable and well taken care of. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the backyard was nice with views of the golf course. I would definitely stay here again. The owners obviously take pride in their home. Since we stayed so long, it was very nice to have such a well stocked kitchen so we could cook meals.

Six Star Stay

My husband and I have stayed in vacation rentals multiple times a year for over 6 years and have owned one that we stay in for 5 years. This home was hands down the best place we have ever stayed. The owners thought of EVERY DETAIL to have all the comforts of home. Comfy beds and seating, soft rugs, lots of hangers, fluffy towels, very well stocked kitchen AND space to put your food without rearranging the cabinets! The loft area has a great work space for two plus a perfect place to watch a movie after a day of mountain biking (easy to reach from the house without having to load up your bikes). Garage parking with room to store your bikes. A hose for washing them off if needed. Morning walks on the golf course and amazing outside gathering areas. Even the neighbors were really friendly. The decor is spot on and it was sparkling clean. You are near stores and other conveniences but don’t feel like you are in the middle of a big city. If you have never stayed at a vacation rental you may not want to stay here first, it will ruin you for the rest of your stays. This is what vacation rentals should be like.

Beautiful and comfortable

This is a beautiful home with everything you need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Safe and quiet neighborhood, great back yard/patio, walking distance to grocery and food, and quick and easy access to the freeway. Only had a couple questions during the stay and Bob was super responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

This home is close to the 202 freeway but not too close and offers easy access to parks, restaurants, The Chandler Fashion Mall, Premium Outlets, several Golf Courses, Gila Casino and an Equestrian Ctr. The backyard offers the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors with a BBQ Island with refrigerator, a tiered propane burning Fireplace, a raised patio with cushioned wicker chairs and ottomans to seat 7 and a dining table seating 6 people on the lower patio. The indoors is cozy with an open kitchen/family room, 3 bedrooms, a loft/office with 1 sofa bed and 4 LG smart TVs with ample WIFI bandwidth
