Ideal Location!

Such a bright, clean place -- and the best location from which to watch the sunrise! It's our third year here and we keep coming back because the beds are comfortable, there's plenty of space in the kitchen, and the beach is only steps away.

Perfect getaway!

We’ve stayed at this condo building in the past,but first time in this unit. It was perfect for us and our nieces. Plenty of room and conveniently located. Beautifully decorated and a beautiful view. Will definitely stay here again!!!

My family stayed at this condo in May 2023 and it was absolutely amazing! The unit was just as described; it was very clean and the views were incredible. Everything we needed was provided and communication was great. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was a great location and close to everything. Just steps from the beach and beautiful view of the ocean from the condo. Unit was equipped with everything you will need. Several nice touches including power strips in the bedrooms and towels for the beach. Be aware that there is only one parking space for the unit and no spaces for guests. Owner did explain this upfront before accepting the booking. I would recommend this unit.

We’d do it all again!

We enjoyed almost two weeks at this wonderful place! We loved everything about this cute condo, especially the view! The owner Lisa was super responsive and very helpful! We would definitely stay here again, we had so much fun! Also, if you’d like a fun day trip off the island, the Jacksonville Zoo is wonderful!

Heaven on earth

This place is amazing. There were plenty of beach towels as well as bathroom towels. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts were available almost instantly. A wonderful place to sit enjoy the view and relax.

Wonderful getaway!

The condo is amazing! The view is great and even can watch dolphins swim by in the morning! Beautiful sunrises! Close to all restaurants and Fort Clinch Pool is great ! Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and kitchen has everything.. a Keurig would be great! The chairs are great to sit in and enjoy the view! Love it!

Relaxing week

Great location on the beach. Perfect ocean view and beautiful sunrises. Saw dolphins many mornings. Walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. Kitchen adequately stocked - although we didn’t cook any meals. Communication was excellent. Enjoyed our stay and would return to this rental!

Magical Amelia Island

We enjoyed viiting Amelia Island for the first time. This condo is a great location. Walk out to the long white beach or pool. Quick trip to town for multiple restaurants. The condo has attention to detail. We look to cook and found everything we needed from sharp knives and great pots and pans. All well organized.

Short break

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay in this condo. The view was amazing! Even though it was terribly hot outside, the AC unit kept the inside nice and cool. The condo was well equipped for a beach visit with lots of beach towels, chairs, and coolers. Beds were comfortable and so was the living room furniture. I would definitely stay here again! It’s a great walking beach.

Beautiful spot at Amelia Island

We had the best time at this condo! The BEST sunrise over the ocean I have ever seen- right from our balcony. Thankful for the beach towels and chairs they provided. My only suggestion would be to get a Keurig instead of a regular coffee maker (but that’s just my preference!) 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone!

Another great stay

This was our second time staying in this condo. We love the location… beach front and a close drive to all the great restaurants in downtown Fernandina. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the condo and it was so easy to get out to the beach with our three children. We appreciated the chairs and boogie board provided in the unit. Will probably be back in the future!

Great Florida getaway place.

Everything was as promised. The views from the dining area and living room were wonderful. We watched the sunrise over the water every morning while having our morning coffee. The rooms were very clean and all the amenities worked. It was an easy, quick walk to get to the beach, and the stores and restaurants in the area were good and close by. All in all we enjoyed our first ever visit to Florida in the winter and would definitely rent this condo again if given the chance.

relaxing stay

Quiet, nice, great views, had everything we needed except keurig coffe maker but I read that on reviews and brought my own single cup keurig. parking is very tight. you have to wash bed sheets and towels that are used so that was a little time consuming since you have to be out by 10:00 am. but overall a great, comfortable stay. The sunrise in the morning was amazing.

Great Location

Great location! Enjoyed the fact that it was a more private (and less busy) beach. Really appreciated the beach essentials provided in the unit, very nice. Communication with host was good, very responsive. Only negative would be the expectation of the guest to do the laundry (and checkout by 10am). Cleaning fee charged should be reduced if guests are expected to be in charge of doing the laundry for the next set of guests.

Very nice but small for a family of five

The property was very clean and nicely furnished but definitely more suited to a family of four, not five. Lovely view and good access to the beach and walking distance to local restaurant and playground/basketball court/skatepark which was nice. The only downside was that it was tight for a family of five and there is very little room for storing clothes or for putting your empty suitcases.

Wake to a beautiful sunrise.

We loved the layout and decor of the condo. We spent a lot of time on the balcony in morning and evening enjoying the sound of the surf. We are in our 70’s so the only thing I would advise to bring for the beach is full size chairs because the low profile beach chairs provided are too hard to sit in and rise out of. Otherwise, the unit is super stocked with supplies and cooking provisions. Loved our stay.

Peaceful, relaxing location

Our long weekend on Amelia Island coincided with a cold front and the NFL playoffs, so we had plenty of time to nestle in and enjoy the property. First, the VIEW!! Truly breathtaking. We made sure we didn't miss a single sunrise and it didn't disappoint. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked. And, the tv and living area was comfortable and suitable for wild card weekend. Definitely recommend this rental.
