TrÚs calme avec tout le confort possible et à proximité de la plage de São Rafael et du port de plaisance d'Albufeira.
Les routes d'urbanisation oĂč se trouve le logement ne sont utilisĂ©es que par les rĂ©sidents et les visiteurs.
La villa dispose de 3 chambres et 4 salles de bains.
Il dispose d'un grand salon et d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée.
Il dispose d'une piscine privée et d'une terrasse extérieure avec du bois et de l'herbe naturelle.

The villa was exactly as described! It was clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The location was great for exploring the region. Our group enjoyed loved coming back to relax by the pool after our day. Pablo was very attentive in communicating when questions arrived prior to our arrival and while we were enjoying our stay. It was a positive experience and if I ever return to the area I would appsolutly stay again.

This was our second stay at this house, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The location is excellent — only a 10-minute walk to some bars and lovely restaurants, and about 20 minutes to two beautiful beaches and the coastal path. The house is very well furnished, with lots of home comforts that make it feel welcoming and relaxing. The highlight for us was the amazing pool and the sunbathing area, which gets sunshine all day long — perfect for lazy afternoons. Pedro, the host, was friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond whenever we had a question. Overall, a fantastic place to stay — we would definitely stay again!

Perfect family stay

Gorgeous pool! Lots of space for a family with everything you need. The home is warm, modern and comfortable. Our host was was the best, responded quickly to a few very minor hick ups. We felt welcome and well looked after.

Wonderful house with a nice pool, in a quite part of Albufeira, all what you need to come down and to relax. There is a nice beach which can be reached on foot.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa! The property was exactly as described in the listing—spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. It truly exceeded our expectations. Pedro, the owner, was incredible—so helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to all our questions, making the whole experience stress-free. Fantastic trip

The villa is absolutely perfect and great location. We had the pool heated which was great for us as visiting in April can be a bit hit and miss. The villa is very high standard and Pedro is a great host, very responsive and nothing too must trouble. Would highly recommend

Great location

The condo is well located near Albufeira and other intéresting places. What you see on the Vrbo is What you get.And it is a very nice condo. Pedro and his wife were very helpful during our 4 weeks.

Fantastic Property - Great Stay!

Brilliant property and management. The villa had everything we needed for our stay, fantastic amenities. I would advise anyone staying to consider a car hire if possible as with a lot of areas around here, it's quite hilly so a car would definitely make your stay a big easier to get around especially if you have kids or older family members. I'd highly recommend the stay and I would stay here again in the future. Thanks again for the great stay!

Fantastic apartment with everything you could possibly need. Endless hours of fun in the pool for my four year old and a lovely apartment to relax in once he was tucked up in bed. Pedro was great at ensuring we had all we needed for a fantastic holiday! Would return with zero hesitation.

Absolutely fantastic villa and host

We've just got back from a 12 night stay and we're so sad to be home. The villa was perfect, the images don't do it justice. It's much bigger than I thought. It was perfectly clean with plenty of towels and linen. The kitchen is very well stock with everything you need for cooking, we used the BBQ a few times and loved it! Plenty of seating inside and outside, there was six adults and 2 children and the size was great. The glass fence and lockable gate around the pool was great, it meant we could relax a bit more with the kids being outside if we'd locked the gates. The villa was spotless with plenty of storage space. We even found some inflatables for the pools and buckets and spades for the beach. Pedro is great, we booked just under a year in advance and anything we needed he catered for. He replied each time within hours and was very helpful in recommendations locally. I definitely recommend this villa and we'll definitely be back.
