About Noel or Tami Erasmus
Our family loves Bear Lake. There is something to do all year round. Our favorite time is the Fall and Winter because we love the outdoors and it is so peaceful and quiet. We love long rides along the beach and up the mountain. When it snows we tube, snowmobile, ski, relax in the hot tub, and watch movies.
Noel or Tami Erasmus purchased this Estate in 2014
Why Noel or Tami Erasmus chose Fish Haven

Great Family Time Together
Our family reunion of 35 was a hit at Paradise Point! We had such a lovely time in a lovely home with great facilities! We are grateful to have spent time and create memories at Bear Lake! Noel was quick to help us out with any questions for which we were grateful! Thank you!!
Breathtaking views close to North Beach
I went with a group of girl friends to stay at this house for two nights in June and we absolutely loved it! We didn't believe there would actually be room for 40 people to sleep here, but there were so many beds! We didn't have 40 people and I didn't take the tome to count every bed, but I would have no problem believing that 40 people could fit in here. Paradise Point was well stocked with all of the necessities you need day in and day out. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils for cooking and eating, the laundry room had detergent for you to use, and there were extra supplies (like trash bags and an extra dish scrubber) in the cupboards, just in case. The home is situated just a few miles from North Beach, and is nicely secluded in the hills. The next closest house is a decent distance away, and the overall feel is peaceful and quiet. The deck and nearly floor to ceiling windows on the east side of the house provide breathtaking views of Bear Lake. I'm not normally a morning person, but I woke up early to watch the sun rise from the deck and it was totally worth it! There were lots of entertainment options in the home (TVs, Apple TVs, XBox, foosball table, keyboard), though we were there to enjoy the lake and outdoors. A paddle board is provided in the garage, if you have a vehicle large enough to bring it down to the lake. The owners were very quick to respond to all of our questions and requests and they were very easy to work with. Overall, we loved our stay at Paradise Point and we hope to stay again!
Beautiful home, great location and very well stocked!
We had a great time in this beautiful home...creating priceless memories with our family. We loved the layout of the cabin with plenty of gathering space but also separation for sleeping and fun! Also...the owner Noel was fantastic to work with and easy to get a hold of.
This property is located in a beautiful location. The views of the lake are fantastic!
The Reserve has something to offer for everyone. There is a playground, a lodge with a game room, a hot tub and swimming pool which is very well maintained. There are hiking trails in the area and a cave to explore. The lake is the main attraction. The home itself is very lovely. It it well maintained and sleeps 32 people. There are plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, a loft, an upper and lower deck outside. There are plenty of windows to allow you to see all the views. The home is beautifully furnished. The kitchen has all the equipment to cook with including two refrigerators and even a freezer. There are also two washers and dryers. There is an outdoor barbecue and even an outdoor pit to roast hot dogs or marshmellows. It has a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of TV's, the internet and a closet full of games. Our stay was very enjoyable and the grandchildren especially had a great time playing ping pong and the Xbox. The master bedroom and bathroom are especially nice. It is very relaxing to sit on the upper deck in the evenings and look out over the lake. Just as a side note, if you have time you must go to Garden City and have a raspberry shake at LaBeaus. We would highly recommend you scheduling your vacation at this location.
Gorgeous views and all the conveniences you could wish for
We spent a week at Paradise Point with a total of 24 people, never once felt crowded. The views from the deck are breathtaking and the house itself is decked out with everything you could ask for. Cooking for that many people was a breeze with a kitchen stocked with anything you needed, I was amazed at the number of mixing bowls, griddles, cookie sheets, plates, glasses, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed taking advantage of the speakers throughout the house and the decks, spent countless hours on the deck enjoying music and the incredible views. We were able to work out at the clubhouse and enjoyed the heated pool and large spa. Noel checked on us (by text, he wasn't hanging around the property) every couple of days to make sure we had everything we needed and even offered advice for fun activities. All in all, a GREAT experience.
Perfect for our family reunion ....
I honestly can't imagine a nicer place to stay, or a more helpful owner than what we experienced at Noel and Tami Erasmus's Paradise Point property. We stayed 4 nights and it was hard to leave. We're still missing the beautiful and peaceful morning and evening views over the lake, and the especially the time with our children and grandchildren. We had a large group (about 30) and the home really accommodated us very well. Noel responded almost immediately (or faster) to any question or request we had, and was willing to help at any point during the experience. We have no reservations in recommending this property. Our entire family had a really memorable experience with no regrets.
