"Estancia paradisíaca! ...

"Estancia paradisíaca! Maravillosa casa, impecable,llena de detalles y accesorios,tranquilidad asegurada,en plena naturaleza, bien comunicada. A tres horas en coche desde Atenas, hay bastantes excursiones, pueblos cercanos e islas que descubrir si se desea conocer la comarca. La vista al mar desde la piscina es de ensueño, tanto de dia como de noche. Amanecer espectacular. Aislada lo justo para no tener ruidos ni luces de vecinos y carretera. Inconvenientes, sólo la carretera de acceso directo a la casa, en el último tramo, curva acentuada y estrecha. Recomendación total. "

Clelia’s house deserves its outstanding reviews. It is very comfortable and had everything we needed, with amazing sea views. The pool and outside space was perfect and it became our habit to walk downhill about 10 minutes to the small cove in the afternoon for more swimming and relaxation.We were fortunate to be there for a lunar eclipse, which Clelia kindly gave us advance notice of. So special to be able to enjoy the clear night sky. The location is beautiful and peaceful - important to know this if you are looking for action and nightlife. Clelia was considerate and attentive with a genuine wish for her guests’ comfort. Much appreciated and would recommend her house to anyone.

We had an unforgettable stay in this beautiful holiday home, which perfectly combines comfort, serenity and natural beauty. Everything was exactly as described. The house was spotless, extremely well-equipped, and the check-in process was smooth thanks to excellent communication with the host, who was always kind, responsive and thoughtful.The views are simply breathtaking. Whether enjoying coffee on the terrace or relaxing by the pool at sunset, the open sea is always within sight. The garden offers several peaceful spots to read, talk or simply savour the moment.The access to a small, private cove makes the experience truly unique. Being able to swim in crystal-clear water, far from the crowds, is a rare privilege. The nearby village of Tyros (just a short drive away) is authentic and charming, with excellent seaside restaurants and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere—far from the usual tourist hustle.We would love to return to this little corner of paradise!

Beautiful hideaway

We could never grow tired of that view of the sea - from the bedroom balcony, from the living area, from the chairs by the lemon tree or even from the private pool. Unlike us, there were days when we loaded up on supplies just so that we didn't need to leave and could enjoy the place for the day, sometimes clambering down the hill to swim by ourselves in the sea. Very private, very well equipped with everything you could need. We even walked one day into the lovely small town of Tyros one evening, had some delicious local food at one of the many seaside restaurants, then back up the hill to walk off the dinner. It's a trek, but well worth it. If you want a place full of foreign tourists (like us), massive hotels and jet-skis for hire, this place is not for you. If you want a laid back, private, local experience where every time you go to the shops you come home laden with gifts of home-made olives, honey and enormous branches of dried herbs, then you're in luck.

Une maison parfaite dans une région qui garde à être connue. Des vacances au calme! Un seul point à savoir: il ne faut pas une trop grosse voiture pour accéder à la maison. Pour le reste, impeccable.

Herrlicher Ausblick

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen hier. Die Aussicht aus dem Badezimmer und dem oberen Schlafzimmer war einzigartig. In der Nacht konnte man das Meer hören. Der Weg zum Strand war etwas beschwerlich, das letzte Stück konnte nur mit Hilfe eines Seils erreicht werden. Dafür war es eine ruhige kleine Bucht, meistens waren wir alleine dort. Ein idealer Ort um dem Alltag zu entfliehen.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren bereits einmal in der Nähe von Tyros. Es ist eine wunderschöne idyllische Gegend ohne Massentourismus. Das Haus war wie beschrieben und Irini hat uns toll begrüßt. Den Weg mit dem Auto zum Haus fanden wir nicht so dramatisch wie von anderen Urlaubern beschrieben. Allerdings sollte man festes Schuhwerk mitnehmen, da der Weg zum Strand am Haus etwas abenteuerlich ist. Insbesondere das letzte Stück. Wir haben einen herrlichen Urlaub dort verbracht und kommen gerne mal wieder!

Super Lage mit direktem Abgang zum Meer. Sehr individuell.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt ohne Abstriche genossen. Es empfielt sich eine Vollkasko für den Leihwagen. Auffahrt und Wendeplatz sind sehr eng. Gut geeignete Unterkunft mit Hund.

Excellent holiday home

Celia's holiday home is really excellent, perfect for families or groups up to 6 persons. All you need is in place. You can feel at home from the very first moment and will be welcomed by a nice lady taking care of the property. Before you start your travel to Tyros and during your stay you will be contacted by Celia a wonderful lady and house-owner concerned about your well-being and ready to assist any time. I'm sure that I will come back to enjoy this outstanding location again.

Amazing !

The view from the villa is absolutely stunning and there plenty of lovely terrasses and places in the garden to rest. We felt as if time was suspended, just enjoying life, quiet, waves melody,... The swimming pool is really awesome and the private beach is a paradise (just note that the way is not adapted for young children but there are other beaches accessible by car in the surroundings in case). Clelia is located in Athen and is a super host, taking care about us. We really appreciated the welcome gifts and accomodation. Tyros is a quiet village at 5 min by car with nice restaurants. Some tourists but not too much, allowing to enjoy the local awesome atmosphere. We spent 3 wonderful weeks in family! We strongly recommend Clelia's villa !

Haus in herrlicher Hanglage mit sagenhaftem Blick auf das Meer

Ein tolles Haus in herrlicher Hanglage mit sagenhaftem Blick auf das Meer, in 3 Etagen angelegt, absolut ruhig. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr liebevoll, die Küche mit allem Zubehör hervorragend ausgestattet. Die große Terrasse hat Tische und Stühle in verschiedenen Bereichen, einen schönen Pool und auch einen sehr idyllischen Platz zum Sitzen oberhalb der Terrasse unter einem Baum voller Zitronen. Nur die Zufahrt ist für größere Autos ein bisschen schwierig mit einer Spitzkehre auf der betonierten schmalen Straße und eingeschränkter Wendemöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. Also besser mit einem kleineren Mietwagen anreisen.

Superbe endroit

La maison et l’emplacement sont magnifiques. On ne se lasse pas de regarder le panorama. Un chemin mène à une petite crique en 10 minutes. Bref c’est un endroit paradisiaque. A noter que le chemin d’accès est étroit et que la sortie de la résidence est dangereuse.

Unglaublich erholsam

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa sehr genossen: das Haus liegt absolut ruhig (man hört nur die Zikaden 😀) und hat eine grandiose Aussicht. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht.Man konnte schon um 8 Uhr Morgens im Pool springen, da das Wasser sehr warm war. Der Check-in hat wunderbar geklappt. Während die Fahrt waren wir ständig in Kontakt mit Irini. Das war super, weil wir einigen Stunden früher angekommen sind, als geplant. Im Kühlschrank warteten auf uns frisches Brot, Butter, Wasser und Flasche Wein. Wenn jemand seine Batterie aufladen möchte und nach Ruhe sucht ist hier gerade richtig.Tigani Beach ist sehr schön, vor allem zum Schnorcheln. Es gibt ein menschenleeren Strand nicht weit vom Haus, denn konnten wir leider nicht sehen, da de Weg für unsere 5 jährige Tochter doch zu beschwerlich war. Das einzige was man vielleicht noch beachten müsste, wenn man mit Auto einreist, ist die Einfahrt, die sehr schmal und steil ist (nichts ungewöhnliches für Griechenlad), aber ein kleineres Auto (kleiner als BMW3) wäre von Vorteil. Ich kann ewig lang weiter schreiben, aber man muss den Örtchen selber besuchen. Wir fanden es magisch. Ein herzlichen Dank an Clelia und Irini.

Part of Paradise

The fantastic house of Clelia and her personal care was a great experience. We enjoied the marvelous view over the sea, swimming either in the private pool or in one of the two deserted little bays. The house offered everyting we needed and still more, such as air conditioning and lots of places to sit outside. A further unexpected extra were the herbs we could harvest on the territorry to make tea or flavour or food. We hope to come back soon!

Perfect house

The house is fantastic with a beautiful swimming pool and a stunning view. Perfect if you want to take time on your own far from the crowd. The host is very kind and made sure we would love our stay.

Between Tyros & Leonidio ...

Amazing amazing views ... just as pics indicated. Beautiful oasis! We were here in Feb 2020 and so cooler climes and some local restaurants etc not open until tourist season. Were able to find with the assist of property manager Irini the tapestry shoppe beside the Shell station in Tyros. [ Actually on our day of departure driving back to Athens my guy stopped in for gas @ the Shell station & noted all it had to offer re groceries gas liquor etc. ] -- Definitely worth the scenic drive to Leonidio for the cafes and or restaurants bakeries and shoppes etc. Myrtoon by the ocean definitely worth a taste! Leonidio great for hiking and climbing and the beach. -- This property can easily sleep and entertain a family and or a number of adults ... or a couple just like us. -- Owner Clelia + Irini made sure our stay was very comfortable with generous hospitality including fresh eggs milk bread oranges coffee etc.

it was a dream. The location is perfect and the house is just amazing. It is very clean, lovingly decorated and everything is there what you need to do for a vacation. Clelia is wonderful and so helpful. The gardener is also so friendly. Tyros, we'll be back soon <3 <3 <3

Wonderfull place, house and host

What a fantastic house and view. Really clean and lovely house where you will not miss anything. The owner received us with snack, drinks and all what we needed for a great start of our vacation. We can only recommend this house. 5 min. by car to a lovely small city with good restaurants. Small private beach 5-10 min by foot from the house.

Absolutely charming and delightful!

Just back from a wonderful week at Clelia’s villa. The house is perfect, very well equipped, spread over three levels, especially the patio arrangement with pool, breath-taking view, sun or shade as you prefer, and two beaches you can walk down to within 10 minutes through the olive terraces. Most of all though, based on many, many years of renting holiday properties, I have to say Clelia was outstanding in the way in which she took real trouble to make our visit a pleasure – sending detailed directions on how to get there, advice on where to shop, stocking up beforehand on coffee, oranges, bread, olives, food, water, wine, and greeting us with drinks and freshly made aubergine dip and tzatziki. A really enjoyable stay, and one I’d totally recommend.

Fabuleux

Petit coin de paradis que l'on aimerait garder pour soi. Encore mieux que fabuleux : la maison, la décoration, la vue (la mer à l'infini), la situation (à flanc de colline dans la nature). Et pour couronner ce tableau idyllique : l'accueil de Clélia. En 30 ans de location de vacances, nous n'avons jamais imaginé qu'un tel accueil pouvait exister. Nous avons été reçus comme des membres de la famille. Je n'en dis pas plus laissant la surprise aux heureux futurs locataires que j'envie déjà. Enfin la région mérite vraiment le détour pour les amateurs d'authenticité, à seulement 3 heures d'Athènes. Merci Clélia.
