Beautiful Flat

It was a real treat to stay in this flat. It was quiet and had incredible views as in a Renoir painting. The owners were very helpful and kind to us, as I fell in town and broke my arm. Their advice and assistance was needed and greatly appreciated. We would stay here again. n

Lovely property with a beautiful sunny view of Port Garavan

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment in the beautiful town of Menton. The apartment was clean and very comfortable and Clo is lovely andwas there to provide us with all the information needed and answer any questions. The Menton Garavan train is about a fifteen minute walk. Also a city shuttle bus stops close by although somewhat infrequently and only during the day. Having a car would be best, but public transportation is doable. Loved the sunny mornings on the deck!

Nice, well equiped appartment with beautifull view in a quite, green area of Menton.

The description of the property on the Abritel site is correct. The equipment allows self cooking.The owner lives at the same place is very helpfull and friendly when needed. The distance to restaurants and commerce in town is about 1.5 km which makes a car useful.The terrasse is directed to the east and has no longer sun after noon, which is an advantage in summer but not in winter. Only one negative point: we had difficulties with slow and uncertain WIFI but the owner promised to solve the problem .

Fijn, modern appartment met een prachtige tuin en een groot, gedeeld zwembad. Prima ontvangst en uitstekende communicatie door de verhuurster Clotilde. Appartement heeft een balkon of zuid-oosten met uitzicht op zee, waarop we ’s ochtends in de zon op konden ontbijten en ’s avonds konden dineren bij aangename temperaturen. Prima uitgangslocatie voor tripjes met de auto richting San Remo en Bordighera in Italie en met de trein of bus richting Monaco, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Villefrance-sur-Mer, Nice, Antibes, etc. in Frankrijk. En Menton zelf blijft ook een schilderachtig stadje. We bevelen dit appartmenent dan ook van harte aan!

Un séjour très agréable

Situation idéale pour profiter de la plage ou visiter le vieux Menton. Logement très fonctionnel et en même temps décoré avec goût. Excellent accueil et très bonne disponibilité de la part de la propriétaire. Nous avons hâte de renouveler l’expérience !

phantastischer Ausblick

Clothilde ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die sich viel Zeit für den Empfang genommen hat und uns ebenso verabschiedet hat. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, hell, geräumig und gepflegt. Es findet sich dort alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Der Blick vom Balkon ist einfach phantastisch !

Die Wohnung liegt Abseits des Touristengetümmels in einer Wohnanlage. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht. Kommunikation auch über Telefon problemlos.

Appartement agréable pour découvrir Menton et sa région

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour première quinzaine d’Aout 2020. Bien accueilli et un appartement bien propre car une femme de ménage fait systématiquement le nécessaire avant votre arrivée. Les propriétaires sont de belles personnes et sont sensibles au bien être des locataires. Nous ne connaissions pas Menton et avons passé d’excellentes vacances. A recommander au risque de ne plus avoir de place 😄...

Excellent!

Magnifique appartement très bien équipé, agréable à vivre et confortable. Clothilde H. nous a merveilleusement reçus et fourni de quoi apprécier pleinement notre séjour à travers ses conseils ou, recommandations, ce qui nous a permis d'appréhender cette belle ville de Menton dans les meilleures conditions. Nous recommandons vivement cette location où il fait bon vivre à proximité du port, des commodités et de la vieille ville, où se perdre dans le labyrinthe des rues et ruelles aux façades colorées révèle tout à la fois les parfums de la Provence et ceux de l'Italie toute proche, sans oublier ses jardins légendaires aux essences variées dont certains accrochés aux collines mentonnaises, jouxte presque l’appartement. Et pour finir, n'oublions pas la délicieuse et vaste terrasse où nous avons pris tous nos repas. Encore une fois, merci à Clothilde pour son accueil si apprécié.

Excellent apartment with fantastic views.

The apartment is very spacious with a clean and modern interior. Great for self catering when you want to. The balcony has wonderful views over the bay of Garavan and is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine or meal. Pool and gardens have a wonderful view of Old Menton which we never got tired of. Location was excellent. We could walk to the beach easily and the Old Town of Menton is also walkable if you’re reasonably fit. We are in our mid sixties and sometimes found the walk back to the apartment hard work in the July heat! At a cooler time of year, or with a car, you would have no difficulty. Clothide was an excellent host and went out of her way to ensure we had a good time. We would love to return.

A quiet oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Menton. The apartment was well equipped and in a good location. Walking into town was good exercise and there are numerous ways to go down and up. Clotilde was very helpful in giving us advice on where things were and what to see.
