Great place to stay that was close to transit and easy to get to Disneyland (one stop away) and getting to downtown Paris. Cute place that had everything we needed for our stay. Clean and felt very safe. The hosts were great and quick on communication and I appreciated the help with arranging transportation to the airport. Great bakery and mall very close by. I recommend this place and would stay here again.

The host was friendly and helpful, met us later than expected when our flight got delayed, helped us to sort airport transfers and made us feel really welcomed. Great location with the train station and shopping center around the corner. Super convinient for Disney as only 1 station away. The apartment was adequate for us and 4 kids to stay, balcony was nice to sit for breakie and the beds were comfy.

Very good apartment in an amazing location for Disneyland Paris, Val D'Europe and the RER

The communication with Martin pre-arrival was excellent. Very quick and thorough responses to queries. Martin is a very friendly host and we appreciated the extensive walk through of the apartment building upon arrival. The apartment is spacious and was ideal for our family of 4. Everyone slept soundly, which isn't always the case when travelling. It's actually located opposite the Eurodisney HQ, 60 seconds walk to the RER and Val D'Europe. We didn't try it, but it looks to be around 20 mins walk to DLP. The area is surprisingly quiet despite there being so many restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Only minor negatives are that some of the fixtures and fittings are showing their age a bit and would benefit from some TLC. That said, the apartment is fantastic value, and a refurb would probably put the price up so it's all relative. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend as a base for Paris central and DLP.

Excellent Accommodation with a very friendly and helpful landlord

The property that we originally booked was unavailable due to, if I recall correctly, water damage. Fortunately the owner had another property available which we were given, it was less than a five minute walk from the original property, unfortunately I do not know the address or the property ID so the remainder of this review is perhaps of limited use, so I will keep in general. The property was of a very high standard with all the amenities that you would expect. The property is very close, a few minutes walk, to L'Europe train station, (Disneyland is the next stop on the frequently running trains), and reportedly the largest shopping mall in Europe. The whole stay was very enjoyable and a totally stress free experience, as previously stated the landlord was very friendly, spoke excellent English and could not have been more helpful. I would recommend the apartment to anyone and I am sure the other properties belonging to the same landlord will be of the same standard.

Great Location!

We stayed at this apartment because of the location. We were pleasantly surprised that the location of the apartment was accurate and honest. There is nothing worse than booking a place claiming to be close to a location only to find it's not close at all. I would have given a 5 star rating, but there were a few things lacking, which I will cover. PROS: Location to train station RER A was within a short walking distance Great place to stay if you are planning a visit to DLP, because it is 1 train stop away (about a 7 min train ride) Located a short walk from many dining options Located within walking distance, to a HUGE and I mean HUGE shopping center that is open 7 days a week! Wifi was fast and reliable Coffee and some fruit was provided by the host Apartment was a good size, even with 5 adults and 2 kids we did not feel cramped Martin was very accommodating host and worked with us during the check in process 1 FREE underground parking space CONS: Beds were very uncomfortable :( We paid a 10 euro pp towel and linen deposit when we arrived, but that only provided us with 1 bath towel pp, no hand towels, or wash cloths. Other than the 2 things I mentioned, all else was great!!

Propietario muy amable y atento, el piso perfecto para visitar Disney y Paris muy limpio, buen barrio con todo lo que se puede necesitar cerca, plaza de garaje. propietario muy servicial nos facilito trona y cuna para el bebe, muy recomendable.

très bon séjour

Séjour organisé dans le cadre de mon travail avec 4 adultes et 4 enfants en fauteil roulant. Tres bon accueil et appartement tres fonctionnel a proximité de tout les commerces et du rer A pour se rendre au parc disney. Je garde l adresse pour un nouveau sejour .

Hemos ido dos familias en total 4 adultos y 4 niños.La ubicación es perfecta, la atención también , las únicas pegas: falta de menaje y limpieza de la misma, y el sofá cama es Imposible dormir en el, hasta el punto que tuvimos que comprar un colchón hinchable.

Situacion ideal

Hemos estado una semana 2 familias, todo ha sido perfecto, la situación del apartamento es perfecta, al lado del tren y del centro comercial. El apartamento es cómodo y eta limpio y cuidado. aunque no hemos podido conocer a los propietarios, estaban disponibles por mail en todo momento y son muy agradables. Muy recomendable. Seguro volveremos!

"Bellissimo appartamento dotato di tutti i confort come da descrizione. E'' situato in una zona ben servita da varie attività commerciali e perfetto per visitare i parchi Disney ( una sola fermata di metrò) ma anche ottimo per andare a Parigi. Citazione particolare merita la sig.ra Sonia molto gentile e disponibile,punto di riferimento per i turisti italiani."

"We have just returned from 4 days at Disneyland Paris, staying at Martin and Sonia''s apartment. The owners are very nice, helpful, friendly and relaxed. The apartment is lovely, well-equipped, very safe for young children and just a few minutes'' walk away from the RER to Disney or into Paris. The apartment is also close to restaurants and shops meaning that a car is not necessary. The apartment was perfect for our trips to Disney as it was only one short stop away on the train but far enough away from the crowds and activity to allow us to relax. I would definitely return to the apartment if coming back to Disney again (which I will be if the kids have anything to do with it!!). Thank you Martin and Sonia for your hospitality."

We know the area very well and remain at your service to help you organize a great stay for a unique experience, in the heart of the Val D'Europe, situated 50 meters away from the place D'ariane,where you will find the direct RER A train to reach Disney in just one stop, or Paris in less than 30 minutes. The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the supermarket and Val DEUROPE international shopping center, the outlet Vallee shopping, and Sea Life PARIS, and dozens of restaurants.

This WIFI apartment big enough for 8 guests is perfectly situated, on the 2nd floor with lift, and has a big balcony with beautiful urban park view. You will enjoy staying in the middle of the city, with nature in front of your windows. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, LCD Tv, NESSPRESSO COFFEE machine, oven, micro wave, big fridge, toaster, boiler, washing machine etc..
