Covered veranda overlooking pool with table and chairs.Located in a small private complex near to Millennium Golf course just a few minutes drive too Falesia beach and Vilamoura Marina with all restaurants, bars and supermarket.

Lovely well equipped and clean apartment

The host was always prompt in replying to my queries prior to arriving and Sonia (that manages their property) was very lovely and always available. We didn’t have any problems, well equipped, cleaned, quiet location. Beautiful Falésia beach and Splash water park was only 20min away and we had a wonderful time on both. It was lovely having breakfast in the balcony with a sea and pool view.

A estadia no apartamento foi muito agradável. O espaço encontra-se em boas condições, limpo e bem cuidado, com tudo que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. Apenas trocava os sofas que não são nada confortáveis.Recomendo e voltaria a ficar aqui.

Proprietário foge aos impostos

Tudo começou mal quando solicitei fatura com contribuinte ao proprietário deste imóvel. Referiu que nunca passou nenhuma fatura, nos vários anos que aluga a casa, e que também não nos ia passar a nós, “se não gosta das condições, pode sempre cancelar a reserva”, foi a resposta. Acrescento que passar fatura é obrigatório por lei e o que este proprietário está a fazer é alugar a casa sem reportar à autoridade tributária. Todos pagamos impostos, excepto este senhor. Aproveito para referir, que existe uma taxa de check-in, não referida no anúncio, se este for feito depois das 18h. O senhor proprietário, avisou-nos da existência desta taxa, às 16h. Quem procurar casa em Vilamoura, que fique numa de um proprietário que pague impostos e não seja mal educado.

L'appartement est super.. grand...2salles de bain avec douche et baignoire...tout y est de la machine à laver au lave vaisselle.... Séjour agréable en famille.... La piscine est génial pour toute la famille... Merci au propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et son accueil....
