Great Stay

This is a lovely view and wonderful location. The town is great to walk around and run. Good restaurants nearby and store. Other great towns nearby with a short drive.

Good - Everything was good, kitchen with all you need to cook food and parking nearby, excellent terrace overlooking the sea and the sunset. Bad - The water in the shower was slowly draining, probably it is necessary to clean. Thank you very much!

Hôte très réactif et sympathique, dispensant de nombreux conseils pour découvrir la région.Toutefois quelques dysfonctionnement pour le logement sont à noter : pas de wifi!!! cafetière électrique et bip de portail hors service, literies très médiocres, impossibilité de faire fonctionner 2 appareils électriques en même temps, logement est un peu vieillot….de plus le réservoir de la climatisation est à vider quotidiennement par les locataires!Point positif : très belle terrasse avec vue sur mer dont nous avons profité.

Je pense qu'il est juste de répondre à cette série de critiques de manière précise: -Le Wi-Fi ne figure pas parmi les équipements de l'hébergement indiqués dans l'annonce, il est donc étrange de s'étonner de son absence. -Dans l'appartement, il y a une cafetière Moka pour préparer le café. Bien sûr, il n'y a pas de café moulu, chaque hôte doit l'acheter lui-même. -Pour le télécommande du portail extérieur, j'ai suggéré aux clients d'essayer de changer les piles (que je leur aurais remboursées). Dans tous les cas, le portail peut être ouvert avec la clé et le code numérique. -Le linge de lit est entièrement changé toutes les deux saisons. -Le problème des coupures de courant lorsque plusieurs appareils électroménagers sont utilisés dépend du réseau électrique du quartier et non de l'appartement. -La résidence date de 2006 et les photos de l'appartement et des extérieurs présentes dans l'annonce correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. Je trouve ce commentaire un peu déplacé. -Le système de climatisation est tombé en panne pendant la saison et a été remplacé quelques semaines avant votre arrivée grâce à l'intervention rapide des techniciens. C'est pourquoi il y a un petit réservoir extérieur à vider. À la fin de la saison (sans les invités présents à la maison), je devrai trouver la bonne solution à ce problème. Je pense avoir répondu à tout.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Lu Bagnu, die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter und Verwalten haben alles gut organisiert. Der Blick von dem großen Balkon ist wunderschön.

Séjour en Sardaigne

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement de Simone est propre, au calme, conforme aux photos, très bien situé avec une jolie vue sur la mer. Les indications d'arrivée étaient très claires et Simone est très réactif. Tout était parfait !

Ferienwohnung in toller Lage.

Die Wohnung liegt schön mittig im Norden, so das man optimale Touren Richtung Osten und Westen starten kann. Das Apartment hat eine gut eingerichtete Küche und genügend Platz zum schlafen und leben. Vom großen Balkon hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und stand mit Tipps und Ratschlägen zur Seite. Eine super unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Danke dafür 👍😊

Wunderbarer Urlaub in schöner Wohnanlage

Die Wohnumg ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Check in und check out waren sehr gut organisiert und der Gastgeber Simone hat uns auch während des Aufenthalts sehr gut betreut. Das war einfach großartig. Der schöne Strand ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen, so dass Parkgebühren für den Strand entfallen. Das flache Wasser ist auch für kleine Kinder ideal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe, zu Fuß oder 2 km mit dem Auto (Euro Star). Von Lu Bagnu aus haben wir viele Ausflüge in den Nordwesten der Insel unternommen und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit.

Bellissima Vacanza

Abbiamo soggiornato per il secondo anno in questo appartamento e di nuovo abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia la corrispondenza a quanto annunciato e soprattutto la cortesia e la disponibilità del proprietario Simone e del referente in loco Alberto. Ci siamo goduti dei bellissimi tramonti dalla terrazza e la tranquillità della zona. Situato in posizione strategica ci ha permesso di visitare tantissime spiagge della costa nord della Sardegna oltre che di goderci la bellissima vista di Castelsardo,

Alles optimal!

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub dank einer tollen Ferienwohnung und eines äußerst hilfsbereiten und netten Vermieters gehabt. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in Lu Bagnu, ist in sehr gutem Zustand, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Sie ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll mediterran eingerichtet. Geschirr, Küchengeräte, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, etc. sind reichlich und in neuem Zustand vorhanden. Das Bad ist neu, hübsch in weiß-blau gefliest und sehr sauber. Der Balkon ist sehr groß, man hat Blick auf das Meer auf der einen Seite und auf einen imposanten Berg auf der anderen Seite. Die Wohnung gehört zu einer sehr gepflegten Anlage von ca. 10 Ferienwohnungen mit eigenem, abgeschlossenem und überdachtem Parkplatz. Simone ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Er hat sofort und äußerst nett auf jede Anfrage mit ausführlichen und hilfreichen Antworten reagiert und darüber hinaus noch viele gute Tips für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt gegeben. Zum Beispiel für Ausflüge, Restaurantempfehlungen oder Tips zu lokalen Spezialitäten. Das Ein- und Auschecken war von Simone perfekt vorbereitet, ebenso die Benutzung des gesicherten Parkplatzes. Für Hilfe vor Ort (z.B. Austausch der Gasflasche in der Küche) hätten wir eine Kontaktadresse gehabt, es gab jedoch keinen Anlass dafür. Lu Bagnu ist ein Vorort von dem Bilderbuchort Castelsardo, es gibt mehrere Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge über die Insel. Wir sind begeistert von der Unterkunft und vom Gastgeber und können sie jedem wärmstens empfehlen!
