Only 5 minute drive to the town of Tamarindo; you can also walk or bike there. The property is nicely decorated and furnished with a traditional beach style. It has everything you need for a luxury vacation. Every room is air-conditioned. The house has cable TV and internet. You also have a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, BBQ grill on the terrace, and a private pool. The house sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably.

No need to rent a car unless you want to also explore the area around. Our concierge team will be happy to assist with activities and more. Please note that most of the trips and excursions include transportation. Unit 16 is located on the third floor, with a partial ocean view. Comfortable this 3 BDR is perfect for families and friends. Comes fully equipped with a/c, cable tv and internet, hot water, washer and dryer.

First, it has a fantastic location right in front of the beach with direct access to it. It is a short mile distance to the town of Tamarindo where most of the shops and restaurants are. Langosta is a very nice and quieter neighborhood of Tamarindo. It is pleasant to stay there and enjoy walks around the block or on the beautiful volcanic beach. You can enjoy the wildlife early in the morning or later around sunset time. The house is large and comfortable with the master BDR attached to the main house building where the kitchen laundry area and living room are. You ahve then 3 other guest rooms separate from the main wing but close enough to keep everyone together but with privacy. Each room has a bathroom. The property is fully equipped for 8 guests and has its private pool, terrace and BBQ area.

From the moment you get into this property, you will fall in love with it! The beautiful grounds, plants, fish ponds, and fountains will surround you. You have also this lovely outside terrace overlooking the beach, an ideal space to enjoy the sound of the waves. There is a private pool right there too. You have the living room attached to the kitchen and the master BDR with an attached bathroom in the main building and the three guest rooms outside in a separate wing, all with attached bathrooms too. Perfect for families, couples, and friends!

With 4 independent bedrooms, it sleeps 8 guests comfortably. The house has a great layout with 3 guest rooms separate from the main building where the kitchen, living area, and master BDR are. This main wing of the house connects with a welcoming outdoor terrace that overlooks the beach. You will enjoy the private pool in there but also any meals at the sound of the waves. Sunsets are true joys giving a magic experience of your stay. Side note: if you stay at Casa Bendita, you will never want to leave!!
