Fabulous! We love receiving this feedback as our goal is always to have everything perfect for our guests so you can truly kick back and relax on your vacation. While it sounds like the weather wasn't conducive for beach/pool time, you clearly made the most of every moment by exploring the sprawling resort and it's many amenities. Love it! While we are happy to read you thought our condo was great overall and in a tremendous location, our team was disappointed to see the 3-star rating and to read your harsh words. We have high cleaning standards and our cleaning department certainly would have been happy to come back out to attend to any areas you felt were needing another look. We certainly desired for your stay to be seamless and when that is not possible we do all we can to make things right, which is why we did refund a full night of your stay and the cleaning fee (more than $660 in total.) While the cleanliness issues, the upkeep issues, and (less so) the leak issues were troublesome, we still had a lovely stay in a delightful location.
