La casa del océano 1405 cuenta con cocina encimera de granito y tablero nuevo, ofrece una cama king size en el maestro y la reina en la habitación de invitados, así como un sofá cama tamaño queen. Disfrutar de las hermosas vistas desde el balcón!

Relajarse y disfrutar de sus vacaciones en este frente al golfo de 2 dormitorios, 2 unidad de baño. La cocina completamente equipada incluye un área de lavandería con una lavadora y secadora.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con una cama de matrimonio en el segundo dormitorio. El salón tiene un sofá cama doble. Relajarse y disfrutar de la vista perfecta frente a la playa desde el balcón. Ya sea por un corto fin de semana o una semana larga, nuestro condominio tiene lo que usted está buscando!

La casa del océano I está a poca distancia de restaurantes, tiendas y mariscos del Golfo Shores Beach Pública (pero también se puede caminar justo fuera de este condominio y en la playa). Hay numerosos campos de golf en la zona con velocidades prácticas.

* POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN: la tarifa de procesamiento de $ 89 nunca es reembolsable. La cancelación, los cambios en las fechas de la estadía o la propiedad dentro de los 30 días de la llegada causan la pérdida del depósito. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, we noticed the unit has an older smell, not bad, just different. Maybe the water because the bathrooms had it all week. BUT large balcony, good location and easy walk to the beach. The staff at the condo were all nice and they were constantly working to keep everything looking good. We would stay here again. Never received checkout instructions so we did basic checkout things. Thankfully the checkout time was on one of the emails sent prior to checking in.

One complaint was it really needed some moping of the tile floors. I know you can’t get around sand , vacuum it. But it needs a serious mopping.

Good first experience

The bathtub faucets definitely need to be replaced in the master bathroom as they look like they had a lot of black mold in them, but everything else was super clean. The pool for the joint ocean houses needs to be cleaned a lot more thoroughly as that water in the middle was pretty disgusting almost every day arpund the edges and there was a lot of mold in a lot of areas as well.

Moldy condo

This property has a serious mold problem. This unit should not be available for rent until it is remedied. It’s a known problem yet they continue to rent the unit. The management company was very helpful, found us a new unit and we were appreciative. But it is bad business to continue to offer this unit. Do what you need to fix it.

Air Conditioning vent in master bathroom dripped water so floor was constantly wet. Satellite would not connect in either bedroom. Couldn't lock patio doors. Washing Machine made extremely loud noise so couldn't wash clothes. Mold/Mildew on ceilings in every room. Was not worth the price I paid.

Mold growing on bedroom ceiling, I sprayed with bleach but the air filter should definitely be changed. Bathtub also had mold and top underside of toilet lid. There were plenty of dishes to use which was great. Other than the mold we have zero complaints and would for sure rent this unit again. My kids absolutely love it in gulf shores and love being so close to the beach.

Mold/Mildew around vents, filthy floors and attention to major areas left us to believe that "unseen" areas must not be well cared for either. We felt our thoughts should be expressed because the owner may not be aware that housekeeping is not up to par, and their unit could be unhealthy for tenants moving forward.If the cleanliness were to be upgraded, we would definitely stay again and recommend the unit to others.

We wanted to cook spaghetti and there wasn’t a pan big enough to boil the pasta?!Sliding doors would t close/seal all the way. But there was a bar to put in for safety/security. Would have been nice to have information about surrounding events. Unable to rent the umbrella chairs on the beach. No info in the condo and personnel on property were not any help. Finally contacted the rental company but they never showed up 3 hours later? The beach was awesome. Our food was awesome at the surrounding restaurants. Would stay there again but would call in advance to make sure we had all the amenities reserved.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice. Everything was clean in the unit except it had ROACHES which meant making sure nothing was left open and emptying and shaking out EVERYTHING when we were packing to come home so we did not bring roaches to our vehicle or home. also, the two back burners on the stove did not work and the microwave was very, very slow to heat.
