About this property

Villa Bord de Mer

A beautiful beach house, 100 meters from the water’s edge and 200 meters from the nearest shops. With everything within walking distance, this home is ideal for recharging your batteries, enjoying the beach, and surfing in complete tranquility.
It features 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, pantry, and a loft. The two covered terraces let you enjoy a particularly pleasant outdoor space in the summer: hammocks, patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a plancha grill for your festive meals.
Saint Girons is a small, family-friendly seaside resort near more touristy destinations (Moliets, Hossegor), where you can explore the landscapes of the Landes region and its long, sandy beaches.
The house is located on a dune where vehicle access is restricted to residents only, ensuring complete safety for children and a peaceful atmosphere for adults.
With its traditional exterior colors (Basque blue) and bright interior, the house already feels like a vacation. See you soon!

Super semaine

On recommande vivement !

Stefan Hilscher

on reviendra
