Perfect spot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed on Los Olas B402. Our stay was relaxing, easy and uneventful. The accommodations were clean and well maintained. We took my elderly parents and sitting on the deck and listening to the ocean as well as sitting by the pool was perfect for them. We rented a car so my husband and I could do some other activities. Snorkelling up the coast was surprisingly good. The beach out front is great for walking in either direction and is easily swimmable. When the waves come up a nice surf or boogie board as well as great entertainment from the balcony. If you are a light sleeper there is only 1 white noise machine for 2 rooms so ensure you have something on your phone that works the same or ear plugs. The traffic noise is not too bad. Also when you’re grabbing groceries grab extra toilet paper as only a couple of rolls are supplied.

We loved staying here. The condo is very kid friendly and super organized. When you book you communicate with a rental agency and not the owner. It’s not a problem, just something to know ahead of time. We will be back!

Condo is fully stocked, very comfortable seating in living and outside patio. Beds are very comfortable also. Nice decor to make the condo feel like home. Beautiful ocean view. No direct view of the surf break at the rock. AC and many fans in good working order. Beach towels available . Secure parking. Close to all shopping. We loved our stay and will be back!

Great Stay!

Condo is on 4th floor. Elevator is available but using stairs is easier. Ocean view is outstanding. No direct view of the surf break at the rock. The condo is very comfortable and is fully stocked. The beds are very comfortable. The seating on the patio and living area are very nice. Lovely decorations. Beach towels are available. Location is superb for all especially surfers. Short walk to the rock and old man's surf breaks. Make sure to supply your own drinking water. Short drive to the shopping. Private secured parking. Swimming pool is awesome. BBQ was great for grilling. Love the complex and this condo was super nice! We loved our stay.

Lovely beach getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Las Olas 402 B is a lovely condo on the4th floor overlooking the beach. It has all he amenities, was clean and comfortable. It is a VERY hard place to drive to if you don't know exactly where to turn off resulting in a couple of passes through the Retorno. The only other issue is thatb thebedrooms are on the sideof the condotoward the highway and don't have a view of the beach. The highway is very noisy- helped by the sound machine provided in the condo. Other than this, it was a nice place to stay while attending all the events of a wedding. The condo has everything one would need for a stay at the beach. Also, the person who was supposed to be at the gate to let us in and out was not always there and we hadto go find him several times in order to get into the gate.

The location is unbeatable for surfers, three key spots right out front, you literally don't have to go anywhere unless you want to explore. This trip, 78-82 degrees, 76 degree water, consistent head high waves with well overhead sets, was a great trip! The unit had everything you need to be comfortable.

Relaxing

We stayed in this condo in January 2017. It is up to date and just like home. We walked to the LaComer grocery store and picked up what we needed. We caught a cab to bring us back cause it is a hike. We went into Cabo on the public bus and walked the Marina and did some shopping. We had a wonderful breakfast at Solomons Landing a must for all! Had a great time and will definitely return. Thanks for sharing your home with us!!
