Our beach gem condo is located on the fourth floor; closest to the ocean side; very spacious (1160 sq feet living area; 250 sq feet balcony); and completely renovated with tile floors, granite counter tops throughout; with and all the amenities needed to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Spectacular panoramic ocean views from balcony; access through living room and master bedroom. Great for dolphin, pelican and shorebird watching!

The Golden Arms complex is well manicured and well maintained with a seasonally heated pool; shuffle boards; putting green, FREE WiFi provided in our unit. Also included is building security system and property management.

We’ve never been to New Smyrna and will be back. The location of the condo is perfect. You can walk to Flagler and shop and eat. The condo is very well equipped and has everything you’ll need. Very beautifully decorated!

Super clean and pool was nice and right on the beach. Even the construction on one side of property wasnt bad. Only issue was the noseeums they were bad outside but thats not really the properfault

It was a wonderful vacation. Joy was a perfect hostess. The place was roomy and the views spectacular. We were very comfortable and happy there. Early morning walks on the beach everyday. It was very relaxing to lie in the sun by the pool too. I highly recommend this.

Everything about this condo is amazing from the wonderful views to beautiful renovated condo!! I would definitely stay here again. Joy was great to work with and made sure everything was taken care of. We really appreciated the extra ice and water left for us when we arrived. This condo was extremely clean and very well maintained. The garage was an added bonus.

Excellent condo, with all the necessary amenities!

My family enjoyed our stay and the condo was very nice. We had everything we needed to relax and unwind. This is a turn key condominium. The check in and check out process was easy. We had the please of meeting the owners. They were very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this unit to others and will be considering it for further trips to NSB.

Awesome vacation and condo

Had a wonderful stay at Golden Arms in NSB. The owner was so kind and helpful. The condo is very nice and has a great location. It's very clean and the kitchen is completely stocked with all the cookware and utensils you would ever need. Nice large bedrooms and bathrooms-very comfortable. Fantastic views from the living room and the balcony. We would sit out on the balcony in the mornings and saw dolphins swimming. Would also sit out there at the end of the day when we came off the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Joy for everything-we had a great time.

Family Time

Stayed at Joy’s while honoring the life of my dear aunt who lived in NSB my whole life. It was a treasure to bring my family back, stay in a lovely place and have such an easy time with the wonderful amenities. It was a breeze to get down to the pool and out to the beach, a huge plus with three little ones. The condo was the perfect set up for our family and we were able to have dinner multiple times with all the space and kitchen supplies. My kids loved staying in the twin beds, and having two bathrooms was a bonus. Joy went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of from before we even arrived. Will definitely look to rent here again in the future.

Your home is awesome and thank you for sharing it. The kitchen had everything we needed except needed to buy ice as the ice maker is not quick at refilling (normal in many homes). Loved your balcony & perfect views! The pool always had seats available and we enjoyed the use of the 2 beach bikes, and sand chairs. Glad we rented a van vs brining the SUV as parking in your garage was a great benefit but would not have fit a large SUV. Also thankful for the luggage & grocery carts your building provided to unload! Would highly recommend this rental!

Amazing Condo

The description and photos do not do this condo justice. It was exceptionally clean, up to date and with a well equipped kitchen. The condo includes a shared garage for parking, with plenty of beach chairs and toys available for use. The grounds and common areas were secured, well maintained and also in great shape. We found really enjoyed the views from the balcony, and split our days between the pool and the beach. Flagler Avenue is just a short walk away to many restaurants and shops. It is also conveniently located approx. 20 min to Daytona, about 1h20min to St Augustine, and 1h30 min to Disney World, all of which we visited during our stay. Joy was just great to deal with. Her communication was prompt and on point with answers provided.

Summer Family Vacation

This condo is very well equipped, it has everything you need plus more. The Keurig was a huge hit! The owner is excellent with communication. The complex is safe, clean and friendly. Guests as well as residents at the pool are all courteous and friendly. Definitely a favorite of ours. We stayed in NSB 7 times and in this complex three times, in two different units. Ground floor was nice when we had younger kids for easy access in and out of the condo, but the 4th floor views from this condo are spectacular. Spent every morning sipping coffee and eating breakfast while the sun rose up. NSB is such a great town, love walking the beach, driving cars and buggies on the beach, the food trucks for treat and playing in the ocean. One change we noticed this year is that you can no longer rent wave runners - very sad. They only offer guided tours in NSB now. Hoping it's just a covid thing and the business comes back to NSB. But boat rentals are still available and greatly enjoyed being on the water. You will love it here.

NSB Bliss

We have been coming to NSB for about 10 years and visit every 6 months, this condo is by far the best we have had the pleasure to rent. Joy is absolutely wonderful and her communication from the moment we booked to check out has been spectacular! The condo was sparkling clean and has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The ocean view and the pool grounds were amazing and all of our favorite shops and restaurants were in very close walking distance. It is our hope that we can rent this condo again in the near future.

Incredible condo with stunning ocean views!

We had a wonderful week at Joy’s condo. The place was perfect for our family vacation (and better than I expected based on the pictures.) We loved: - view. You’re right on the water. We could hear the waves lulling us to sleep and in the mornings saw dolphins. - unit is well stocked. This is not one of those cheapo rentals that gives you one roll of toilet paper and one set of towels. The condo is clearly well stocked and maintained. Anything we needed was there — disinfectant wipes, paper goods, foil, ziploc bags, salt & pepper, olive oil, and all the kitchen tools. There are also beach chairs, umbrellas and a few beach toys. - building is well maintained. There was someone cleaning the common areas and pool every morning. - dedicated parking spot in garage. Joy’s has one of the best spots, steps from the condo entrance - washer & dryer. No W/D in unit but we didn’t mind using a common one. A 30 second walk down the hall and easy to pay by CC Highly recommend for an easy, charming beach getaway.

BEST CONDO EVER

We have stayed at several condo's and this one by far exceed our expectations in every way. Joy was in constant touch with us thru out our stay to make sure we were having a good time and didn't need anything.
