Comfort and very attentive owner

The apartment is located away from the bustle and very close to the sea, it is well equipped and very well kept. You fill you are at home and not in a cold rented place. We stayed in September and the area was extremely quite and enjoyable. The owner is as pleasant as can be and extremely responsive. He provided a long list of very useful tips and suggestion for our stay. A really enjoyable place.

Hauselektrik ist ziemlich schwach dimensioniert. Die Mülltrennung ist recht aufwendig und die ganzen verschiedenen Tonnen nehmen doch einiges an Platz auf der nicht sehr üppigen Terrasse in Anspruch.

Hallo Andreas, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Auch wenn sie nicht durchweg positiv ist, freuen wir uns über Ihre Worte. Wir versuchen, eventuelle Mängel am Haus zu beheben. Wir haben die Stromversorgung in Ihrem Haus überprüft, insbesondere da ich Ihnen bereits sagte, dass wir nie Probleme damit hatten. Das Problem wurde durch ein Problem mit dem städtischen Stromnetz verursacht, das nicht von uns verursacht wurde. Wir haben den Stromversorger angerufen, der sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt hat. Auch wir entschuldigen uns für den Vorfall. Was die Mülltrennung betrifft, gibt es leider zu viele Behälter zur Mülltrennung (Plastik, Metall, Papier, Restmüll und Biomüll). Wir fordern die Gemeinde seit Jahren auf, auch hier die Abfallentsorgung zu verbessern. Wir entschuldigen uns, wenn Sie mit Ihrem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden waren. Wundervolle Wohnung

Wundervolle Wohnung, sehr sauber und hochwertig. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter, die bei Fragen schnell, nett und kompetent reagieren. Die Lage ist super - geschützt mit dazugehörigem Parkplatz (An Donn- und Feiertagen Gold wert) und einer großen überdachten Terrasse. Tolle Natur, auch, da sich an der Küste nach Süden ein Naturschutzgebiet anschließt.Der Sandstrand ist im April ruhig und romantisch.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Gut eingerichtete, gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung, wie beschrieben in ruhige Lage, aber dennoch ganz in der Nähe des Meeres und eines Marktes. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage funktionieren alles einwandfrei. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine wunderschöne Terrasse, nur am frühen Morgen sonnig und den ganzen Tag im Schatten. Der Besitzer ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Schönes Salento

Der Urlaub begann holprig mit Flugverspätung und Chaos bei der Autovermietung,so dass wir erst um 00:30 bei der Wohnung angekamen. Trotzdem hatte Gabriele noch für uns jemanden organisiert, der uns geöffnet hat und Wasser in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Die Wohnung war sauber und großzügig und hat, was bei der Wärme super war eine Klimaanlage und eine schöne schattige Terasse. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr schön und in sich mit einem Tor verschlossen.Die Wohnung selbst hat einen Parkplatz direkt davor im Hof. Gabriele war zwar selbst nicht vor Ort,die whattsapp-Kommunikation lief aber reibungslos und sie hat sich direkt um unsere Problemchen gekümmert und uns auch viele Tipps gegeben. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und sehr schön, wenn auch etwas voll.Trotzdem konnte man dort gut entspannen, weil es keine Bananaboote etc gab. Zum Schwimmen war es einfach genial. Sant Isodoro ist nicht besonders groß aber es gibt ein paar richtig gute Restaurants und mehrere kleine Supermärkte und Sonntags einen Markt. Apulien selbst ist einfach schön, freundliche Menschen, gutes Essen, leckerer Wein, schöne Städtchen mit historischer Altstadt etc. Wir werden sicher nochmal da hinfahren.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat eine gute Lage in Strandnähe! Sie hat alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, engagiert und jederzeit gut erreichbar! Die Wohnung ist für unserer Meinung nach für 4 Personen ausreichend, allerdings fänden wircsie für 6 Personen zu eng! Alles in allem können wir den Vermieter und die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und wir wünschen Herrn Mussetto und seiner Familie weiterhin alles Gute!

Wunderbare Ferien

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Sant Isidoro sehr genossen. Der Ort hat einen wunderschönen Strand, der auch perfekt für kleine Kinder geeignet ist und vom Apartment aus in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht: 2 große Zimmer mit bequemen Betten, ein tolles Badezimmer, eine große Wohnküche und eine ruhige schöne Terrasse in einem Innenhof. Gabriele ist ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der alles tut, um seinen Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Er ist sehr gut zu erreichen und gibt tolle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Appartamento ideale e dotato di tutti i comfort

Avevamo scelto questo appartamento basandoci sulle foto e sui tanti commenti positivi: tutto è risultato conforme, siamo sicuramente soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno di due settimane. La posizione strategica, la pulizia, ed i numerosi comfort (condizionatore, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, patio ombreggiato, posto macchina, sicurezza del residence, distanza dai servizi e dalla splendida spiaggia di Sant'Isidoro, .. ) hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Merita una nota a parte il proprietario Gabriele, gentilissimo e cordiale, sempre disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta, davvero una perla rara. Mille grazie anche a Lavinia per la sua disponibilità. Pienamente soddisfatti!!!!

L’appartamento rispecchia nel dettaglio le caratteristiche descritte nell’inserto. E’ arredato con cura, pulito e confortevole, completo di tutti gli elettrodomestici quali lavatrice, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, aspirapolvere, frigo e freezer e quant’altro per farti sentire davvero come a casa tua. La posizione e’ strategica per raggiungere alcune delle più belle spiagge salentine senza dover percorrere lunghe distanze. Vicinissima la spiaggia di Sant’Isidoro che dista pochi minuti a piedi dall’abitazione. Il paesino e’ piccolo ma ben servito e comunque nelle vicinanze ci sono anche supermercati e negozi che possono soddisfare le esigenze di chiunque. Il proprietario Gabriele…davvero disponibilissimo, discreto, cordiale e ‘attento’ ai dettagli…e ottimo consigliere di spiagge, ristoranti e posti da visitare… Che dire ancora? Un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di relax in un un appartamento comodo, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per una vacanza con bambini. Le foto corrispondono perfettamente a quello che abbiamo trovato. Il mare, con una bella spiaggia sabbiosa, è davvero a pochi minuti a piedi, e a due passi ci sono anche i principali servizi del paesino di Sant'Isidoro. Gabriele è stato super gentile e disponibile in tutto, e anche la sua collaboratrice sul posto ci ha accolti con gentilezza e professionalità. Assolutamente consigliato!

All’insegna del relax

La struttura è situata in ottima posizione e a due minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, ideale anche per famiglie con bambini piccoli, oppure pochissimi minuti d’auto dalle più rinomate spiagge della zona, attrezzate e non. La descrizione della casa lasciata dal proprietario Gabriele, che sin dai primissimi contatti sino al nostro rientro, si è rivelata una persona disponibilissima, che, con gioia ed estrema disponibilità, ci ha dato molti spunti per trascorrere le nostre vacanze al meglio, è perfettamente conforme a quanto descritto nel suo annuncio. Essa è situata in un contesto residenziale molto tranquillo, gli spazi sono molto ben distribuiti, freschi, perfettamente puliti e confortevoli e dotati di ben più di quanto ci si possa aspettare in una casa vacanze. A pochissimi passi da casa si trovano diversi negozietti di genere alimentari, venditori di frutta e verdure , bar e farmacia, raggiungibili eventualmente anche con le biciclette a disposizione. La domenica anche venditori di ricci di mare e un grande mercato sempre a due passi da casa. Sul lungomare diversi deliziosi ristoranti ci hanno regalato meravigliosi tramonti seduti comodamente al nostro tavolo. La nostra esperienza in questa casa e con il proprietario Gabriele è stata più che positiva e ne terremo sicuramente conto in futuro.

Un bellissimo settembre a Sant'Isidoro

Abbiamo deciso di affittare questo appartamento sulla base delle ottime recensioni che, a vacanza terminata, possiamo solo assolutamente confermare. La nostra, oltretutto, è stata davvero una decisione ultra last minute perché abbiamo inoltrato la nostra richiesta la sera antecedente il nostro arrivo e Gabriele, pur non essendo in loco, si è prodigato per farci trovare il giorno dopo l'appartamento in perfette condizioni, con una pulizia impeccabile come raramente abbiamo trovato. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort, non manca davvero nulla, col valore aggiunto di un delizioso patio per mangiare all'esterno. È ubicata all'interno di un bel complesso residenziale con cancello elettrico e posto macchina. La splendida spiaggia si raggiunge in due minuti a piedi cosi come i negozi di generi alimentari. Gabriele con la sua disponibilità e la sua gentilezza si è confermato un eccellente host.

Bella vacanza!

Abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza in questo appartamento situato in un residence tranquillo a pochi passi dal mare. L’appartamento è situato a in una zona dove con pochi km puoi raggiungere tutti le localitá da visitare tipo lecce,porto cesareo,gallipoli etc...... Il proprietario è una persona davvero gentile e disponibile su ogni eventuale richiesta davvero top!!complimenti gabriele alla prossima!!
