Luxury Lake Home in Bear Lake - "The Moose" w/ THEATER, POOL/HOTTUB BEACH ACCESS

This luxury lake home, affectionately known as "The Moose," is an awesome gathering spot and is the perfect place to stay and play in Bear Lake. This amazing home provides 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and has everything you and your guests are looking for in a vacation rental.

The Moose sleeps 34 in beds! We have a max capacity of 40 guests. If you do not want to share beds, or want to sleep more than 34 guests (but 40 or less), please bring any additional bedding you may desire. There is lots of floor space in most of the bedrooms and common areas.

Located in Fish Haven, Idaho, near the top of a private, gated community; The Reserve. You will enjoy magnificent lake views and access to all of The Reserve shared neighborhood amenities including 2 heated pools, hot tub, workout room with weights, an outdoor playground, sports courts with pickleball, tennis and basketball courts and access to a private beach just minutes from home. Please bring your own tennis rackets and balls (for the Reserve courts) as well as outdoor basketballs to take down to the community courts.

The kitchen easily seats 16 (10 at the table and 6 at the bar) with lots of space to set up an additional table inside. The deck, located just off the kitchen, seats 20-24. An extra table and chairs (which can be set up in kitchen area) are included for our larger groups and are stored in the garage. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pans, and kitchen appliances. We include a high-chair for our guests with little ones. There is also an additional refrigerator/freezer in the garage for our larger groups who may need more cold food storage areas.

The gathering areas include both main level and basement family rooms, a theater room, outdoor patios, a private indoor sport court in the home, a cozy game room in the loft, a playroom for the littles in the basement, a garage - turned game area - with ping pong, foosball, double shot, corn hole, spike ball and a huge paved driveway perfect for an epic family pickleball tournament. The driveway court is striped and we provide a net, rackets and balls for our guests to enjoy. And don't forget to have the little kids bring their bikes and scooters. There is plenty of room for them too.

-Theater Room includes 3 tiers of seating on leather theater chairs and sofas. This amazing and fun space has a sink and microwave for popcorn and snacks. It also has a small refrigerator for beverages. You'll enjoy family movie time on this huge screen with a fully equipped projection system.

Guests are responsible for any damages and/or loss to the property and it's amenities.

In order to protect this beautiful home for you and our future guests, our policy is that we must receive the signed rental contract which we provide and a copy of your driver's license at least 2 weeks before check-in.
