House with garden and swimming pool/Ideal for families - Es Llombards

Rustic house, located in a quiet area, close to the best beaches on the island: Cala Llombards, S'Almunia, Caló des Moro and ten minutes far from the famous beach Es Trenc.
The house has two floors, on the ground floor we can find the kitchen, living room with fireplace, laundry room and one bathroom. On the first floor we can find the bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub.
Outside there is a patio with a porch and a barbecue. If we cross a small path we can find a large garden and a private pool.
In the whole area of the house, patio and pool you can enjoy wifi.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Fantastic home for relaxing

If youre looking for somewhere to just stay and relax, with the odd outing, this is the perfect place. Our family of 6 have spent a wonderful, peaceful week here, venturing out only for the occasional meal out and to visit the local market in Santanyi. We have spent more time in the huge pool than anything else and has been just what we needed

May stay

We had a wonderful week in this villa in May. The pool area is lovely and a selection of nice outdoor spaces sunny and shady with outdoor BBQ. Inside the villa cool and well equipped. We enjoyed exploring this area of Majorca and the local town had bakery and some restaurants.

Super Nice house with pool

We had a great stay in this beautiful place. The swimingpool is the best we had. It was quite hot in Mallorca so we enjoyed it extra! Kitchen is well equipped! Thank you!

Beautiful property in quiet location

Gorgeous farmhouse, with a stunning pool area and 8 minute drive to some of the islands most beautiful beaches. The house is situated at the edge of a quiet sleepy village .. you can walk up to the local bakery or grab a coffee in the local cafe. They also have two padel courts in the town. The town of Santanyi is a 6 min drive away where there is a great market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We went there for restaurants in the evening too. Our three teenagers loved the pool and the beaches .. particularly the beach at es llombardes which have rocky cliffs you can jump off .. though always watch where the locals jump first before you take anything on. The photos of the property were accurate, Antonia and her daughter Marga were very helpful. This was our first time to this area of Mallorca and it was lovely.

Great place for a vaccation

The house had three bedrooms with nice firm beds and well functioning air conditioners. The downstairs had a big living room area and kitchen, also with a well functioning air conditioner. We basically had everything we needed. Towels and bed linens were provided. The swimming pool area was the greatest part, sun beds and seating was available and the pool it’s self is really big! The hosts Antonia, her husband and her daughter Marga were great! Really helpful and so nice! They were very attentive and also brought us a great ensaimada to enjoy from their bakery. We can recommend their house without hesitation!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr zuvorkommenden und sehr netten Vermietern, die die Bäckerei im Ort betreiben. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Bäder und ist gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist deutlich größer, als er auf den Bildern wirkt. Gut fanden wir auch, dass der Zugang zum Pool durch verschließen der Zwischentür verhindert werden kann (z.B. wenn man mit Kindern verreist). Auch die ruhigere Lage am Ortsrand hat und sehr gut gefallen.

Entspanntes Fincaerlebnis

Schöne Familientage in einem gut ausgestatteten Haus,wir konnten gut schlafen,vor Moskitos geschützt,die Küche war mit allem Notwendigen für ein Familienessen ausgestattet,es gab Sonnen- und Schattenplätze und der herrliche Pool lies keine Wünsche offen.Ganz herzlichen Dank an unsere sehr netten und freundlichen Vermieter,die im Ort eine sehr gute Bäckerei betreiben.

Traumhaft für Familie mit Kindern! Immer wieder!

Insgesamt perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit Kindern! Ruhige Lage, von der aus zahlreiche Strände und schöne Städte in kurzer Zeit mit einem Auto zu erreichen sind. Super nette Gastgeber und sehr, sehr sauber! Traumurlaub!!

Wundervoll!

Es waren wunderschöne Herbsttage in dieser tollen Finca mit einem großen Pool in ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieter waren sehr warmherzig und gut erreichbar. Ein sehr persönlicher und netter Kontakt! In der Finca ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub benötigt; sie ist in einem sehr sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand. Auch das Außengelände ist traumhaft schön und vor allem der große und gepflegte Pool hat den Kindern, aber auch uns Erwachsenen viel Freude bereitet! Gerne kommen wir wieder…

Super Séjour

L'accueil à été top , très à l' écoute et discrète à la fois , très bonne relation. La maison est propre typique de Mallorca et la piscine super grande avec un jardin magnifique, une séjour de rêve. La situation géographique est idéal au calme et proche des belles "CALA" de l'ile. Très belle prestation, merci.

Sehr sauber und gemütlich

Als wir angekommen sind war der Schock sehr groß, da der Außenpool-Anlage nicht direkt bei uns auf dem Grundstück sondern im Nebengebäude befand. Die Sauberkeit der Finca und die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters hat alles schnell vergessen lassen. Wir haben die Tage genossen und sind wieder erholt zurück.

Great base for exploring the S.West

Really enjoyed staying at this property. Beautiful pool and home well looked after. Very flexible & pleasant host (Marga). There’s lots of beach options nearby and a few good local restaurants. If you want a place away from the bustle, this could be for you.

Perfect getaway

Love this part of Mallorca. Quiet and secluded but well within driving distance of many attractions. The Villa was perfect and probably had the best pool we have had to date. Marga was very helpful and gave us plenty of support😀. Covid rules were very easy and simple to manage as-well which was a real bonus. Would highly recommend this Villa and location.

Relaxed Stay

We were very happy with the property and had a very relaxed time there. The pool was warm and very large and the owners were discrete although very helpful when help was needed. I would recommend the property without hesitation

Sehr schöne Finca mit einem super Pool. Ruhige Lage am Dorfrand. Schöne Strände in der Nähe. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem 6 jährigem dort. Würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Sehr nette Vermieterin.

Wunderbare Unterkunft mit riesigem Pool

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft, alles war sehr gut gepflegt und die Vermieter waren total nett - sie waren hilfsbereit und man hat gemerkt, dass sie wollten, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. In der Unterkunft stand dann alles bereit was wir brauchten, so dass wir uns dahingehend um nichts mehr kümmern mussten. Das Haus war sehr schön und es war in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung und das Highlight war natürlich der Pool, der sehr groß war und sogar Beleuchtung für die Nacht hatte. Für den Pool waren dann sogar schon Wasserbälle usw. im Haus, die wir benutzen konnten. Jedem der darüber nachdenkt eine Woche auf Mallorca zu verbringen, können wir diese Unterkunft nur ans Herz legen!

Ruhige Oase mit fantastischem Pool

Die Finca befindet sich in wirklich toller und ruhiger Lage von Es Llombards - es ist eine wahrhaftige Oase. Wir kamen noch nie in den Genuß eines so großen und sauberen Swimmingpools. Jeden Morgen haben wir bei Antonia, der freundlichen Vermieterin, frisches Gebäck in der eigenen Bäckerei gekauft. Und nun zur Finca selbst: Ich möchte zuerst erwähnen, dass Alles sich in einem hervorragenden sauberen Zustand befand. Insgesamt hat man 7 Betten in jeweils 4 Zimmern zur Verfügung. Die Schlafzimmer und ein großes Bad befinden sich alle im Obergeschoß. Diese Zimmer sind allesamt mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und einem separaten Bad mit Duschkabine. Die geräumige Küche ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausstattung war ein wenig dürftig: Salz und Pfeffer fehlten - in vielen Apartments mittlerweile Standard. Im angrenzenden Wohnbereich befindet sich eine alte Sitzgruppe mit einem Leinenüberwurf. Das Sofa ist wirklich total unbequem, so dass man nicht lange auf diesem verweilen kann. Und noch ein wichtiger Punkt: Leider wird Strom separat berechnet. Durch eine häufige Nutzung der Klimaanlage kann sich der Mietpreis eklatant erhöhen. P.S. Deutsche TV-Sender sind in HD verfügbar.

Fantastic property and pool - highly recommended

We had a fantastic family holiday in this excellent villa. After a wonderfully warm welcome from Marga and Antonia, we were shown round the property which was absolutely spotless. The property is located in a very quiet area and is not overlooked, but is within easy walking distance to the village within less than 5 minutes. Es Llombards has 3 good restaurants and a couple of pubs, and of course the superb bakery which the owners also run. The kitchen and living room were well equipped and very comfortable. The bedrooms spacious with lots of storage and the AC worked very well which was ideal given the heat. The outdoor space with barbeque and large table were great and offered some welcome shade. It was a peaceful spot to have dinner. It is hard to overstate how good the pool area is. A huge pool (it would not be out of place at a small hotel) with wonderful water and plenty shade and sun loungers, along with a table for six. It was lovely to sit out here under the stars or have a pre dinner drink. This area is not overlooked and is very spacious. There is also an outdoor shower which was very handy. Beside that is another large area with trees and lots of shade that adjoins the neighbouring property. We were surprised when the owners arrived with some very traditional Mallorcan pastries from the Bakery once each week. The family loved this very kind gesture and they were very tasty indeed. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning sometime soon. Many thanks indeed for making this such a memorable trip and such kind hospitality.
