Paradise Palms Jamaica Villa is a 3 bedrooms sleeps 6 Private Self Catering Vacation Rental Villa accommodation which provides a great holiday experience in a quiet, residential area approximately 8 minutes from Montego Bay Airport and 7 minutes drive away from the main shopping centers, cinemas,restaurants and the famous Mobay "Hip Strip", Doctor's Cave Beach, Cornwall Beach, Aqua Sol Beach and water sport along the North Coast of Jamaica. There is off street parking for cars with secure fencing around the property. The garden is well maintained with seasonal fruits.
There is also an array of exotic fruits, beautiful tropical plants, a herb garden and flowers. This property is very secure and gated and is suitable for young children with a wide space for them to play and have fun.

Although guests will be occupying the property by themselves, rooms allocation will be at the discretion of management. Rates are according to the the amount of persons booked.

Nice stay!!

The property was very clean, better then advertised. Junior was very helpful and attentive, he took us to a fantastic place to eat with delicious jerk chicken. I would definitely stay here again, lots of space.

The Villa was very lovely, well kept very clean, the owner was very prompt helpful.

Overall our experience with renting this property was very nice we enjoyed our vacation we enjoyed the house, the owner was very nice. We would recommend anyone that with a large family or a large group people traveling to consider this house it's very large very beautiful and safe and quiet neighborhood.

Breath Taking Views and great hospitality

The house was wonderful, the safety measures and privacy on the property was a huge plus. We had the best drivers on the island, they had great suggestions and perfect prompt timing at pickup times and even put us onto the best spots not on the internet. We stayed for 5 days but we will have to come back soon.

Enjoyable stay

This was my third time staying at this property, suited by needs. The house was very clean and spacious for my family. It was located at the center of everything, from the beaches, shopping and sightseeing. Everything was less than 20 mins drive. I felt safe, with the outdoor being monitored and check in and out was very easy.

Fantastic place for stay in Montego Bay

Lloyd was so welcoming and helpful. We got fruit from the trees on our arrival. The house looks better then in the pictures and is kept super clean. Great veranda to hang out and enjoy the garden. Lloyd offers an amazing driver services that will provide you with safe transportation and guide services. Property is secured with two gates and will keep feeling safe and comfortable.

Amazing Experience

Mr. Campbell and his team provided a beautiful property. He was available to answer any questions. Well manicured lawn and fruit trees. We were able to eat fruits off the trees and they were delicious. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the lovely experience.

The property was beautiful. It’s called Paradise Palms and it was truly paradise. The luxurious patio with rich lush garden was so peaceful with ample seating, sunshine and shady areas. The porch in the front was great for breakfast in the morning. The house was so beautiful and spacious inside. Excellent kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. Loyd the property owner was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place. It was worth every penny! The pictures don’t do it justice! You must see in person. Just beautiful!

The perfect home away from home

I will never forget my trip because of our gracious host and the beautiful home my family and I had the pleasure of visiting. Mr. Campbell greated my very big group at the airport then gave us a tour of the beautiful home. He made himself available to us no matter what and he gave us insight as to the best places to visit, shop or see the sites. The home held my group comfortable as we also had time to cook meals, play games or just relax and plan our next adventure. This property was BEAUTIFUL! It looked exactly like the pictures and we had a very pleasant stay. Mr. Lloyd was very helpful and it was great that he was on the property at all times. We had an issue with the kitchen sink and he saw to it right away. He had a plummer there the next morning to fix it completely. We ate fresh mangoes and breadfruit from the trees in the yard every day. The house is very close to the Hip Strip and Sangster Airport. It's located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this property to others and I'll be booking again soon myself.

Staying at this property was nothing short of amazing. The outdoor space has lush trees with great landscaping which makes it a nice oasis to relax and enjoy the outside seating area. The house was very clean with all the amenities one would need inside the kitchen. I was able to cook daily which without worrying about kitchen utensils. Each room has it's own AC which is a plus for individualized comfort. The host Lloyd was extremely kind and personable. He gave great recommendations on places to eat, shopping and other points of interests. Security is also top notch as there are cameras on the property and a secured gating system. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to feel like they are home while in Jamaica. It's also a 10 min drive to the airport which makes it an easy commute. Definitely enjoyed my stay. Thanks again Lloyd for being a great host to me and my mom.

Lots of spaces, quiet area.........

The overall experience was great. There was only one draw back-the heat in the common areas (kitchen, living room, dining room). This home has tons of space for a large family or group, however, the common area(s) were not adequately set up to keep the place cool. There were huge fans on the ground in the living room that is supposed to keep the area cool. The fans just circulate hot air. The kitchrn is big, stove is a gas stove that you light with a lighter each time you need to use it. The bedrooms had more than enough space and stayed fairly cool. There are fruit trees on the property. The neighborhood is quiet and close enough to the hip strip to be able to go clubbing and grocery stores. I would recommend renting a car.

The perfect host 👌

Mr. Lloyd, was perfect from start to finish. My family and I are a big group but Mr. Lloyd made us all very comfortable. He picked us up from the airport and offered to be our guide and gave us great ideas on what we could do as a big group. The property Is beautiful, well maintained and my family enjoyed every moment we spent inside. We arrived just in time for the "no movement days " which Mr. Lloyd made sure we prepared for by providing the transportation needed to purchase groceries and anything else needed to pass the time prior. The no movement didn't matter to us as we all lived in comfort and passed that time in his beautiful home. I couldn't be more grateful for such a wonderful host and I can't wait to revisit this property again and again. Thank you Mr. Lloyd!
