Klein, aber fein....

Es war eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Toller Garten mit einem ganz tollen Pool! Auch drinnen war das Haus schön. Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre gut. Und das Schlafzimmer ist offen mir dem Wohnzimmer....das wird aus der Anzeige nicht ganz klar. Sebastiano war immer erreichbar und sehr nett! Toller Urlaub! Vielen Dank.

Amazing pool and garden

We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was so lovely, there was a pool table, a shed full of pool/beach equipment, lots of sun beds tables and chairs. A Bbq and lots of shaded areas. We had the outside area to ourselves which looking back at the reviews is normal, there is another property in the garden which we think someone was in but the shutters were closed for our entire stay and we only saw someone come and go a couple of times but no one used the garden area. Inside was initially a bit of a surprise as the description on here stated 2 bedrooms but one bedroom is in a mezzanine floor with two single beds and the double bed is a sofa bed in the main living area. All looks a lot larger on the photos but there was plenty of room for a family of four. The bathroom is super tiny but wasn’t an issue for us. Any Thing I’ve said that sounds slightly negative is purely for information none of this was an issue for us at all. We loved our stay and definitely would return. And big thanks to the host Sebastiano for all the brilliant communication.

La posizione della villa lontana dal caos cittadino permette un immersione totale nel relax. La villa totalmente ad uso esclusivo é dotata di ogni comfort (bidet ahimè escluso) E aggiungerei che il pezzo forte sono gli esterni Piscina magnifica, barbecue, prato naturale e solarium hanno reso la vacanza davvero bellissima! Great location!

Our family had a lovely week stay at this holiday home. I chose this holiday home due to it's location, pool & air conditioning rather than it'style & decor. We only cooked once but would have love to cooked more if the cooker had a gas stove. Only other thing we found hard was the bathroom & shower as it's quite narrow & small. Do take care with the kitchen & bathroom taps, specially if you have young kids as it can get very hot quickly.

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso

La mia famiglia insieme ai miei cognati , abbiamo alloggiato presso Villa Oasi circa 4 giorni e tre notti. Siamo rimasti entusiasti dell'ambiente,pulito ed accogliente. Una villetta pratica da vivere e comoda da raggiungere. Vicinissima a Siracusa, fuori dal traffico, ma allo stesso momento pratica per raggiungere i bellissimi punti di interesse storici della zona e l’autostrada. Il nostra Villa , aveva anche una cucina fornita di tutto. Per non parlare del giardino , ben curato ,è fornito di un solarium con piscina . Proprio un piccolo angolo di paradiso .Consiglio questa casa vacanze Villa oasi a tutti i viaggiatori e anche per quelli che soggiornano per lunghi periodi e che hanno anche bambini al seguito. Il proprietario è una persona deliziosa, sempre pronta ad aiutare i suoi ospiti.

Nous avons passé 12 nuits dans la maison de Sébastiano qui est un hote discret, souriant et qui répond très vite à nos demandes. La maison est propre, le jardin splendide avec tous les équipements pour passer un bon séjour. Nous avons passé beaucoup d'heures à se détendre autour de la piscine et des transats. Quartier parfois un peu bruyant. De nombreux commerces aux allentours, voiture conseillée. Une journée à l'Etna est à faire.

Huis met fantastisch zwembad

De tuin met daarin een grandioos zwembad, was een klein paradijsje voor ons. Twee overdekte zithoeken, een tafeltennistafel, een BBQ en een heerlijk ruim privé-zwembad. 's Avonds gaan automatisch alle lampen aan en wordt ook het zwembad in verschillende kleuren verlicht. Huis licht tussen Italiaanse gezinnen, kan af en toe geluid geven. Een auto is noodzakelijk, huis ligt ca. 5 km van centrum. Wij hebben een heerlijke ontspannen periode gehad.

Très belle propriété à la sortie de Syracuse

Petite maison pour 4 personnes, très jolie extérieurement. Intérieurement, c'est un peu sombre, mais le décor est typique et très agréable. La salle de bains/WC est très petite, mais ce n'est pas une priorité pour des vacances ! Le jardin est magnifique, avec un très bon équipement (transat, parasol, salons de jardin, jeux...etc...) et une grande et belle piscine privative. La maison est plutôt bien placée, dans un quartier résidentiel à la sortie de Syracuse, donc facile d'accès pour y aller, mais aussi facile d'accès pour les routes menant au Sud (Noto, Ragusa) ou au nord (Taormina, Etna...). Petit bémol : la propriété est très bien close et indépendante, mais le voisinage est parfois très bruyant.

Un séjour parfait !!

Une maison à l'intérieur rustique avec un jardin et une piscine proches du paradis ! Sebastiano est un hôte aux petits soins, discret et très à l'écoute. Au moindre problème il reste disponible et arrive si nécessaire en 10 minutes... Je recommande vivement cette maison pour ceux qui veulent être au calme mais proche de Syracuse malgré tout. Nous y retournerons certainement !!!

Very nice clean place with a pool

At the edge of Siracusa, a very nice and clean house. There is a nice pool in the garden. Inside the house everything is there and it is super clean. Sebastiano answered very fast on questions and was there to welcome us. If you want to visit Siracusa with kids, this is a nice place to stay!
