You can find our holiday apartment within a newly built house situated amongst 6000 square metres of olive groves. You can enjoy the spectacular view from a 35 m2 terrace or by wandering around the huge garden. The living room is pleasantly furnished in a country home style with an integrated kitchen. This rustic environment provides peace and tranquility for those that just want to get away from it all or it is within striking distance of the Cote d'Azur and the Italian Riviera. Our experience shows us that it is the ideal for a couple or a family with young children, or for those who just want bit of peace and quiet.

In the living-room, there is a sofa-bed that sleeps 2. Two French-windows lead out onto a 35 sqm terrace equipped with sun beds and a table with seating for 4. Calm atmosphere with spectacular views will ensure you spend most of your time here! Well equipped kitchenette leads into the bedroom area, where you will find a comfortable 160x200 cm bed. The bathroom consists of a shower, bidet, hand basin and toilet.

Holiday in Italy

If you are looking for a quite holiday, in rural Italy, near the coast with wonderful host's then search no more. After the shock of the narrow roads and steep inclines you will find the attractive accommodation with wonderful views. You are a short drive to the coast plus there are many places of interest to visit further inland. Your host are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Holiday with children

After a spectacular drive to the holiday apartment (you will be accompanied by your host upon arrival in Vallebona), you will reach this little paradise. The well-equipped and lovingly furnished holiday apartment is set in a beautiful garden. A magnificent terrace with an indescribable view invites you to linger and dine. The decisive factor for this wonderful stay, however, are the extremely friendly hosts. I stayed there for seven days with my two young children, who were able to play in the garden. The children (not a prince or princess ;-) ) were allowed to move around the property freely at any time, thank you very much for that. So it was a wonderfully relaxing holiday for me too, and perhaps I'll be able to return there again someday

Great!!!

We had an awsome week in the small appartement. Maureen and Ernesto are incredibly nice and helpful! The appartement is lovely decorated. You can use the grill on the backside of the house or cook in the small kitchen. We missed nothing in our holidays there! The location on the mountain offers a great view, including the sea. Only the road up is really crazy. Very narrow and curvy and there is actually oncoming traffic more often than expected 🙈. It takes around 15-20 minutes down to Bordighera, and from there the next cities are easy and fast to reach. For dogs there is a nice part at the beach in Bordighera, at the end of the promenade, in Ventimiglia was the dog beach very dirty.

Ein kleines ruhiges grünes Paradies mit phantastischem Weitblick über Bergketten, großem Balkon vor Palmen und Olivenbäumen. Trotz der ruhigen Lage sind tolle Ausflugsziele an der italienischen Riviera und der Cote d'azur schnell zu erreichen. Die Zufahrt mit teils 20% Steigung sind eine kleine Herausforderung aber machbar und die selten entgegenkommenden italienischen AutofahrerInnen sind extrem rücksichtsvoll. Im sehr schön und praktisch eingerichteten Appartment haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Dazu haben auch Maureen und Ernesto mit ihrer symphatischen und hilfsbereiten, aber zurückhaltenden Art sehr beigetragen.

Ein wunderbarer Ort, um eine erholsame Zeit zu verbringen.

Wir sind sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen worden und konnten uns mit Fragen und Wünschen jederzeit an unsere Vermieter wenden.Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön ruhig und abgelegen über dem Tal mit weitem Blick nach Perinaldo und die umliegenden Hügel.Gleichzeitig war der Strand von Bordighera sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. in 15-25 min erreichbar.Wir kommen gerne zurück!

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt inmitten von Olivenbäumen in ruhiger Umgebung mit Blick auf die Berge und Perinaldo. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist durch die Fenster und Türen lichtdurchflutet. Sie hat einen sehr schönen Balkon der über Eck geht, so daß man den ganzen Tag Sonne hat. Wir waren im Juni da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war optimal zum Wandern und Baden konnte man auch schon. Die teilweise enge und steile Strasse ab Vallebona war auch für unseren Ford Focus Kombi kein Problem. Die Vermieter Maureen und Ernesto waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich aber gleichzeitig auch nie aufdringlich. Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt in einer wunderbaren Wohnung und einer tollen Umgebung.

Man könnte einen ganzen Roman schreiben über die paradiesische Lage, den traumhaft schön gestalteten Garten, die saubere Gästewohnung und die Terasse mit Blick auf eine Umgebung, die ein wenig an Madagaskar, die Karibik, gleichzeitig ein wenig an Tibet oder Madeira erinnert. Man könnte gefühlt überall sein, wenn man seine Phantasie schweifen lässt. Angefangen mit dem überaus herzlichen Empfang der diskreten Gastgeber, die uns in Vallebona abholten, um uns das Finden des Hauses zu erleichtern, dann die traumhaften Wege und Pfade, die sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung des Hauses befinden, gefolgt von den Bergdörfern, die einen ins Mittelalter träumen lassen, gleichzeitig die Nähe zu Bordighera und Ventimiglia, machen einen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus zu einem Erlebnis, das man so schnell nicht vergessen wird. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, wem es auf der Terasse zu heiß wird, der kann sich dahinder auch unter die Olivenbäume legen. Die Betten sind superbequem und die Matratze genau richtig, nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Man könnte noch mehr schreiben und nur positives, einzig ein geübter Fahrer für die teils engen und steilen Straßen sollte man sein. Aber das ist in ganz Ligurien so (vor alem Richtung Berge), also kein spezielles Kriterium für dieses Haus. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-D

Spätsommer in Ligurien

Wer einen entspannten und typisch italienischen Urlaub mag, wird es dort lieben. Inmitten von Olivenbäumen und sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Das Meer im Blick, hoch in den Bergen mit den malerischen Städten Perinaldo und Vallebona ganz in der Nähe. Ein wundervoller Ort, um vor allem Wandertouren zu berühmten Spots oder unglaublichen Aussichten zu unternehmen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand und auch Frankreich ist nicht weit.

Prachtig tussen de bergen en zee

Een geweldige plek met prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels. Het appartement is prima uitgerust en het contact met de eigenaars Maureen en Ernesto was heel prettig. Ons plan om te wielrennen in de omgeving moesten we een beetje bijstellen vanwege de steile weg vanaf het dorpje Vallebona, maar toch hebben we mooie ritten kunnen maken via de alternatieve route die naar het huis gaat of te kiezen voor een andere startplek. De mooie dorpjes in de omgeving zijn een bezoek waard en ook de zee dichtbij droeg bij tot een heerlijke vakantie.

Villa gjendet ne nje lokacion shume pitoresk. Pamja nga terraca ishte magjepse. Do ishte mire te kishte kondicioner por fatmirsisht dritaret jan te mbrojtura me rrjete kunder insekteve dhe ne i mbanim te hapura gjat tan kohes sa qendruam. Vendin qe duhet ta vizitoni eshte Dolqeaqua dhe ujvaret mbi qytet. Ne do ua rekomandonim kete ville te gjithe atyre njerzeve qe kerkojn qetesi , ajr te paster dhe bukuri te pafundshme natyrale. Falenderojm nga zemra Maureen dhe Erneston qe ndajn kete akomodim me ne dhe njerz qe duan natyren.

Fantastische locatie!

We hebben in dit appartement een heerlijke week gehad. Het absolute pluspunt is het uitzicht vanaf het grote terras waar we nooit genoeg van kregen, maar ook binnen is het een heel fijn appartement. Alles is prima in orde, gezellig ingericht en schoon en netjes. Vanuit het appartement hebben we mooie wandelingen gemaakt, de omgeving verkend (Vallebona en Apricale zijn aanraders!), de zee en de bergen zijn binnen 15 autominuten te bereiken. Daarbij hadden we een fijn contact met de verhuurders Maureen en Ernesto; een heel sympathiek, bescheiden en behulpzaam stel wat onze heerlijke vakantieweek compleet maakte. We komen graag nog een keer terug!

Zwischen Meer und Bergen im Olivenhain

Wir waren zehn Tage im April an diesem wunderschönen Ort. Die auf den ersten Blick abenteuerliche Anfahrt, stellt sich nach einmaligem befahren als absolut machbar heraus. Die Beschreibung und Fotos der Unterkunft haben uns gleich gut gefallen. Vor Ort angekommen wurden sie von der Realität aber noch einmal übertroffen. Die Wohnung hat absolut alles, was man benötigt und liegt ab vom Schuss, umgeben von einem liebevoll gepflegten Grundstück. Die große Terasse bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man schnell am Meer oder auch in den Bergen. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Menschen und teilen diesen Ort gerne mit einem. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Imeliselt lõõgastav puhkus

Soovitan mõnusat ja rahulikku majutust oliivipuude salus asuvas õdusas majaskeses. Majaomanikeks meeldivad inimesed, Maureen ja Ernesto. Külaliste kasutada on ülemine korrus magamistoa, vannitoa ja ruumika köögi ning rõduga, kust avaneb imeline vaade ümbritsevatele mägedele. Majas on olemas kõik vajalik. Kui oled autoga puhkusereisil ja kogenud autojuht, siis pole seal puhkuseveetmiseks mingeid takistusi.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit sensationellem Ausblick

Wir haben unsere zwei Wochen Urlaub sehr genossen und uns in der stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung mit der großzügigen Terrasse und diesem grandiosen Ausblick sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Durch die wunderbare ruhige Lage oberhalb des bezaubernden Städtchens Vallebona, kurzen Wegen zum Meer sowie in die Berge war der Urlaub herrlich. Maureen und Ernesto sind so sympathische unkomplizierte Gastgeber, die jederzeit für uns ansprechbar waren. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Wundervolle 2 Wochen

Wir hatten wundervolle 2 Wochen im Hause von Maureen und Ernesto. Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft: eingebettet in Olivenplantagen genossen wir die wunderbare Ruhe in den Hügeln von Vallebona. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Maureen und Ernesto waren tolle Gastgeber und standen uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Der Anfahrtsweg ist steil, aber gut zu meistern. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Maureen in Vallebona abgeholt. Summa summarum: Wir kommen wieder.

Paradies mit Aussicht

Sehr schönes, ausgezeichnet ausgestattetes Quartier ca. 3 km oberhalb Vallebonas in einer Hanglage des Verbene-Tals. Geräumige Terrasse mit sensationeller Aussicht, freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber, Maureen und Ernesto, viele lohnende Ziele in der Umgebung: an der See und im Gebirge. Wie andernorts erwähnt, sind die Steigungen und Kurven auf der Anfahrt von Vallebona nichts für Fahranfänger. Allerdings holt Maureen alle Gäste am ersten Tag in Vallebona per Auto ab, was die Fahrt zum Haus sehr erleichtert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This property is a wonderful refuge for those who want a relaxing holiday, and yet it is just a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of the Ligurian Riviera and the Cote d'Azur (Monaco, Nice, Cannes)... The property is surrounded by a beautiful garden and olive groves, and the large terrace has a spectacular view onto the Maritime Alpes. The 3km drive from the closest village, Vallebona, on a typical Ligurian country road is definitely worth the view upon arrival! A breath of fresh air (and bottle of Prosecco in the fridge) will help you instantly relax!

Holiday Rentals
