Propriétaire irrespectueux de ses clients : fait du bruit a 7 h le matin, coupe l'herbe avec un tracteur bruyant et pour qui les locataires détruisent beaucoup. Annonce erronée et imprécise sur points importants : toilettes non séparés / chambres en sous pente non indépendantes et accessibles par des petites ouvertures après escalade de poutres d'environ 1 mètre; des sols en planches qui grincent beaucoup et des pas de fermetures ou rideaux opaques sur les ouvertures pour cacher la lumière du jour. Installations électriques aux normes ??

bonne réception mais odeur de mazout

Nous somme venus à 10 personnes pour le reveillon. Nous avons été bien reçu et très aimablement (par téléphone et physiquement). il faut noter que les 3 chambres sont contigues (celle du milieu en mezzanine) et il faut être un peu sportif pour y acceder, car celle-ci sont en soupente et il faut enjamber les poutres pour y accederCele donne un charme je le reconnais..Par contre les lits sont excelents. Gros hic une seule salle de bain avec WC intégré et la chaudière au fuel (dans le placard) dégage une énorme odeur de mazout, il faut aérer la maison en permanence, heureusement il ne pleuvait pas. Je pense qu'il y a un gros problême de réglage. Sinon une très belle pièce à vivre.
