Beautiful apartment on the beach

Nice view directly on dunes and beach. The apartment is comfortable and in good condition, property owners are very friendly and eager to help. We had a wonderful winter stay !

Escape to the beach

Wonderful oceanfront property with views to Gibraltar and Africa. Fully furnished and comfy it was a superb getaway.Make sure that you have a phone that works in Europe and/or wifi as it is a gated property and contact for check-in with the hosts is a must.

My wife and I loved the accommodations. The location on the beach with the large patio was amazing. The unit itself is updated and of premium quality I would say. There are many restaurants and grocery shopping within walking distance. The hosts are very accommodating helpful and easy to reach. I would have to recommend the property in all honesty you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely Perfect Stay in Elviria

We’ve visited Elviria several times over the years, and without a doubt, this was the best accommodation we’ve experienced! The apartment is in a perfect location – peaceful, yet just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable – everything felt fresh, well cared for, and thoughtfully prepared.What really made the stay exceptional were the owners. They were so warm and welcoming, meeting us at the apartment on arrival and maintaining excellent communication beforehand, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Their personal touch and attention to detail truly set this place apart.We wouldn’t hesitate to book again – in fact, we’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommended.

Great apartment

We had a fantastic holiday with our daughters in this apartment. Everything you need for a fantastic vacation was there. The beach, the shops, the restaurants are within walking distance. The owners were very friendly and helped us when necessary. We will come back

Stunning Apartment

The apartment is even better than on the pictures! Spotless place, great view onto the ocean, nice sandy beach, quiet and very clean. Our favourite holiday !

Juan and Charo’s property is beautiful inside and out: the apt. is modern and efficient with attractive Spanish decor; the gorgeous ocean and mountain views, along with the endless beach, provide daily pleasure. The well-maintained condo complex is within walking distance to several good restaurants. The hosts, Juan and Charo, along with their daughter, are exceptionally helpful and maintain regular contact with their guests.

We spent 10 days in this delightful apartment. Its location is ideal by beach and beautiful pools. The apartment and its contents anticipate every possible need. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Beautiful apartment on the beach

This is our second time in this apartement. It is the perfect place for a vacation. Right on the beach with easy accsess to the beach through the garden gate. The apartment is very nice and clean and with a large terrace. On clear days you can see all the way to Gibraltar and Morocco and the most beautiful sunsets. The apartement is perfect for two couples.

Beautiful apartment with amazing view

My family and I stayed at this apartment for about eight days, and it was very enjoyable. The apartment is fully renovated and very nicely decorated. The location of the apartment is right on the beach with full view of the ocean in a family friendly area. There were two pools only a few meters from the apartment and there are also multiple shops and restaurants within walking distance. The owners were very welcoming and helpful as well. Truly felt like a home away from home.

This place is amazing. I couldn't ask for more. We enjoyed every day the breakfast and coffee with the amazing view. The appartment had everything what we need plus big plus was very clean. Beautiful view even better in real! Few steps to the beach, grocery walking distance, a lot of restaurants. Charo and Juan one of the nicest, helpful and super friendly hosts. I recommend this place already to all my friends and family. Thank you for beautiful time!

Very nice appartment almost on the beach.

Very nice appartement with fantastic view over the sea. The house was clean and nicely decorated. 2 good bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Fantastic terrace. In winter good for 2 people, because of the size of the livingroom. In summer you will use the terrace more, so than good for 4 people. We stayed 1 month and enjoyed every minute of it. Owners were very friendly and helpfull. Elviria is very green with beautiful beaches and restaurants.

Perfect Beach Home

I can’t say enough about our two week stay here. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s in the perfect location if you want a peaceful, relaxing stay steps to the beach, yet central for day trips to all the popular sites. The home is so comfortable and beautifully decorated with warmth and style. We had many meals on the spacious outdoor patio looking at the ocean, boats, dolphins, sunsets and Africa! Juan and Charo are so nice and accommodating. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend to anyone. It will be one of the highlights of your vacation!

Very nice property, exactly as described and photographed with very supportive owners

Very nice unit right on the beach 8k outside of Marbella. Sandunes between unit and beach provide a great barrier from beach walkers. Very clean with modern appliances and other furnishings. Large deck with chaise lounges and large dining tables with retractable awnings. Juan and Charo great communicators before and during our stay. Met us at the unit and walked us through everything. Restaurants, cafes, markets and golf all close by

Best place to stay in Elviria

We have been going to Elviria for the past 15 years and the apartment of Charos and Juan is the best we have EVER stayed in. We loved it so much in June that we returned beg September and we are already planning go back next year, at least once. There is everything as advertised and more. Juan and Charos and their lovely daughter Marina are a brilliant help in ensuring all is perfect. Thank you. Susan

Excellent location and amenities

We stayed for the whole summer vacation in this flat (4 weeks). The appartment has a perfect location - close to the beach with restaurants and hamacas(beds) practically right on the frontdoor. You can choose from the local "cosy" El Laurel, fashionable Don Carlos/Nikki beach and our favourite Beach House - just within a couple of minutes refreshing walk on the beach. For the smallest ones the 2 beachfront swimmingpools were just perfect as the occational retreat from the beach. Beautiful views and sunset and the appartment was tidy, clean and very fresh! (best working A/C in our 10+ years on La Costa in different amenities) Perfect place for a relaxing beach holiday - recommended!
