I was given a completely different room than the one I booked online. I picked the initial room for a reason, and this on was vastly different. There were bunk beds, a tiny shower, a tiny sink, and no tv. The room I booked had one Queen, a normal shower and sink, and a tv. There was also pet hair all over the entire couch when I arrived. I messaged about the room change and the lack of cleanliness and I never received a response. The room was fine itself, but it was not the one I booked.
We loved this property. Check in was easy, even let us check in a little early. Great location. I stayed with my two teenage boys. It was perfect for us and we will come back.
This room was perfect for what I needed. Walkable to everything awesome in Telluride! The hot tub was closed during my stay, which was somewhat disappointing considering most Covid restrictions had been lifted everywhere. Plenty of hot springs locally were a fine substitute, though!
We had such a nice time at Mountainside Inn. The room was located very close to town and would be great for the winter if you like to ski/snowboard. The room was very cozy but did not have air conditioning (i'm not sure if that was listed in the details or not). Either way, it was a great affordable option right next to the river and the hot tub was great!

Super locatio
adequate and clean... walking distance to everything....
Check-in experience was very, very, very slow. Property was as described nice and clean. Parking is somewhat of a challenge. Great value for a very expensive town.
