This is a fully renovated beachfront condo in a beautifully landscaped quiet complex. This vacation home has a well-equipped kitchen and is stocked with all the comforts of home including the personal products typically provided by a hotel such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and terrycloth housecoats for four. There is also an in-suite washer/dryer.
Perfect for two couples or small family looking for some sun, fun and relaxation, this vacation property has two bedrooms each with a king-sized bed and each with a private ensuite bathroom with shower, included high-speed internet, a Smart TV and Bose Soundock speaker in the living room, a personal programmable safe and, in the kitchen, a water purification system.
The complex has one heated pool and one non-heated pool, both with ozone filtration systems. Plenty of loungers are available around the pool and also on the beach. Located on the Costa Azul beach, it is just a short walk to San Jose’s surfing beach, three charming beach bars, and one of the best rated restaurants in the area. With the beach at your doorstep, you can also stroll down the beach to the hotel zone for a variety of restaurants and bars. La Comer grocery store is conveniently located within a 15 minute walk either down the highway or along the beach. The historic town of San Jose is a short taxi or Uber ride away, or walkable in 45 to 60 minutes. The owner will provide a detailed welcome package complete with recommendations for transportation from the airport, rental car options, local restaurants, excursions and maps prior to arrival. This property also has a local property manager who can provide same-day response to address any concerns or unexpected emergencies.

What a wonderful week we had at Blue Palms. The sunrises were spectacular and we especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the veranda, which at times included frolicking whales!! Thank you Stephanie for all your tips on getting around the area as well as ensuring that everything we needed was in the condo. We sure hated to leave and hope to return someday!!

We had an amazing 9 night stay at this beach front condo! The kitchen was well equipped with all the appliances and utensils we needed -and having a washer and dryer was an added convenience we really appreciated! We loved the ocean view from the veranda especially at sunrise and for enjoying our morning coffee. The location was great for grocery shopping at La Comer, walking to Mama Mia’s for dinner or just enjoying the beach. Stephanie and Kristen (property manager) were both extremely responsive during our stay. We definitely plan to return.

Very nice condo, with full of amenities. Quiet surroundings and beach. Stephanie is always fast to answer any questions. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores. I would go back anytime. And, of course, the view from the balcony is gorgeous.

Great location
We had a great vacation and Stephanie was top notch with answering questions and making sure we had all we needed. We had beach days, pool days and Uber rides to old town and Cabo SAN Lucas. Walking distance to all amenities so that was nice.

Stephanie is the best host I’ve found during our travels. She responded very quickly to numerous questions prior to our trip. She also provided great info on the property, the area, fun things to do, etc. we have nothing but fantastic things to say about our stay. We will be renting this place again!

Short Vacation
Great view and location! Condo, beach and development are well kept. Everything was very comfortable and easy to use. Host was attentive without being intrusive. Very fun visit!

Best views
This condo was great. Fully equipped, fantastic sea views, 2 great pool areas. Had a super time. Stephanie is excellent to deal with.

Beautiful View
Everything was as advertised. The beach views were amazing and falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean was awesome. Easy access to/from the airport. Definitely on our list to stay again. The host was friendly and communicative.

Fabulous Spot
Fabulous place! We spent hours sitting on the balcony, listening to the crashing waves and watching for whales. Clean, quiet, spacious, well-appointed and easily accessible to all things. Stephanie was wonderful about getting back to us when we had questions. Highly recommend!

This was the second time our family of four has stayed at Blue Palms and we could not be happier!
I honestly can’t say enough about Stephanie’s attention to detail - Blue Palms has absolutely everything you need and more. It’s a great place to stay, the location and property are perfect, and the staff at La Jolla are fabulous. Stephanie is responsive and very helpful and has provided thorough information for before and during your stay. Five stars!!

Paradise!!
This property was perfect! The condo, itself was beautiful and very well furnished. We had everything we needed including the best view ever. It felt as though we were always on the beach! Walks on the beach and time at either the heated or unheated pools became our daily routine. The Location is very convenient.

Say hola to La Jolla’s Blue Palm
We have visited here for several years and have stayed at several beachfront condo units. This condo exceeded our expectations. Waking up to that sunrise was a blissful. The kitchen was well equipped & the living area could handle dinner for 8 comfortably.
We would definitely consider renting again.

perfect location!
when you look at the listing pics, it really is that close to the ocean, and that well decorated and spotless! Well-equipped kitchen and lots of towels, beach supplies, reference materials, etc. Every need has been anticipated. the location is great, too...quick drive to a huge grocery store and the fantastic town of Sam Jose del
Cabo. Highly recommended! We will be back!

Wonderful stay in San Jose
Had a great stay at Stephanie's place in San Jose with my mom and 7 month old baby. The location was great - quiet yet easily accessible to town. Everyone in the condo complex was very friendly and all seem to know each other, it was a great vibe. Security also very friendly and always around so we felt very safe. The condo itself was a nice size for a small family, the deck was amazing right over the beach. Only comment would be that some of the furnishings could use an update.

Gorgeous beachfront condo!!
We loved the condo, the views, the pool, the beach access and the restaurants that were just a beach stroll away. Everything was clean, plenty of towels and great service from the staff (including the grounds crew). We made due with only renting a car for one day, and using shuttles and taxis. But, I think it would have been easier and cheaper to rent a car in advance from the airport for our entire stay! We had a relaxing, delicious and sun filled vacation!! Thanks!!
