L'appartement dispose de la climatisation bien sur, au premier Ă©tage dispose d'un salon moderne, salle Ă  manger avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision de 60 pouces et haut dĂ©bit sans fil / haut dĂ©bit et d'une cuisine Ă©lĂ©gante, une chambre avec deux lits simples, placards et 2 ensembles de tiroirs et une salle de bains avec WC douche et bidet. L'Ă©tage est la deuxiĂšme salle de bains avec baignoire, douche, WC et bidet et la chambre principale avec un super lit king size 2 grands ensembles de tiroirs et placards, la chambre a des portes patio qui donne sur un balcon privĂ© avec vue sur la mer, le port de plaisance, Gibraltar et Afrique sur une journĂ©e claire. La magnifique terrasse est un havre de dĂ©tente jour ou la nuit avec des chaises longues et des siĂšges confortables repas en plein air. Avec vue sur la mer d'une maniĂšre et la vieille ville et les montagnes encore. Une buanderie contient une machine Ă  laver l'Ă©vier et Ă  l'emploi. Fantastic apartment, situated in an amazing location, perfect for the Old Town and right on the beach and promenade. Communication was really good with Cath and Lisa. Perfect rental!

Our stay was fabulous! Location was excellent and close to everything. Huge terrace for sunset, lots of amenities. Great separation of bedrooms and bathrooms giving privacy. Bathrooms could use an update but otherwise fantastic! We would definitely go back!

Spectacular terrace

The highlight is the view from the large rooftop terrace. Location is also excellent. The accommodations are very comfortable. No shortage of English tv channels. A most enjoyable stay.

An incredible property, an incredible host

A friend and I spent a week at this property and can’t say enough about incredible our stay was. We used the terrace daily to have incredible views of the city, sea, and mountains, especially during sunset. Lisa was equally incredible in helping us get settled and provided perfect recommendations for food, wine, olive oil tasting, golf, and touring. I’d come back here again next time I’m in Marbella.

Wonderful property with everything we needed. Comfortable beds and lovely clean kitchen and bathroom

We had a wonderful time in this property in a perfect location for the beach, shopping and the wonderful old town / orange square. Lots of lovely bistros within a 5 minute walk. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms lovely and clean with plenty of hot water. Enjoyed spending time on the rooftop wrap around terrace with plenty of sunshine all day with beautiful views over the port, the golden mile and Puerto Banus. Will definately stay there again.

Perfect location, nice terrace

Enjoyed a 3 week stay here in February. Location is perfect, and large outdoor terrace has good view of the sea. Condo was well equipped, everything we needed in the kitchen. Dedicated parking spot was important for us. Good view of sea from terrace, but not much of a view from inside. Two floor layout was nice. Bed was comfortable.

Perfect Apartment in a Perfect Location

Had a fabulous week in this very comfortable apartment which is so close to the beach, restaurants, Old Town and shops. The verandah is large with amazing views of the mountains behind Marbella and the sea! Peter was very helpful with the check in process and punctual. Beds very comfortable, well kitted out kitchen and nice clean bathrooms. We will book again.

The property was as pictured. The location to the sea and Old Town was fantastic! I only have one suggestion and that is I prefer to not have owner’s personal belongings in the vanities and cupboards I would definitely recommend the property and hopefully will revisit

Penthouse at Torre Marina Marbella

Great location and superb accommodation with an extensive terrace with flexible, shady areas. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. Close proximity to some great beach clubs (Amare and Soleo) and the bars and restaurants along the prom and in the old town. Torre Marina building is well kept and all residents are friendly as is the concierge. We weren’t disappointed on our 3rd stay - to be recommended⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

wonderful stay

This was an amazing end to our Spain vacation. The unit is nicely furnished with everything you need. The bed was comfortable and we spent HOURS sitting on the decks and enjoying the beautiful Marbella weather. Exceeded our expectations!

This apartment is beautiful and the terraces are spectacular! The location could not be better. Easy walk to Old Town and the ferry to Puerto Banus. Communication with the owner Cath was always immediate and check in with Bennett was quick and efficient. We won't hesitate to book again when our travels bring us to the Costa del Sol!

Family vacation in Marbella

Our family of 4 absolutely loved this apartment!! The balcony overlooking both the city and the Mediterranean Sea was amazing and perfect for happy hour as well as enjoying the AM sunrise! The communication leading up to our check-in was perfect with excellent response from the owner. The location to the beaches as well as the old city (plaza de los naranjos) made this apartment a perfect location in Marbella. Thank you for the memories!!

Relaxing few days in Old Marbella

The property was ideal and as described - kitchen had everything you would need. It's close to Orange Square and was ideal for a quiet few days. Terrace is large and great for sunbathing from midday. We got the ferry from the port to Puerto Banus and walked back along the Avenue Maritimo. There's a great tapas bar/restaurant called Verada's approx 800yds left along the promenade towards the commercial port. Thoroughly recommend this apartment for a relaxing comfortable place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect to access Marbella itself and the Old town just a short walk away . The views from the terrace were excellent and not overlooked were there is loads of seating area to have a chill a drink or two and take in the views . Another major plus , was you have your own secure parking space in the underground carpark with a lift straight up to your apartment.! Overall we really enjoyed our break and would definately return .

Perfect apartment, great location

Perfect apartment for groups between 2 and 4. Apartment has been recently renovated and felt like a home from home. Amazing outside space overlooking the sea that gets sun all day until it disappears behind the mountains. Location is perfect for the old town and the beach. The owner was really helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had. Have stayed in the area on a number of occasions and this is by far the best apartment we have found. Will definitely be back!!

My partner and I have 5 children between us and a dog called Daisey we grew up and still live in Manchester. We love going on holiday whether it's in the UK or away and Marbella is a firm favourite with all the family, we keep coming back year after year.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property is in the perfect location, overlooking the beach and promenade where people cycle, run, roller skate, or stroll with families stopping off for ice cream. The chiringuitos are wonderful for afternoon paella whilst the children play on the beach. The old town is our favourite, people dress up and meet with friends, and we can still get lost in the maze of side streets filled with people sat on barrels eating tapas surrounded by the cascading bougainvillea. Bliss.

We fell in love with this apartment as soon as we walked in because of its lovely layout over two floors, the wonderful terrace with fantastic views allow to to sit with a glass of wine and while the day away well into the evening. The pool area is quiet and pretty and the beach is literally outside the front door. It's positioning is second to none.
