About this property

Nice 3 Bedroom Condo - Beautiful View

This 1400 square foot condo nestled within a hill overlooking the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, is just a few short minutes from Osage Beach, MO many attractions, such as; waterpark, golf, go carting, shopping, miniature golf, etc. Come and enjoy this wonderful lake getaway and all its' pleasures located within the peaceful Big Niangua Arm of the Ozarks.

Our condo is a top floor unit providing a wonderful view of the lake and pool without the troublesome stairs. An elevator just a few short steps away provides easy access to pool, parking lot and/or boat dock.

Our vacation home has all the amenities you will need to make your stay easy and convenient. The full kitchen has an open breakfast bar, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, cooking utensils and dinnerware (i.e plates, bowls, cups, pots and pans, etc). The spacious living room has a television with cable hook-up and DVD/VCR. Take advantage of the deck overlooking the pool and lake with plenty of seating and a gas grill for your cooking enjoyment.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private access to the deck, large closet, and a private bath. The second and third bedrooms support queen-size beds each having their own bathroom complete with shower. The loft is overlooking the living room and has two futons for additional sleeping space. The unit is furnished with linens and towels for all three baths and kitchen. The only towels you will need are for your water activities.

Our condominium features multiple swimming pools and a 10 by 30 covered boat slip. Boat and Jet-Ski rentals are available nearby. We are located right next door to two beautiful challenging golf courses. Also nearby are dozens of lakefront restaurants and night clubs accessible by land or water. There are grocery stores and shopping in Camdenton only five minutes away and Osage Beach 15 minutes away. We are on a much calmer part of lake... Away from the big, loud boats, and brutal waves. Perfect for skiing, tubing, and fishing.

Jet skiing and waterskiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hunting nearby.

The property is amazing. Has an elevator for those who may need it or to even help get ur bags in. Lots of things to do nearby. The gates can be tricky if on your motorcycle but is doable. Lots of great restaurants as well.
