Family friendly, and great location. Went for my mom's birthday party, so was sad to read the visitor policy as this would've been the most comfortable place for her to visit her great grandchildren. Other than that I would definitely stay again.

This condo was a little outdated and noisy, but super clean and comfortable. Just perfect for our big family with kids. They really enjoyed the bikes and beach toys. It was great to have beach chairs and an umbrella. Close to the beach and restaurants and other attractions. We really enjoyed our trip. Definitely recommend!

Loved staying here

Took a family vaction and were on the top rental and we absolutely loved it. Great location not even a block from the beach the house was very clean and well maintained and the host was super nice. If your looking for for a place on newport beach i definitely recommended them we made so many fun memories.

The proximity to the ocean was awesome and the area was top notch. However, the beds were awful. BBQ had no gas. And he didnโ€™t bring any. Kind of false advertising. A BBQ isnโ€™t a BBQ if it doesnโ€™t BBQ. Clean place though no real other complaints.

We were surprised by the comments regarding the beds, as most mattresses are relatively new and we have not any negative feedback from other guests. Regarding the propane for the BBQ, our property manager experienced an unexpected family emergency and contacted you directly to explain the situation. During that conversation, he offered to reimburse the cost of a propane refill if you were willing to purchase one locally, and you kindly agreed. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Thank you for noting that the home was clean, and we wish you the best in your future travels.

Newport Beach

This location was great with easy beach access and then also walking distance to food and store if needed. Awesome amount of chairs and bikes to enjoy which really helped our stay and a great deck to enjoy the sunset and early evening.

One of the first places we have rented that actually is as good as it looks in the photos! Clean comfortable and well appointed. Check in was great, Richard was a real bonus!

Great property close to the beach

The property was clean. The kitchen was adequate to cook a big meal. It would have been helpful if it had been stocked with some coffee, but overall, it was a great place.

Great beach condo

We loved our two weeks in this unit. The beds were comfortable and it was well equipped with almost everything we needed. Having a garage was a big plus and being at the less busy end of the beach was perfect. Close enough to walk everywhere but just far enough away from the crowds during spring break week.

Perfect location, very well kept house

We had a great time at this beach house! The location was great, just a short walk from a nice beach (with excellent sea shells!) The house was clean and well kept. The owners (and Rollo:) were very nice and accommodating, and we were able to get in touch with them if we needed anything. The house was well stocked with dishes and cookware and it was just an overall great vacation!

So fun!

We had such a fun stay! The property was super nice and clean, the beds and comforters and blankets were nice quality so we had a good sleep. The property manager went above and beyond to assist us in our needs, it was fun! Super close to the beach and having all of the extras including the bikes and the beach chairs and umbrella is a great addition.
