The host Benoit was so helpful and gave so much useful information. The apartment is very charming, in a great area. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Good walking distance plus going up fifth floors each floors have 18 steps mom had a bad leg so it was terrible there was no instructions for entertainment TV. No blankets it’s was very cold The advertisement about location of this apartment is so wrong pictures of the views is a lie was of our money!!!

Great location and pleasant stay

The apartment is in a quiet street close to a train station. Conveniently located within walking distance you have several restaurants and supermarkets. Owner was very responsive to any questions. It is located on the 5th floor with no elevator but honestly enjoyed the quiet afternoons after being sightseeing all day in the touristic parts of Paris.

Paris ist eine Reise wert

Wir haben unseren 1 wöchigen Parisaufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war für 4 Personen klein, aber es war alles vohanden, was man braucht. Gleich am Eck gibt es eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Da wir mit dem Auto nach Paris gefahren sind, war der Garagenplatz für uns ein großer Pluspunkt dieser Wohnung. Ich kann die Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen.

Nice little place

We had a great time staying here while in Paris with our family of 5. It can get a little tight when everyone is in the place for an extended period but that seems to be the case for most places in Paris. Everything came as described and Benoit communicated everything clearly. Overall it was a great time!

Superlage in schönem Stadtteil

SiebenTage in Paris in dieser kleinen Wohnung kann man sehr gut aushalten als Familie mit Teenagern. Diese Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht wenn man tagsüber sowieso unterwegs ist. Einzig bleibt mir zu mehr bemerken im Bad tropft ein Siphon und dort sollte beizeiten auch mal was erneuert werden. Hervorragend ist die Lage mit der Nähe zu den U-Bahn-Stationen Pyrené und Belville. Hat darüber hinaus auch sehr viel zu bieten viele kleine nette Restaurants und Bars.

Enjoyed our stay

It is a nice apartment in a good location within the city limits and close to a Metro stop (line 11, 5 minutes walk), which made it easy to get around Paris. Apartment is on the 5th floor but there is no elevator - this wasn't a problem for us. Lack of A/C didn't bother us either since the temperature was high 50s to 60s during our stay. Bathroom is tiny but we adjusted quickly. There is a very nice bakery very close to this apartment which has delicious pastries. We ate our breakfast from there everyday of our stay. Host provided us detailed directions to reach the apartment and with clear check-in instructions. We were asked if we would clean the apartment ourselves when we leave or opt to leave 40€ cash on the table for cleaning. We opted to leave 40€ cash for cleaning.

Immer wieder gerne

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist einfach top! Ein wunderschöner Park und die U-Bahn sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, was die Fortbewegung in der Stadt sehr bequem macht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die ausgezeichnete Bäckerei, die nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt liegt und köstliche Backwaren anbietet. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war ebenfalls gut. Alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt, war vorhanden. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für jeden, der eine gut gelegene und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft sucht.

Typisch Paris!

Entspannung in einer typischen Pariser Altbauwohnung. Individuell, zweckmäßig, geschmackvoll, komplett und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Schöner Ausblick auf das ruhige Wohnquartier. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Metrostation Pyrénées in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir würden beim nächsten Paris Besuch die Wohnung sehr gerne wieder mieten.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt- die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war vorhanden kaffee, Öl , Zucker, Toilettenpapier ect. Die Gegend ist sicher, die Metro und ein Supermarkt nicht weit und gleich an der Ecke ein schöner Bäcker. Allerdings liegt das Apartment im 5 Stock, da muss man gut zu Fuß sein- uns hat es nie gestört. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Tolle Lage und gut eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Wohnung von Benoit hat uns sehr gefallen, ist praktisch eingerichtet und bietet viele Extras. Wir hatten zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder genügend Platz. Auch zum Kochen war alles nötige vorhanden. In der unmittelbaren Nähe der Wohnung findet man Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Metro-Stationen und einen tollen Park. Wir haben von da aus alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreicht und das Leben in Paris so richtig miterlebt. Und da wir den ganzen Tag in den Metrostationen schon viele Treppenstufen gemeistert haben, kam es auf jene in den 5. Stock auch nicht mehr an.

Voor ons verblijf was deze locatie precies wat we zochten. Prima ingericht, ruim genoeg, aangenaam van sfeer. Fijne buurt, metro en park vlak bij. Wel even klimmen.

Just what we were looking for

The apartment was just as advertised and was an ideal location to see all parts of the city. Benoit met us at checkin and walked us through the apartment. For a family that enjoys to cook for itself, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to prepare a meal. The only item to make sure you take into account is that the apartment is on the 5th floor (with no elevator). Just make sure to make your trips to the grocery store or patisserie count as you don’t want to trek up and down the stairs too many times. Overall, this was a great stay with a couple of teenage kids. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thanks Benoit!
